Where is this character from? The Incredible Hulk, The Avengers, etc.
Why did you pick him/her?: One of my favorite super heroes plus we need the character to continue Tony/Bruce. Plus Bruce/Hulk's just needed to clobber people. xd

Bruce's Personality: He's a scientist and quite intelligent. When it first started he couldn't control his anger and would transform whenever he got angry. But now he's always angry though to avoid changing into the Hulk. He had a crush on Tony for awhile and eventually they started dating shortly after they both joined the war.
Savage Hulk's personality: He's childlike, and angry. During his regular transformations he can't tell friend from foe and attacks everyone. Although Betty has been able to calm him down in the past. And now that Bruce has more control of his anger he can control the Hulk to a degree as well.
History:
Bruce was abused by his father Brian Banner growing up along with his mother. His father viewed him as a monster. His mother tried to escape with Bruce but Brian killed her when he found out. Then told Bruce to not tell anyone. He stayed with his father because he had no where else to go and was afraid of him. His father went into a mental institution for awhile but was released and hadn't changed much at all. He went to his mother's grave but his father followed and attacked him. Bruce defended himself and shoved him onto his mother's gravestone in self defense breaking his neck and killing his father. But this was so traumatic for him Bruce forgot this and just thought his father had left him alone.
Bruce experimented on his genes with gamma radiation. It was a failed attempt to copy the super soldier formula that created Captain America. Something went wrong turning him into the Hulk. The government is divided on him. While some consider him a threat others like Ross consider him US property and want to try to make more like him in hopes they can have super soldiers. Bruce fled into hiding barely having much contact with anyone and eventually cut ties with Betty as well. After some time in Mexico he contacted Mr. Blue who felt he had a cure for him. Bruce was intercepted by a team sent by Ross. It was led by Emil Blonksy. Bruce escaped killing most of the men after he transformed into the Hulk including a local gang that was harassing Bruce earlier. Emil went through a similar procedure to Bruce and became the Abomination.
Once arriving back in the states he sought help from Betty but her fiancee Leonard tipped off General Ross. The Abomination led a team to stop Hulk but hulk stopped him breaking most of his bones and fleeing with Betty. They eventually made it to New York while the Abomination healed itself and followed along with Ross and the military. They met up with MR. Blue who was really Samuel Sterns. During the process Samuel was infected with some of the radiation along with Emil who both became to transform. Samuel became the Leader while Emil became a newer Abomination. A more powerful one. Bruce thought he cured himself but apparently the cure had failed as he and Emil fight in the transformed forms. Hulk vs. The Abomination. It's a close match but The Hulk wins again defeating the Abomination who's taken into custody and later removed to a remote site by SHIELD preventing Ross and the military from releasing him. Bruce fled into exile once more.
He was later found by Black Widow who asked him to help them stop Loki. He agreed and joined SHIELD and the Avengers to stop him. He meets up with Steve, Tony and Thor and learns Eric and Clint were brainwashed by Loki. They eventually get Loki captured but it's a ruse as Loki's spear causes them all to get angry. And Bruce turns into Hulk at the same time Clint attacks freeing Loki and destroying the flying ship. Phil Coulson is killed by Loki during his escape. The Avengers, Fury, and everyone else barely escapes alive. Clint is freed from Loki's control during the struggle with Black Widow. The Avengers reunite and fight off the Chitauri invasion. Bruce turns into the Hulk revealing he can control his transformations now.
Together they send the Chitauri back through the portal and in the process defeating Loki. Erik is also freed from Loki's control during this. Thor takes Loki and the Teseract back to Asgard. After separating from the group he thought the danger was over. But he was wrong when a portal opened up and pulled him inside. He found he was on a different Earth and reunited with his Avengers teammates and with Tony. It wasn't long before he confessed his feelings to Tony and the two began dating. He helps out in the lab while helping out in the battlefield as Hulk occasionally.
