Just Want To Play (Kids and Teens in ATG Army)

[Penny]

(ooc: March 13th. Kids and teens mingling thread.)

Jim was nervous as they made their way into the woods. BLS had been giving him some lessons on his new indigo lantern ring powers. Pinocchio had been begging him for awhile to have some fun in the woods so he had agreed. His arm was healing up but he wasn't sure when the cast would come off. He had to take it easy for awhile but at least he had this ring to protect him, his brothers, and the rest of the kids. In case something went wrong.

Mano followed Jim here. He grinned at the familiar site of the woods. He had the Ring of Heart on his finger. Like his counterpart Ma-Ti it gave him several powers. Although he used it differently to make people do what he wanted. He was glad to have brothers though. Pinocchio had begged Jim to come out here and Mano had agreed to come help as well. They'd invited the other kids and teens in the army to come. He wasn't sure all was coming but they were sure to have some fun.

Penny grinned as she ran out next. She knew a big battle was supposed to take place in a couple days so this might be their last chance to have fun and hang out like this. At least for awhile. She wagged her tail as looked around not seeing Patch, Wizzer, or any of the other kids yet. But it was only a matter of time before they showed up.

Pinocchio grinned as he walked out into the woods. He'd convinced Jim with Mano's help to come out her for the night and have some fun. They'd been cooped up in that house for too long. Now they could have some real fun. And they wouldn't have to worry about running into any of the other armies either. Today was just going to be about having fun. He couldn't wait until the others got here.

[Ronno Black]

"Last one is a rotten egg!" Ronno cried. The young buck quickly followed his brother Pinnochio outside. He was very happy Pinnochio decided to convince Jim and Mano to take them to he woods and enjoy themselves. He ran about and eventually began nuzzling him. "Let's go look about this place! There's gotta be some wicked cave or a mysterious area we haven't found yet! We gotta do something! I'm so bored! Come on, bro, what idea do you have. You have something right pinnochio?"

"Hey guys wait up!" Mowgli cried, running faster with the young deer. He began breathing hard due to running so fast. "Yeah, what's the plan, guys?" He asked Jim, Mano and Pinnochio. He was actually really excited. It was about time they did something fun. Mowgli was glad to go out for once in a while.

"Whatever we do is fine with me. It's about darn time we got out of that cooped house" Taffyta said happily. She was glad to be invited. Pinnochio she could tell liked her enough to invite her, Ronno although annoying was not talking to her thankfully. Whatever happened was fine with the girl. Penny was here and at least they were doing something for once. She was actually beginning to try to loosen up with these kids

"I'm here, I'm here! I'm so glad to be outside!" Patch replied, running faster and eventually catching up to his sister Penny. Like the rest of the kids he was relieved. Freedom at last. Well in the sense of not being forced to stay inside for safety or away from battles. Fun times thankfully were to be had here. He grinned as Ronno and Mowgli asked what to do from Pinnochio. Patch turned to his sister and began poking at her playfully

[Indigo Lantern Jim Black]

Pinnochio grinned and nodded.

"Maybe. We should stick together though. We're not back in your old forest Ronno. What if the other armies attack? Or someone outside of this war spots us? They're going to see a bunch of animals and humans wandering around the woods and start asking questions we can't answer." said Pinocchio.

He grinned seeing Mowgli, Taffyta, and Patch arrive. Taffyta wasn't so bad. She could actually be nice when she wanted to.

"I wish I could make you happy more Taffyta. I like seeing you smile." thought Pinocchio.

He grinned glad most of them were here. He looked at Mowgli and shrugged.

"Just having fun and exploring. Maybe we'll find a cave or something." said Pinocchio.

Jim listened to Pinocchio and Ronno and grinned.

"Pinocchio's right. Whatever we do here we stick together. Our parents and the others aren't really going to like we snuck away to play today. I don't want to tell them we attracted the wrong attention or one of you got hurt. I'm responsible for all of you guy s." said Jim.

Jim grinned seeing more of the kids arrive.

"Keep an eye out for any of the other kids who show up late. But I think most of us are here." said Jim.

He followed the group as they walked through the forest staying at the back to watch out for danger.

Penny grinned seeing Patch arrive.

