Physical Appearance: He's muscular and well built having the super serum in his body. He generally wears blue a lot.

Personality: He's a bit shy and reserved. But quick to defend people if they're hurt. Especially his friends and family. Having super powers he donned a costume similar to his father's and called himself Starman. He hates when people call him Captain Junior not wanting to be in his father's shadow. If someone calls him that it usually causes him to snap at the person and then storm off angrily.
History:
Bucky was born prematurely and they feared he wasn't going to make it. After talking it over Carly injected some of the super soldier serum she'd copied from Steve's blood and put it into him. Bucky survived but also inherited his father's powers. He was taught how to use his powers so he wouldn't hurt anyone and was homeschooled for a couple years until his parents were sure he could control his powers and then sent him to public school. He was very close with his sister Peggy. His parents and sister sorta babied him at first as they'd almost lost him. But Bucky began to resent that and began pushing them away distancing himself from his family and hanging out more with others in the army and friends from school. Eventually he made up his parents and sister who promised not to be so over protective of him. This was thankfully just in elementary school so he lived a somewhat normal life the rest of his elementary, middle school, and high school years. He had been forbidden from playing sports in school because of his powers to his annoyance so he played with other super powered kids in the army. When the war started he wanted to help. So he invented his own super identity calling himself Starman and even had a shield inspired by his father's made by Tony.
