Why did you pick him/her?: Simple. HE'S TOTALLY RADICAL!

Personality: Childish, fun-loving, naive and admittedly annoying. He is a easier to understand version of Chester A bum and is normally considered a comic relief type of character when Linkara gets too into detail. He is mostly a fan of anything related to the 90's, well since of course he was born and grew up in the 90's so we can see why! He is loyal and kindhearted and has a ability of knowing things getting serious and taking them as such, but normally he is happy and carefree. He has a habit of saying "DUDE" or "Bro!" or "Totally radical" a lot since his lingo is a way to prove how laidback he is. Again, he is a big fan of the 90's so he's known for loving things that were considered cool back then such as big guns, pokemon, and superheroes that are now a bit more popular now.
History: Well it is not known HOW Linkara met 90's kid so we can assume that they found each other somewhere and 90's kid practically adopted Linkara as his twin or most likely older brother. Around sometime of Lord Vyce's era with Linkara 90's kid was sticking by him battling the "downer" out of the planet and exiling him.
Around the show 90's kid was a great hilarious onset with Linkara despite his annoyance. Things changed a little bit AFTER Lord vyce, a strange entity came upon Linkara's home and 90's kid started acting more and more differently. He became a lot more sick-minded and when people started disappearing 90's kid was seemingly innocent but when no one was around the entire planet he and Linkara were the only ones left. It turned out the entity(AKA Missing Number) was possessing the poor idiot and keeping a cover to control the world. 90's kid was normal again when linkara persuaded the entity to kill itself by interogating the reasons why it wanted to become the whole universe.
Now 90's kid today was completely normal again, until Linkara got word from Chick things went wrong. Linkara went promising to return, believing this was a bullcrap assignment but when he didn't return, 90's kid admittedly grew warey. It didn't help much that Linksano went as well without telling anyone. So with Harvy(Who was under strict orders to keep 90's kid in, because linkara knew he would probably want to go with him) asleep, 90's kid ran off and followed to Critic's house. Wanting to make sure his ally was alive
