Where is this character from? Pokemon
Why did you pick him/her?: One of my favorite villainesses. Decided to add Cassidy so the villains could have another female villain. And some pokemon to combat Brock's.

Personality: She's spoiled and snobbish. She's also a master of disguise using them often in her heists and plots. The only one she's really close to her is partner Butch. She follows Giovanni's orders. She and Butch are two of Giovanni's favorite agents and she always loves to let Jesse, James, and Meoweth know about it. She and Jessie have had a rivalry for years as they'd always hated each other. Now in a world without Jessie she plots to take over this world and perhaps make her own Team Rocket.
History:
She grew up in a middle class family spoiled rotten. She's used to getting her way all the time. She joined Team Rocket around the same time Jessie, James, and Butch. She soon developed a rivarly with Jesse as the two can't stand each other. Cassidy joined up with Butch becoming their own Team Rocket duo going out into the Kanto region and were more successful than Jesse, James, and Meoweth most of the time. She's bossy usually ordering Butch around like a grunt instead of her partner but he doesn't complain much aside from someone getting his name wrong. She's one of the few to get it right most of the time.
The only failures were when they ran into Ash, Misty, May, Brock, Max, and the rest of their friends. In the Orange Islands they captured a Lugia but it was freed thanks to Ash and his friends and indirectly Jesse, James, and Meoweth who were trying to capture Lugia for themselves. Cassidy and Butch generally said a different motto than Jesse, James, and Meoweth implying the other trio had it wrong or changed it. Later when Misty returned to the Cerulean Gym while Ash traveled around Hoeen they fought her a couple times in their crimes in Kanto. She even went into the Unovoa region but her plans were foiled again by Ash and his friends. She was pulled into this world by a portal and joined Ask That Guy's Army. She does miss Butch though but hopes he'll come join her soon.
