Overdue Punishment(Malachite)

(OCC: March 20th. Evening. Malachite vs. DarkHeart)

The enemy was weak. They were distracted. She was ready. She was able. How revenge now wasn't a good idea she'll never know? They all didn't want her to go. Penny, Virus, the scientists, her sister, even her father. DarkHeart was hurt by his refusal especially. Not because of what he wanted to do, but of how he said it. Saying she was forbidden. She never was forbidden to do anything. Which motivated her to do this even more. So when everyone was sleeping, including her father, she snuck out, allowed herself some power and left the army house. She thought this was going to end well. She knew it would. Hopefully.

She arrived at the circus with a sadistic grin, seeing Malachite there, guarding the circus for what seemed to be a choice of time. It must of been a shift. She didn't care the reason. He was weak according to the last time they heard about him. She allowed her hands to phase into power attacking weapons, and turned over to the man. She grinned and responded "Hello sorcerer. Did you miss me?" She then whacked him hard on the face. "That was for freezing my father, you bastard"

Malachite walked around with a grin. He'd healed up quite nicely from his injuries. Sure they were still scars but he was back to normal now. Well as normal as he could be. He paused as she turned in shock to see Dark Heart too late as she decked him and he fell over from the force of the blow. He groaned clutching his face as his glove had blood on it. He glared at the robot.

"I should have finished you both off when I had the chance. Allow me to correct that mistake." said Malachite.

He fired an energy blast at Dark Heart. Whether it hit or not wasn't his goal. It was to get her away from him. He teleported away reappearing a few feet away as he got up with a grin. He then laughed at her.

"So you think you could get rid of me? You don't have what it takes." taunted Malachite.

DarkHeart's eyes glowed a deep red as Malachite commented that he should've finished them off before. Now he was going to. She was pleased her fist sent him flying and a bleeding nose, but now she was in slight danger. She saw a energy blast and dodged it, aware it was only trying to get her away from him. She was too determined and so very angry.

"This is all your damned partner's fault! My father's trauma with ice, my sister's anxiety, my dog's brother being turned into a human, my reputation ruined! We're all forced to suffer because of you and your army. I'm here to take you down. So Facilier can finally feel some pain for once in his damned life!" DarkHeart shouted, ignoring Malachite's taunts for once. She just was so mad. She made a fatal mistake. She charged right at him, aiming to wrestle him down to the ground. She was just so tired of being treated as nothing. Her pride, her mind, her abilities and perhaps even her spirit was crushed by facilier and malachite's influence. She despised them. She wanted malachite to suffer.

"If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have betrayed Ask Thatguy. He is five times the man that foolish magician you call your partner will ever be. I'm going to kill every single one of you damned traitors" DarkHeart swore hatefully, trying so hard to wrestle him down and consistently punch his face.

Malachite smirked at her.

"Yes but of course I was the one who froze your father. I think that will be a fitting punishment. When I catch him again I'll freeze him permanently. He'll be trapped in a block of ice forever. I think I'll keep you and your sister alive long enough to kill you in front of him so he can know he failed you both." said Malachite.

Malachite chuckled at her.

"You can't do a thing. Facilier's magic weakened you and you still haven't healed. You were a fool to come here. But you will not be going anywhere except the dungeons when I'm through with you." said Malachite.

Malachite shook his head.

"Save your sob story, little girl. Ask That Guy is a fool. He will fall along with the rest of his army. We might be merciful to some of them if they swear allegiance to us but I doubt that will be many of them." said Malachite.

He laughed as she kept trying to hurt him but he dodged her attacks with ease.

"Is that supposed to scare me?" asked Malachite.

He laughed firing energy blasts at her and then swung a punch at Malachite.

"That will never happen, you bastard. You selfish, ingrateful bastard!" DarkHeart growled. She then saw what he was playing at and chuckled harshly "Threaten my family will you? Perhaps I should play just as cruelly and beat the life out of your sons after this. Then we'll see who's truly evil" DarkHeart snapped. She knew she was going to play with fire but she was just so, so, so angry at this man and his brood.

