Personality: Velma is a intelligent, bright, quick-to-think type of girl. She's very observant and has a vast amount of knowledge of a wide variety of things. She's very ambitious, and tends to be very curious about tons of subjects, whether be supernatural or logical. She is a bit of a cynical person, preferring common sense over superstition but does have a small inner passion for the unexplainable. She's loyal and immensely hard-working, determined to fix or help. She's quite a workaholic though, focusing on what she needs rather than what she wants.
History: Since childhood, like fred, she was assigned a typical cast in the group; the brains of the bunch. It wasn't something she was ashamed with though, she took the job very seriously as a child. Growing up though, she had a small loss of her way and after many mysteries took a small break. She decided to do her lesser-known hobbies of reading and keeping books. She became a mystery bookstore owner for a small while before fred reunited them for daphne's birthday. Since that birthday, they returned to the good old days and continued. However, her more optimistic show-business friend Daphne wanted real ghosts. So when Lena hired them to solve her mystery in louisiana, they agreed if only to solve another mystery. They discovered through the mystery real zombies, which were made of spirits of old murdered victims of Lena and her mistress Simone. Despite getting captured, they were able to be saved and managed to defeat them before becoming the next ones.
Afterwards, they met one of Velma's favorite authors Ben Ravencroft, who asked for their help with Sarah; a ancestor of his who he claimed was misclaimed as a witch. Turned out he was lying the whole time to get their help. Unbeknownst to the gang, Velma hasn't really gotten over being lied to by someone she trusted completely, something of which rarely happened to her. She probably will never admit it, but Velma still holds a grudge, as seen as she's become a bit more cynical and more obsessive with her work as a mystery solver. She moved on on the surface and continued her work, as seen with solving a alien money scam as well as seeing actual aliens. Finally, she and the gang reunited with her old friend Eric, who wished to show them his game dedicated to them and their mystery business. They managed to be entered into said game and confront a phantom virus. She and the others succeeded in escaping and arrested the creator, Bill Mclemore. Now, Velma has been transported here, reuniting with Fred and Daphne, but shaggy and scooby are nowhere to be found. A new case she supposed.
