Personality: Rum Tum Tugger is a very independent type of cat, unafraid of what to say, do, or act. He's very confident, almost to the point of arrogance. He's also very flirtatious, very rambunctious and tends to get into mischief out of pure boredom and lust for fun. He is very optimistic if only because it leads him to being incredibly witty/sarcastic. He's also mysterious, sometimes keeping things to himself and tends to be a bit of a loner. He's a mixture of many things, loud to soft-spoken, teasing yet simplistic, prideful yet generous, smart yet he keeps to himself. Rum Tum tends to do whatever he pleases, showing a lot of stubbornness in his wake. That doesn't mean he's selfish, he's actually incredibly friendly if you get to know him. He's caring and respects those he knows deserve respect. He's also brutally honest and tends to be a bit outspoken. He's very funloving and always goes out of his way to entertain himself and/or others.
History: Rum Tum Tugger is a Jellicle cat who doesn't really tell much of his past nor wants to. All that is known about his past was that he was a stray since birth and lived in the alleys, pleasing himself and many of his followers with fun and entertainment. He grew up with a big fanbase, made filled with some queen cats and kittens, following his whims which encouraged his ego. One particular year, just like any other year, he joined his tribe of jellicles for the jellicle ball. The jellicle ball would choose a cat to be reincarnated to a better life and even though he knew he wasn't going to be chosen, he always goes to the ball and it was no exception for that year. It was the year Macavity tried to capture Old Deutoronomy, their leader, and Rum Tum found Mr. Mistoffolees to bring him back. Rum Tum after that crazy madness grew bored of the alleys and eventually seeked off to find something interesting. Enter Chicago, where he was actually enticed by a certain glow. Leading him to the nostalgia critic's home. He decided to join them because they seemed completely trustworthy.
