Where is this character from? Buzz Lightyear Of Star Command
Why did you pick him/her?: He's one of my favorite villains. He's also a more comical villain yet can be sinister at times. A nice combination of the two. Plus I wanted to play him again.

Personality: evil, powerful, funny, sinister (at times)
History:
He paid Warp off to work for him secretly. Warp then faked his death and joined Zurg as Agent Z helping him capture the Unimind. Buzz went to stop him learning he was his former partner and was eventually teamed up with Booster, XR, and Mira Nova as they stopped Zurg's plan recovering the Unimind. They became Team Lightyear stopping all of Zurg's plans as well as other various villains like XL, Gravitina, Nos4-A2, and even an evil Buzz Lightyer from another universe. Zurg was later pulled into another universe and joined up with Ask That Guy's army vowing revenge on mira upon learning she was here.
Allies: Warp Darkmatter; Hornets; Grubs other Buzz Lightyear villains; Ask That Guy's Army.
Enemies: Star Command; Buzz Lightyear; Princess Mira Nova; Booster; XR; Commander Nebula; Critic's Army; Facilier's Army.
Plans: get his revenge on buzz and mira, help mechakara's army takeover.