"So am I. I'm glad you could make it Patch. We really needed this." said Penny.

She heard Pinoccho and Jim's concerns and nodded.

"That sounds smat. We stick together and have fun." said Penny.

Mano remained silent not having anything to add as they kept walking searching for a cave or something interesting. He looked at the group and grinned.

"Perhaps we could at least found a spot in the forest where we could run or play tag that's well protected. At least enough if we were attacked we could see it coming." said Mano.

[Ronno Black]

Ronno began to calm down as both Pinnochio and Jim reminded him that this forest was not necessarily or completely safe. That some of it was in enemy territory and enemies on different sides could appear. The thought of Facilier immediately made Ronno rush towards Pinnochio "Right. Right. Stay near everybody. Great idea" When asked kindly about being scared by Mowgli, Ronno began defend himself "Scared? Me? Bah, I'm a buck. I just want to make sure you guys aren't" The truth was although he was adventurous, he was incredibly scared of his enemies coming to catch him. He turned to Mano who suggested to find a place in the forest to play safely "Yeah. Let's find a safe haven first. Please let it be a cool cave"

"Ronno. Are you scared?" Mowgli asked Ronno as he rushed immediately for the others when warned to be safe. Hearing Ronno immediately defend himself made Mowgli step back "Alright. Just looking out for you. We're family after all" He then turned to Jim and Mano who said to have fun but they needed to at least find a safe place. Mowgli nodded "Let's start off straight, it seemed to be safe so far"

When Pinnochio looked to her, smiling at her, Taffyta couldn't resist smiling back. Sure he was a bit of a dork and definitely impulsive, but he was very cute. Especially when happy. She didn't know why but she did like this kid. More so than most of the boys she dealt with. Pinnochio really wasn't so bad. He was good. Taffyta rolled her eyes at ronno but listened to the others plan. Mano's suggestion made her nod "Yeah that way we won't have second thoughts of being too loud, cause of fear of somebody hearing us"

"We sure did. I'm glad you're here too, sis" Patch replied honestly. It was great having all the kids with him but Penny had stuck with him longer than the rest and was his older sister. He looked up and cared for her quite a lot. It helped that both mechakara and darkheart were related so the two could be even closer cause of their human pets. He then nodded at Mano's idea, immediately deciding to help but sniffing about. "Hm. Nothing so far but I'll keep searching" As the group walked, Patch kept sniffing for any new area.

[Mano Black]

Pinocchio grinned.

"I'm glad to hear you're so brave." said Pinocchio.

He wasn't sure if he was pretending or not but he'd let his brother pretend if he wanted to. No one liked to look scared in front of their friends and family after all.

"I think he's just being protective brother and friend. I always wanted a brother. Now I got 5 of them." said Pinnochio.

He smiled at Taffyta. Sometimes he felt she could be nice if she wanted to. Maybe he could bring that out of her. He turned hearing Jim and nodded.

"I got it Jim. I don't want to fight anyone today. I just want to have fun." said Pinocchio.

He grinned as they finally found some caves.

"Are there bears or other animals in there? I wouldn't want to barge into someone's home." said Pinocchio.

Pinocchio relaxed hearing there was no problems. He grinned taking a flashlight as they walked into the cave.

Mano stopped grinning at Pinocchio.

"We are a family and that won't ever change. You can't find our parents or Uncle Loki then you come find Jim or me. And we'll try to help you guys." said Mano.

He lead the group with Jim taking up the rear to keep their siblings and the other kids between them in case of trouble. He paused putting his ring to his head.

"Heart!" said Mano.

He couldn't sense anyone in the caves.

"I think these caves have been abandoned. I can't sense anyone in here. But like Jim said before we should stay together and safe. An old cave like this could have cave ins, or holes that drop you into lower caves. So be careful where you step in here." said Mano.

He took the flashlight from Jim as they headed inside.

Jim smiled at his younger adopted brothers, Taffyta, and the two puppies.

"I think there might be some caves nearby. We should be careful though. Mano you take the front and I'll walk at the end. Try to stay in a group ok? We didn't bring many weapons so if we are attacked we'll need to stay together and run for it. No one try to play hero got it?" said Jim.