"Do you think I give a damn?! Do you?! I could care less! I'll destroy you regardless!" DarkHeart snapped. Her arrogance was getting the best of her. She growled as he successfully dodged her attacks and was even more angry when she felt a punch to the face. She did dodge the magic but not the punch. Enraged beyond belief, she just charged like a bull and attempted to just pin Malachite down. "I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!" She cried

Malachite chuckled.

"Of course it will. Perhaps I should freeze you and send you back. You'd make a nice ice sculpture." said Malachite.

He frowned at that.

"Leave my sons out of this you ungrateful brat. Perhaps I should up the stakes and delete your boyfriend. He is a computer virus and viruses need to be deleted." said Malachite.

Malachite smirked at her.

"You don't have the power you fool. You never did." said Malachite.

He laughed seeing he had punched but he was annoyed she'd dodged his magic. He chuckled again seeing her say she hated him.

"I'm sure you do. But you were a good servant. Would you like to return to our army and our control?" said Malachite.

"You will never get that chance, bastard!" DarkHeart snapped. Her anger clouded the fact that he had some good points. He could do quite a lot of damage to her because of his magic. Robots like her could never combat and completely succeed. DarkHeart growled at him as she was called a ungrateful brat. She then sneered as Virus/Phil was threatened "Just try to delete him and your head will be put on display for the whole world to see. I won't let you hurt him or anyone else ever again. Many people have been ruined because of you and your partners. You're all filth. And your sons are just filth too!" She regretted VERY slightly towards the kids. They had nothing to do with this. Sure they willingly stayed and had a part in the war, but they had no idea of their condition and were probably just as scared and angry as she was.

"You're so arrogant you can't even see that you're not invincible. Shall I remind you of Ma-Ti? He's a awful ignorant human but at least he didn't go off ruining people and using their minds for his own purposes. And he was strong enough to get past you. How does that make you feel? That you've been defeated by a human child!" She growled angrily, her smile a barbaric and sadistic one. She came closer as she kept dodging and doing her best to just pin him down.

Then she was offered a chance to be a good servant. The nerve of him! To actually offer her a chance to serve him! After all he did?! After the torture she went through!? She laughed harshly "You really expect me to fall for such a stupid diversion?! I will admit, you are a couragous one to actually try to offer me something I would never accept" She spat at his face deliberately "I will never serve you. I will never join you ever again. I'd rather be beaten to a bloody heap!"

Malachite chuckled.

"Of course I will. I'm going to enjoy making you our slave again as well as your father, and sister. No, on second thought, I'll freeze Mechakara in ice again. And make him watch. While we kill you, your sister, your boyfriends, that cyborg girlfriend of his, and that trio of scientists. I'll keep him alive frozen forever knowing he failed all of you and that he'd be a living trophy. And an example not to cross us." said Malachite.

He smirked at her.

"It will be very easy. You know electromagnets deleted him last time. And Dr. Anderson has made a few of them for us. Your boyfriend won't even be bits of data when we're through with him." said Malachite.

Malachite chuckled at her.

"Yes, but we took care of him and I got my revenge. The fool is finally gone and this time no one will be bringing him back." said Malachite.

Malachite smirked.

"No, I didn't expect you to want to rejoin us. Perhaps it would be for the best to eliminate you all after all." said Malachite.

Malachite chuckled again.

"Then I shall grant you your wish." said Malachite.

He started firing energy blasts at her again.

"You spit out lies! Nothing but filthy lies. I will never let you hurt anyone ever again! Especially my father and my family! I'll kill you before you ever get the chance!" DarkHeart roared, rage going through her body faster than the speed of light. She raced towards him, just blindly hitting and punching, just to make him stop talking and to feel the pain she had been through. "Shut up! Shut up! SHUT UP!" She screamed, getting more and more upset.

"How can someone as ignorant as you be so sure of that?" DarkHeart demanded, naturally not believing any claims he made. Of course she wasn't too aware of whether he was alive or dead but as of the moment all she could think was to make Malachite pay. To hurt him. Maybe kill him if she was lucky.

