Personality: Ruthless, stern, easily thwarted by the desire to get rid of "unacceptable" experiments to make some sort of perfectionist society, Gantu is very firm and serious all the time and tends to think his situations are the best ones. He's arrogant, scheming and usually determined to get what he desires. He's not very agreeable and tends to think/depend on what his situation is and his reasons whether they be correct or not
History: Gantu was sent by the ambassador to help Jumba and Pleakley kidnap and take Stitch away because of his previous escape from banishment due to Stitch's undesirable behavior being too chaotic and destructive to be considered safe for the alien government. However, instead of helping them, Gantu went off rogue and did his own ways of capturing Stitch, going so far as to use harmful and dangerous means. Eventually, through patience and scheming, Gantu did capture stitch but also captured Lilo despite it being against orders to harm innocent civilians. Stitch did rescue Lilo and the result was him and lilo staying safely with Nani and Gantu himself disposed of his duty due to his dangerous ways of solving the problem. He has since done many rouge schemes to capture Stitch's other cousins and sometimes stitch himself, but they were always thwarted by stitch, lilo and her family/group. He has been time-warped here thanks to Dr. Insano and seeing Lilo and Nani here, decided to go against them for all their intentions of destroying his plans, he is with Facilier's army, seeing more strange people there and is now doing anything he can to take down lilo and/or her older sister.