Jim smiled as they finally reached a cave in the forest. He nodded as Mano confirmed there was no life in the caves.

"Just be careful. We explore the cave as a group. There's safety in numbers after all." said Jim.

Jim pulled out his backpack and pulled out some flashlights handing them to the human members of their group.

"Everyone stay near someone who has a flashlight. I have extra batteries if any of them go dead but we should be okay for awhile." said Jim.

Penny grinned at him. She was glad to be here with her brother. She smiled as they finally reached the cave. She turned listening to Mano and Jim and nodded.

"I'll be careful. I don't want to get hurt or lost. But maybe we should have thought to bring something to put a forcefield or warning at the cave. Just because there's nothing in here now doesn't mean an animal couldn't return. Or one of the other armies isn't trying to use this as a secret base or something." said Penny.

She followed the group in and turned to Patch.

"I wonder what's inside." said Penny.

She giggled and followed the group inside.

[Patch]

(OCC: Great now I want this cave to have a haunted curse or something XD. Couldn't resist a little mischief so here's a small noise to scare the kids)

"Of course I am! That's what all bucks are!" Ronno puffed his chest out. He wanted to impress everyone, especially his brother Pinnochio. He was basically his best friend by this point. Ronno listened as Pinnochio said he now had five brothers. Then both Jim and Mano gave them similar orders to stay together and not do anything rash. To be careful.

As they entered the cave they were given instructions to not take chances and stick close to the human members. Ronno stuck close to Pinnochio. When Penny wondered aloud what was inside, Ronno gulped "Not a ghost I hope. Not that I'm scared of them. I just don't want to be bothered by them. I'm not scared" As he said this a small but shocking noise was heard, he leaped and landed on Pinnochio. He panicked a little "It's a ghost!"

"We got it, Jim and Mano. Stay together and don't do anything stupid. That seems fair" Taffyta listened with a curious shot glance at the cave. She went in and took a flashlight, allowing both Patch and Penny to come near her as a result. She glanced about and smirked as Penny mentioned there might be a animal here "This place IS old, look how damp and cold and dark it is. Glad I don't live here. If some animal was here, they'd totally need a makeover home edition" Now that she was getting used to the group of kids and teens, she was showing some of her more positive traits. Like being jokey instead of sarcastic. And friendly instead of nasty.

She smiled at Pinnochio, seeing him enjoy being around her. Which was weird yet flattering considering ever since they met, she always picked on him for his curiosity and need to impress. She screamed a little at the small noise "Whoa! Not cool!"

"This cave must've been around for a long time. I wonder if it DID once have a animal living here. It's pretty big, Manos" Patch replied as they all went into the cave. He nodded at Jim and Mano's instructions, his mischief side pacified with the risk of being in danger for so long. As he walked with his sister carefully, he heard Ronno talk about ghosts. He laughed "Ghosts? They're no such things. I remember this one Halloween episode where thunderbolt solved a ghost mystery. Turned out it was that old blackguard Dirty Dawson"

Suddenly he heard the small noise and jumped "What was that?!"

Mowgli looked confused by the flashlight but with a turn of a button he learned what it was quickly. He listened to Jim and Mano's with a smile "You got it, guys. No funny business. I won't take chances" He stuck close to the oldest children. He then shrugged at Patch's comment towards Ronno's suspicion "Well the same can be said for talking animals, magic and gods but we have those things and they exist. So a ghost could exist" He then heard a small noise. His animal instinct kicked in, primal and ready compared to the pray or domesticated. Mowgli growled and roared, like a bear.

[Mano Black]

(ooc: I just had an image of ronno in pinocchio's arms like shaggy & scooby do in their various shows/movies. lol. had an idea of them falling into lower levels of the cave. maybe in seperate groups to give it a spooky feeling. i'm up for it being haunted. maybe npc ghosts. like a failed experiment of the magicians in either army to summon spirits who decided to go rogue and not listen to them.)

Pinnochio grinned.

"Then I'm glad you're here with us." said Pinnochio.

He grinned at Ronno.

"I'm sure a ghost wouldn't be here. They'd have to be stupid to bother us." said Pinocchio.

