Where is this character from? The Brave Little Toaster trilogy
Why did you pick him/her?: For someone for Radio to hang out with/annoy. And to have a stick in the mud type character who might loosen up a bit (especially when no one's watching. xD)

Personality: Grumpy, short tempered, grouchy, sarcastic, stubborn, brave, protective, and heroic.
History:
Kirby lives in a cabin with Toaster, Radio, Blanket, Lampy, Air Conditioner, and the Master and his family. But The Master left with his family one day moving away leaving Kirby and the others behind. After several years the appliances began to feel abandoned while Blanket never lost hope. After a passing car turns to not be the Master Blanket cries holding a picture of the master. Kirby tries to take it from him and it breaks. The Air Conditioner mocks them and Toaster tells him he is jealous The Master never played with him. This causes Air Conditioner to get mad and he ends up blowing himself up damaging himself in a rage.
Another car comes by putting up a for sale sign. Toaster gathers the appliances together to go find the Master and the group agrees to go. Kirby agrees reluctantly. They use an office chair for the four smaller appliances to sit on and a car battery named Junko to power themselves with so Kirby can move. They go off on many adventures meeting forest animals and flowers on their way to the city. A group of mice nearly pull Blanket into a hole and start eating the Master's picture they brought along with them. Blanket and the picture are rescued and the appliances leave saying goodbye to the animals.Blanket uses himself to keep them warm during the night as they sleep.
A violent storm wakes the up as a wind blows Blankie away. Lampy tries to use himself but Junko has gone dead. Lampy tries to use lightning to recharge himself it and damages himself in the process including his bulk breaking which shocks the others. They're able to find Blanket the next morning and continue on their journey. They come across a waterfall and Kirby uses his cord to try to get them across but Toaster can't hold onto the cord experiencing vertigo. He falls in along with the others except for Kirby. Kirby jumps into the water rescuing the group as they make it to shore. Toaster blames himself for not holding onto the rope and walks away. He returns to help them as Kirby falls into a mudhole. He sinks along with Lamp, Toaster and Blanket. Radio falls but keeps his antenna up and is caught by a name name Elmo St. Peters who caught Radio's signals and takes them with him to his shop. He repairs them including Lampy's lightbulb.
There Lampy, Kirby and the rest meet other appliances there. Elmo tries to take Radio apart but Kirby, Toaster and the others scare Elmo who passes out. Then they escape along with some of the other appliances there. Elmo wakes up to find his place a wreck and a customer still wanting radio tubes. They make it to the Master's apartment but miss him as he is going with his girlfriend to get the appliances from the cabin. While there the Master fixes up Air Conditioner. He thinks the appliances were stolen after being unable to find them. He reluctantly leaves with his girlfriend. Meanwhile the new appliances in Rob's home are jealous of the older appliances and get them taken to the dump so The Master will have no choice but to take them to college.
The Master returns home and sees an ad on tv for the dump going to check it out. At the dump Kirby and the others are nearly crushed several times but keep outwitting the appliances there. The Master finds them but gets taken by the giant magnet along with the others. Radio, Kirby, Blanket, and Lamp get off but Toaster sacrifices himself freeing The Master and damaging himself in the gears. Rob takes his appliances home and fixes Toaster. The Master takes them with him to college driving away with Chris. Kirby was happy to be with the Master again. One day Lampy and Radio disappeared. This worried Toaster, Blanket and himself. They tried to look for them but Kirby soon went missing as well. He ended up in a strange new world he'd never been in before but reunited with Lampy and Radio after learning of the war. He decided to join Critic's army.
