Why did you pick him/her?: He's a sweetie besides Raphie and Mikey are badguys for now Splinter needs at least one guy to know the truth

Personality: The brains of the family, the pacifist of the team and the quietest out of them all. Donny thinks with his head mostly but does what's right within his heart, he's incredibly passionate and protective of his family just like the rest. He's kindhearted, friendly, loyal and deeply peaceful but when he can and must he'll fight to his last breath. He's undyingly loyal/selfless to his brothers and father, even going so far as to give up time and effort for them and even his life sometimes. He's also loyal to all his friends, whenever he gets any and is always selfless for them as well. Speaking of selflessness, that's donny in a nutshell, he's a very sweet and selfless person despite his ability to be very action-packed, determined and courageous. He's also extremely intelligent, successfully inventing devices and inventions that actually work but he uses it for the teams full potential. He loves technology and enjoys working with it. He's very skilled with it too, maybe more so than fighting but his skills are very well-done and he has made successful inventions here and there. He is also VERY humble and modest, so his self-esteem, despite his family's love and support, isn't very confident. He tends to downplay himself or assume that they over-exaggerate his talents despite the fact they are incredibly good
History: Like Raphael and Michelangelo, Donatello was made into a mutant when he was but a infant, he was saved by splinter and raised as his son and student in ninjitsu. He was named after the Italian artist Donatello but Donny was far more interested in science and technology than art but for good reason, not only did he love it but he was fantastic with it and has made very successful inventions here and there in the past. He has had many adventures with his brothers and has helped them out, yet does not allow them to give him credit. However simple life is never so easy to have, since donny has been sucked here like the rest of his family to this world and has joined splinter the longest, and therefore is closest to the rat more than the others, due to raph and mikey at the time being villains at ask thatguy's side, manipulated and lied to. Eventually though, Raph and mikey have seen reason and changed sides from ask thatguy to critic and donny has become increasingly cautious and protective with them. It doesn't help though that leonardo, his other brother, is still brainwashed thanks to malachite and doesn't remember any of them. Donny is faithful though that eventually leo too will see reason and return to them, he just doesn't know how long it will take or how they actually will get him back. In the meantime, Donny protects his family as much as he can and tries to be a better brother and much more of a fighter now since this war is clearly unavoidable

Plans: To be the ground for the family, to be the brains of course, continue being friends with Linksano and Tara, eventually discover splinter's capture and try to rescue him before being reunited with him and leo at the same time. Once leo's released, he and donny will definitely reconcile and bond once more. Donny's going to be extremely protective of leo once he's freed.