DarkHeart growled "You're nothing but a bastard. A selfish bastard who only thinks to kill" She didn't expect much from humans but even IHeart and Ma-Ti would never stoop to low levels like Malachite was doing. At least in her mind. She then backed away as some blasts were heading right towards her. But alas, one managed to hit the mark and it hit her across the chest. With a sharp cry, she fell to the ground. But she got up and charged, stubborn and willing to risk it all.

Malachite chuckled.

"For a robot, you clearly are letting your emotions take over. They're a weakness for you because you can't understand them. Not the way living creatures like myself can. You're already starting to lose control and you don't see it. Your anger. Your hatred. Your fear. It will be such fun to break you." said Malachite.

Malachite laughed as she sped towards him kicking and punching at him. She moved so fast but he had left behind shadow duplicates that she ended up fighting instead. A trick he had learned from Facilier.

"You'll have to do better than that." said Malachite.

Malachite chuckled.

"Perhaps I am. But at least I had parents. You were just created by a malfunctioning robot and it'll be a pleasure to eliminate you." said Malachite.

He laughed and launched another energy attack at Dark Heart.

Malachite was absolutely right. She was letting her anger get the better of her. She just didn't know it. In fact, she was so angry she didn't realize she was hitting shadow duplicates until the last minute. She turned as she saw the real malachite continue to mock her. "You will never break me. I refuse. I refuse. I will not be defeated by some old, pathetic excuse like you!" She aimed to try to shoot at him but missed. She screamed in anger, proving further of malachite's previous point.

"Oh I will, mark my words" She aimed for his face again, to punch. If that didn't help, she aimed for his feet to trip him and corner him. She was going to win even if it killed her. She was determined and full of hate. She then growled "You take that back! My father is more than some malfunctioning machine! He stayed, your father didn't. He left because he had a pathetic excuse for a son" Suddenly, as if to bite her in the face, she got blasted hard by the energy blast. She fell to the ground before getting up, a clear injury in her upper chest.

Malachite laughed.

"I'm already starting to. You just don't want tol admit it." said Malachite.

He blocked her punch grabbing it with his hand.

"Too slow." said Malachite.

When she swung at his feet he let go of her hand and shoved her backward and threw an energy blast at her. Whether or not she dodged he'd be out of her reach for at least a moment or two.

"No, I won't. It's the truth. And it's time for him to him be scrap metal. Or maybe even recycled." said Malachite.

He laughed seeing one of his blasts hit her as he smirked.

"And so it finally ends. I think I'll send your body to Mechakara to know what a failure he truly is." said Malachite.

"Shut up" DarkHeart snapped, ignoring Malachite's words of truth. He was right in a way, she didn't want to admit it. But he was beating her down. But DarkHeart was too angry. The robot girl dodged his attacks and cursed a little when he dodged hers. She snapped angrily "You will never have that chance, I won't allow it! I won't!" She then held her chest as Malachite threatened her again, saying her body would be delivered to mechakara. She snapped "Go to hell" Before aiming a blast of her own right at his abdomen.

Malachite chuckled.

"Why? Can you not handle the truth?" asked Malachite.

He smirked at her.

"You actually think you can stop me? That's so amusing." said Malachite.

He paused as she threw a blast at him and this time he wasn't quick enough to dodge as the blast struck him in the chest and flung him to the ground. He groaned as he clutched his chest grateful there was no blood. But he had a feeling it would bruise for sure. He got to his feet glaring at her.

"And that was your last warning." said Malachite.

He then lunged at her firing several magical blasts and fireballs at her. He was through playing around. He was going to win and defeat her once and for all.

"No. It's just your voice is just poison to my ears" DarkHeart snipped back as Malachite challenged her once more. She tried her hardest to hit him with anything she had, from blasts to fists, DarkHeart was going to fight until it actually killed her. And something told her, it was going to get to that point sooner than later. She smiled in absolute victory as a blast succeeded in hitting him. But her victory was short lived as Malachite got extra violent and attacked her with fireballs and magic blasts. Although she missed some deep hits, some blasts did manage to get her. One got on her legs, enough to crash her down and another went right on her chest. For a small while DarkHeart didn't seem to be getting up but with strength, DarkHeart rose and used some of her strength to push Malachite down to the ground herself. She was not going to die tonight. She was not going to give malachite the satisfaction