He gasped in surprise hearing a voice as Ronno jumped on Pinocchio as Pinocchio fell over holding his brother. He wasn't sure what it was but he held Ronno close to him trying to calm him down.

"It's ok Ronno. It's just a noise." whispered Pinocchio.

He smiled glancing at the others.

"My brave brother was afraid a ghost ws going to get me so he shoved me to the ground to protect me. I'm so glad to have such a brave friend and brother like Ronno." said Pinocchio.

He hoped Ronno went along with it. Ronno was always the strong one something he admired. But seeing this he knew even Ronno could get scared but he wouldn't let Ronno's reputation get ruined if he could help it.

"Mano!" cried Pinocchio, worried about his brother.

He got up rushing over but heard the cracks too late as he also fell.

Mano nodded as they kept going.

"Taffyta's right. The place is too old. Nothing to worry ABOUUUUUUUUUUUUT!"

The ground he'd stepped on gave in tumbling him into a hole below.

Jim shook his head.

"It's just a noise. Probably the wind or something. No ghosts here." said Jim.

Then we he saw Mano fell Jim rushed over to the hole. He tried to see Mano but the hole was deeper than it looked.

"Mano! You alright?" said Jim.

He heard the cracks as the rest of the ground gave way as Jim felt himself plunged into darkness as he dropped his flashlight in his panic.

Penny gasped hearing sounds and hid behind Patch shivering a little. She perked up a little when the others said there was no ghost.

"Are you sure?" asked Penny.

When Mano fell Penny was nervous.

"The ghost got him!" said Penny.

Suddenly the ground began to give way as Penny fell with the others into the darkness below.

Group 1:

Mano groaned getting up looking around. He found his flashlight and turned it on. He spotted Pinnochio and rushed over to him.

"Pinocchio? You alright?" asked Mano.

Mano shrugged glancing around.

"I'm not sure. Hello! Anyone there?" said Mano.

Pinocchio nodded.

"I think so. Is anyone else here?" asked Pinocchio.

He paused not finding his flashlight and stayed close to Mano.

Group 2:

Jim groaned as he got up and dusted himself off. He grabbed his flashlight gratefully and looked around.

"Anyone here?" asked Jim.

He heard a whimper and barking. Jim went closer to the noise and found Penny trapped in some rubble. He pulled it off her and chuckled as the grateful dog licked him.

"You'll be safer if you stay in my pocket." said Jim.

He picked up the puppy and placed her in his pocket since they had no idea how dangerous this cave was.

"Hello! Anyone else here?" said Jim.

Penny whimpered as she was pinned in some rubble. Sheh heard Jim's voice and barked and was grateful he came and freed her. She licked his face and looked around.

"Thank you Jim." said Penny.

She was now worried how they'd get back. Dark Heart had gave her permission to come here and now they were trapped. She wished she'd invited her along now.

"Patch? Taffyta? Anyone?" asked Penny, looking around.

[Ronno Black]

(OCC: Lol that's what I was going for with ronno tbh. As for NPC ghosts that sounds real fun. I like that idea)

Ronno and Taffyta are in group one. Mowgli and Patch are with group two

Ronno smiled proudly and was assured with Pinnochio's words but after his little moment, he was afraid his stature of being the brave kid was going to be ruined. He knew he was screwed after his more cowardly behavior with the noise. However Pinnochio quite frankly saved his skin by claiming he wasn't scared, but was so worried for Pinnochio's safety he jumped to protect him. Ronno was very grateful for the save and took it in fast "Yeah that's exactly right! It's a special super-cool move to protect your family from enemies that's exactly it" He was ashamed though and vowed to be a bit more confident.

He was about to thank Pinnochio for the save but he and Mano suddenly disappeared. Seeing Pinnochio fall into the rubbled cracks caused the loyalty in him to panic once again. "Pinnochio!" He suddenly was enveloped and collasped into a pile of rubble. Other than bruises, Ronno was unharmed and got up, shaking the dust off "Hey! I'm right here Mano!" He quickly went over and replied "You guys alright?" Suddenly he heard Taffyta and replied "Taffyta hang on! We'll get you!" He found her with the rest and helped to dig her out.

