Where is this character from? Smallville
Why did you pick him/her?: An awesome villain and a powerhouse. He's the opposite of Clark right down to his strength being meteor rocks and his weakness being sunlight. But his powers are identical.

Personality: evil, cunning, manuplative, persuasive, loving, friendly (to his allies)
History: He was a phantom sealed away in the Phantom Zone by the Kyptonians. He was released on Earth with several other phantoms. While Clark hunted down the rest he began possesing humans to stay alive. Unfortunately the bodies didn't last for too long for him and died. He eventually replicated Clark's body into an exact duplicate. Only his body didn't have the Kryptonian weaknesses.
Jor-El trapped Clark in the arctic as a punishment for a few months and during that time Bizarro took over Clark's live pretending to be him. He dated and slept with Lana, befriended Chloe, Jimmy and Lois, and even helped save people. He stopped a bomb that would have blown up the Daily Planet and took Jimmy and Kara along with it. He fought Clark several times and sought out help from Braniac and Lex Luthor but neither could help him. Lex refused to help him. But Clark and Lana defeated him with blue kryptonite killing him. Or so they thought. For Bizarro woke up in a new world outside a circus. Not having ever been named he decided to take the name Kal liking the name since he was Clark's twin he figured he'd use Clark's abbreviated name for his Kryptonian name Kal-El. He learned of the war and decided to join Facileir's army wanting to help take over. And have some fun in the process.
Allies: Braniac; Facilier's Army.
Enemies: Clark Kent; Lana Lang; Critic's Army; Ask That Guy's Army.
Plans: be a powerhouse for Facilier's army. maybe find a new romance for him.
