Where is this character from? Kim Possible
Why did you pick him/her?: She was an inactive character, one of my favorites and we need more Kim Possible characters.

Personality: Teasing, insulting to friend and foe alike. She's sarcastic yet fun. She's loyal to Draken despite his many failures but even she can get pushed to her limits. And has often gone solo or worked with other villains if Draken pushed her too far. She does seem to have feelings for him that she didn't act upon. Until a devices placed on her and Kim made them madly in love with Ron and Draken. While the devices were broken Kim and Ron eventually got together implying Shego may have feelings for Draken that she hasn't explored.
History:
She grew up in Go City with her brothers Hego, Mego and Wego. They formed Team Go with their super powers and helped fight crime. They put away many criminals over the years but she got sick of her brothers fighting and she decided to become a villain. She eventually teamed up with Draken and started committing crimes. But she was stopped by Kim Possible and her team. Ron, Rufus, Wade, the Possible Family (on occasion), and Kim's friends and classmates as well. But mostly it was just Kim, Rufus and Ron foiling their plans. When other villains weren't butting in or trying to steal it as well.
After their latest failed heist they'd fled to one of Draken's hideouts to recover and rebuild. But Shego soon ended up in another world and joined an army. She joined Facilier's side but after awhile grew bored with the war. So she mostly went off stealing with help from Fat Cat and Jasper. The two made good allies for her and she considered them partners especially as Fat Cat had his own gang back in his world so she could respect that. She decided to form a guild of thieves within the army to watch each other's backs on heists as well as in the war.
Allies: Dr. Draken; Dr. Hammsterveil (formerly); Senor Senior Junior (formerly); Team Go (formerly); Facilier's Army; Jasper (thieves guild member); Fat Cat (thieves guild member).
Enemies: Kim Possible; Ron Stoppable; Lilo; Nani; Stitch; Possible family; Wade; Critic's Army; Ask That Guy's Army.
Plans: meet Nani (who she hadn't met before), reunite with Ron, Kim and Lilo in a fight or in general; start a thieves guild within the army.