Taffyta was about to take Jim's advice to ignore it as a noise but without warning the whole area they were standing on collapsed. The next thing the young girl knew she fell to the ground in a harsh heap. Unlike Ronno who only came out with minor injuries, Taffyta's leg got stuck in the rubble and couldn't get out. "Guys! I'm over here! I'm stuck, my leg! I can't get out" She would've been lying if she said she wasn't afraid of the darkness around her. This was turning from a fun little trip to a nightmare.

Patch allowed penny to hide behind him and expressed hesitant relief when Jim replied it was just a noise. However the noise escalated into a sudden rubble collapse of the ground and they fell into a deeper part of the cave. Patch also, like his sister, was trapped in rubble but he was also with Mowgli. Seeing mowgli a bit intimidated Patch replied "I know what to do. Hold on" He digged his harder to give the both of them air and to bark towards jim to guide them. He barked loudly as Mowgli joined him with loud cries.

Mowgli didn't believe it was just a noise. There was no such thing as just a noise. His wolf mother taught him that. He was right though as the place collasped. With a loud, frightened cry, he fell. He found himself trapped in a dark place covered in soot and rubble. Along with his dalmatian brother/friend, Patch. He then said, out of fear "What're we going to do?" Patch digged as a result and the boy was appreciative of the dalmatian's quick thinking. Once the dog barked, he joined his callings by crying out "Jim! We're here! We're stuck! We're here! Help!"

[Indigo Lantern Jim Black]

Group 1:

Pinocchio smiled glad they'd found Ronno and hugged him and then Mano.

"I'm so glad you're ok. I can't lose another family." whispered Pinocchio.

He paused rushing over with the others to help dig Taffyta out.

Mano paused hearing his words and felt bad for his new younger brother. But before he could say anything he heard Taffyta's cries for help. He went forward helping Ronno and Pinocchio dig her out.

"Don't worry Taffyta. We'll get you out." said Mano.

He kept helping Pinocchio and Ronno dig their way to Taffyta.

Group 2:

When Jim heard cries from Patch and Mowgli he pulled Penny out setting her down knowing she'd wanted to help him dig.

"Just stay close to me ok. I don't want to lose you too alright?" asked Jim.

Penny nodded as Jim set her down and she started to help him dig.

"Patch! Mowgli! It's me Penny! I'm here with Jim trying to help dig you out of there." said Penny.

She kept digging hoping they got Mowgli and Patch out of there so they could go looking for the other half of their group.

[Patch]

Group 1

Ronno nuzzled back as the human boy hugged him, glad that his younger brother was okay. He then helped Taffyta out and succeeded. He then replied softly "Let's find the others and get out of here before something else happens" As if to spite the young buck, loud calls started to be heard. They sounded inhuman and very, very unhappy. They spoke in a unknown language which made it all the more scary. But seeing Pinnochio near by, Ronno got in front of him and replied "I'm not scared of you! Whoever you are!"

Taffyta beamed brightly at the sight of Pinnochio, Ronno and Mano. This little adventure was finally giving her the chance to appreciate them. She hugged Mano and the other boys before replying "Thank you! Thank you!" She then gave a small shout of pain "Oh no, my leg. I think it's sprained or something" She limped a little, before screaming at the loud calls. She got behind Mano and started shivering, fearing for her life.

Group 2

Patch was very glad his attempt for help worked. With Jim, Patch and penny all digging, the two managed to get out after some small time. Patch was absolutely filthy and shook the dirt off of himself before going over to his sister and licking her face. He then stated "We're all okay I hope. I think we better go find the others" After he said that, loud cries and shrieks were heard. Immediately, the pup got in front of the other three and started barking like crazy. It was his only way of defiance.

Mowgli was actually glad to have Patch around. For a small puppy he had the spirit of something much larger. He didn't know how or why Patch was so courageous but Mowgli was glad that the pup was with them. It gave him courage and hope. Mowgli got out with patch and while the pup got with his sister, Mowgli went over to Jim and hugged the older boy "Man am I glad to see you!" Suddenly the loud shrieks were heard and the boy immediately took penny in and hugged her protectively. He snarled at the direction of the shrieks "Who are you!? What are you?! Show yourself!"

