Well, Hades is a guy who loves suckering people by making verbal contracts with them-he probaby could've saw interest in Liz as a ghost and made a deal with her to give her a second chance at life as an angel? Idk, maybe he made her that way as an attempt to stop Facilier-by having a powerful angel on their side, and in exchange she would have to act as his servant? And I'd assume after the war is over and Facilier won, she'd be relieved of her alliance with Hades but still permanently stuck as an angel.
Idk, there are so many pitfalls there. It might be too Ooc for Hades.XD

well he'd more likely make her a servant like meg from the movie than an angel. i don't know if he could make people angels anyway. since i don't think angels existed in the hercules universe. the idea's interesting though.
Yeah, I was wondering why he would want to even create an angel to begin with, since like you said, if he were to take in a new servant, he'd most likely do the same thing as he did with Meg...and his contract would've most likely worn off after Facilier's victory. And I have no idea, I was just spit balling since I figured Hades is the closest thing we got here to someone who can help with this silly plot.XD Oh well.
But it could be interesting to see her have some sort of relation to Hades, since they could've gotten aquaintend while she was still a ghost. Interaction with Dean could be fun too. Since angels.
