Why did you pick him/her?: For Jasper to have his brother

Personality: Horace is a bit less impulsive than his brother, he tends to have a cynical side to him, distrusting most of things. Despite that, he is flexible and rolls with the punches. He's loyal to his brother and tends to follow his steps, being a bit of a brown-noser. He is also a bit talkative, tending to say things out of turn. He's also a bit too dumb to be motivated, making him a bit lazy.
History: Horace and his brother were hired by cruella to dognap puppies of dalmatian breed. Mostly because of her strange desire to make coats out of them. Money talked more than reason and Horace assisted his brother in dognapping. They were foiled by Pongo and Perdita and eventually got arrested for their crime once caught. They were freed however when Cruella paid their bail and convinced them to once again snatch puppies. Patch's involvement with thunderbolt put a cease to their crime once again and they ended up being arrested yet again. However, Jasper disappeared without a trace and once his bail was paid for again, Horace went on a search. He then transported to here and met up with his brother... and cruella, yet again.