[Mano Black]

Group 1:

Pinocchio looked nervous as Ronno said that.

"Don't say that. Now something else will happen." said Pinnochio.

He was nervous looking around hearing laughter as the eerie music began to play like it was coming from a piano organ.

"What is that?" asked Pinocchio.

He was now starting to panic and afraid of the noise coming towards them he ran the opposite way down the tunnel.

Mano smiled glad Taffyta was safe.

"Your welcome." said Mano.

He paused for a moment.

"Do you want to ride on my back? It'll make getting out of these caves easier. We could be walking for awhile to find our way back up." said Mano.

He paused hearing the noises and music as Pinocchio took off.

"Pinocchio! Stop!" shouted Mano.

He turned glancing at Ronno and Taffyta.

"Help her get to safety. I'll try to hold whatever it is back." said Mano.

He turned towards the noises shouting as loud as he could while aiming his ring.

"HEART!" shouted Mano, sending out beams of energy not sure if it'd work or not.

Group 2:

Penny smiled glad Patch was ok.

"Thank goodness." said Penny.

She then heard shrieks and started to shiver.

"What's going on?" asked Penny, nervous.

Jim smiled hugging his younger brother.

"I'm glad to see you too Mowgli." said Jim.

He heard the shrieks as well standing in front of his siblings.

"Mano at least has his ring so he can protect the others I hope. But we shouldn't try to fight them. We have no idea what they're capable of. For all we know Facilier sent them or is trying to lure us into a trap. We should find the others and get out of here." said Jim, trying to remain calm while feeling a bit afraid himself.

[Ronno Black]

Group 1

Ronno's ears drooped in shame as Pinnochio warned him not to jinx them. Ronno gulped "Sorry, it's my nerves talking!" Ronno then heard the laughter and Ronno kept trying his best to protect pinnochio from them. Suddenly the boy ran and before Ronno could say anything, he was commanded by Mano to take Taffyta, go after Pinnochio and get out. Ronno was about to protest when suddenly a purplish, disgusting looking ghost came from the shadows where the beams hit. The ghost hissed and roared, going straight for Mano. Ronno screamed "No! Mano!" Ronno then pulled Taffyta onto his back and searched "Pinnochio! Where'd you go?! Pinnochio!"

Taffyta was about to answer Mano when the laughter continued. The girl went over with the deer then shouted at him "You heard what he said! We need to get out of here!" She then was pulled to his back and the two ran off "Wait, we need to find pinnochio and the others then go back for mano!" She screamed as she saw a purplish ghost and replied "Pinnochio, for candy sake where are you!?"

Group 2

Patch meanwhile listened to Jim and the others suggest a retreat to go find the others. Patch replied courageously "Try to get my sister and Mowgli out then come get me. I'll distract the, whatever it is!" Without any permission from Jim, he raced to the direction where the shrieks came from. He barked and barked until suddenly a green ghost came and snarled right back. It was smaller and thinner than the purplish one. The ghost turned to the group but was distracted by Patch. It tried to swing and hit patch, it did succeed causing the puppy to be knocked out due to his head hitting a rock.

Mowgli nodded calmly "I mean it's best we find the others!" Mowgli then saw Patch run and defend them by distracting the ghost. Mowgli shouted "Patch, no! That's dangerous!" He then gasped shocked as Patch got knocked out. Mowgli took penny and replied "Jim, we should find the others and get out of here!"

[Mano Black]

Group 1:

Pinocchio was in a pure panic mode as he kept running hearing laughter only to bump into a mirror which showed him as having a donkey tail and ears.

"No. Not again." whispered Pinocchio, unaware it was just a mirage.

He dropped to his knees too upset to move any further. He then heard voices.

"Ronno? Taffyta?" asked Pinocchio.

As he did he glanced back at the mirror seeing he still looked normal.

"It was a trick." said Pinocchio.

He turned back to the voices not sure if it was another trick or not.

"I'm over here!" said Pinocchio.

Mano saw the others leave and fired his heart attack at them. Only for a pair of ghosts to grab him from behind and pull him up into the air.

"No. Let me go!" said Mano.

He heard their ghostly laughing as they went up pulling him suprising through the ceiling above as he passed out.

