Physical Appearance: Muscular but unlike his enemy, he wears plenty of shirts, pants and casual wear of his choosing. He wears glasses sometimes, the sunglasses kind, and always has a stone necklace on his neck.

Personality: Sebastian is a a combination of both his parents. He has the intelligence, charm, michieviousness and cunning of his mother Yuki while his hot-head, courage, passion and determination comes from his father Harry. He's very helpful to others and is willing to do what is right for the cause. He's very casual of himself, not taking himself or others too seriously unless the situation demands it. He's mild-mannered and simple minded despite his maturity and calm-headed nature saying that he might be a bit more of a stick in the mud but he's really not.
History: Sebastian was the first child of Dr. Yuki and Harry Percy, Yuki due to technology had the ability to have biological children with Harry Percy and due to the science combined with a few other means, Yuki became pregnant with their son Sebastian, named after Moriarty's sidekick and the two raised their son in the best of possible ways. He became a healthy young man who enjoyed sports, enjoyed the other member's of facilier's army and enjoyed the life he was allowed to lead independantly with his parent's influence. However, along the way, Sebastian has developed a romance with John Black but due to both wanting to not allow their families to know yet, the two kept it in secret. When the two were ready to tell their parents, the word of war cut loose and the two realized they were on enemy sides. Despite this, Sebastian and john keep their romance alive and try their best to keep it secret, but Sebastian is very well that despite this his parents aren't stupid and feels they need to know. Even though his romance is threatened, Sebastian does indeed care about the war enough to still be willingly a part of it

He enjoyed the winter season but god did it get cold or what? It was the only thing about winter that was hard to handle, the snow and holidays he liked it was the temperature he didn't always particuarly like.
