Personality: Schnitzel is a bit cynical if a bit easily agitated and tends to be blunt himself. He does not have the same languages most do, hence he's forced to be translated but it IS easy to gather what he means from his tone and facial expressions. Schnitzel is impatient, hot-headed and stubborn but he is loyal, kind, friendly and protective. He's strong and tends to put up with a lot of nonsense but as his temper gets the better of him, he has plenty of limits. He's also a great expert in cooking despite being more of the assistant. He does know how to cook but tends to stick and be required for more technical jobs. He's quick-thinking and sarcastic, tending to handle things with a grain of salt. His sarcasm does give him easy access to put up with chowder or anyone else's nonsense easier.
History: Like Chowder, Schnitzel has spent a long time in Mung Daal's catering business. As the assistant or otherwise. He used to clash a lot due to chowder's mischievousness and mung daal's blatant disregard. So much so that he quit for a time but came back after the evident love the two, plus Truffles, actually had for him. He has been faithful to the catering business more then, knowing they truly did care for him, and even when annoyed does love Chowder like a younger brother. Now that he and chowder are trapped in this world, his need to protect chowder is more personal than ever. Because he does love the little nut.