Group 2:

Jim paused reaching forward grabbing the unconscious Patch placing him in his pocket and he saw Mowgli grab Penny.

"I've lost half of group and Patch is hurt. I'm not going to let anything else happen. Let's go. Stay in front of me Mowgli." said Jim.

He took off running with his brother hoping they found Mano and the others soon.

Penny is now really scared as Patch was knocked out. When Mowgli grabs her she panics at first only to realize who it was and sighed.

"We better go find the others." said Penny.

[Patch]

Group One

Ronno held Taffyta close as the two heard Pinnochio's voice. The deer raced with the girl nearby him and raced eventually to find him. Ronno, annoyedly, shoved Pinnochio in the shoulder "Don't you run off like that! We need to stick together! What if something happened to you?" Suddenly he heard more roaring and laughter, and Mano screaming. Ronno turned to Taffyta to give to Pinnochio "Hold her, I gotta check Mano" He raced to see he was gone and gasped "Oh no! Those ghosts! They might be after us!" He then went back immediately to Pinnochio and Taffyta and replied "We need to find the others and get Mano back!" He lead the other two carefully and called out "Patch? Jim? Mowgli? Penny? Guys? Where are you!?"

Taffyta stayed with Ronno until they found Pinnochio. Despite some of the pain, she stayed still and nodded as Ronno reprimanded Pinnochio "Yeah! For once Ronno's got a point! You've scared us! Don't run off like that! Especially when there's god knows what out here" She then screamed again as she heard laughter and heard Mano "Mano's in danger!" She then held onto Pinnochio as Ronno ran for a check before coming back. She then followed Ronno as he lead them to find the others

Group Two

Patch was knocked out cold. The ghost turned to Jim and cackled as the puppy was taken away. The ghost, apparently, found it funny that it knocked out a puppy. Mowgli meanwhile held Penny close to him, just for the sake of protecting her. He growled at the ghost before hearing Jim command him to stay close. Nodding, Mowgli stayed and they walked off to find the others. Suddenly, Mowgli, despite some ghostly laughter, heard a faint voice. Mowgli replied "Hey! I think I hear someone!"

[Penny]

Group 1:

Pinocchio looked sad as Ronno and Taffyta caught up with him.

"I'm sorry. I just saw scary things in the mirror and I panicked. I didn't mean to leave you two." said Pinocchio.

He looked down feeling bad. Ronno was his brother and Taffyta was his friend and he'd panicked and left them both. What if they'd gotten hurt or worse?

"I'll try to do better." whispered Pinocchio, trying to make himself believe that even if they didn't.

When Ronno took off he was scared but stayed near Taffyta when he returned and said Mano was gone.

"The ghosts are trying to separate us. We need to find the others. Maybe we'll find Mano along the way. But you were right before Ronno. We need to stick together. No more splitting up." said Pinocchio.

He took Taffyta's hand with his right hand and wrapped his arm around Ronno's neck with his left arm.

"I finally have a family and friends. I won't let anyone take them away from me." said Pinocchio.

Unknown:

Mano groaned as he coughed trying to move only to find himself tied up. He struggled and tried to move as he heard laughter and saw a few ghosts appear.

"Let me go!" said Mano.

He tried to get up but the ropes weren't budging.

The ghosts just laughed at him.

"Soon your friends will be joining you." said one ghost.

"Yeah. And then all of you will be joining us as ghosts." said another.

That set off another round of laughter as they all left leaving Mano alone.

Group 2:

Jim kept going hearing voices.

"You're right. I hear someone." said Jim.

He ran only to be shocked as Mano vanishing into the ceiling being carried off by ghosts.

"They got Mano!" said Jim.

He paused glancing around.

"I don't see Ronno, Taffyta or Pinocchio. They must be nearby. Hurry!" said Jim.

He paused grabbing Mowgli by the hand.

"I'm not losing you too." said Jim.

He stayed close to Mowgli grateful the two puppies were being held. He hoped Patch woked up soon.

Penny paused with a frown upset to hear Mano was gone. First Patch was hurt then Mano disappeared.

"We should hurry. If they got Mano they might after the others." said Penny.

She figured the quicker they found the others the better.
