Quote: "Friends, find your courage and let us join our band with honor!"
Name: Douglas Henry Plantagenet
Age: 17(Slightly younger than Shirley by a couple of months)
Physical Appearance: Muscular, usually loves to wear clothes and armor that his father used to wear but is too small for him. Due to his mother's expense, he tends to wear nicely made clothes from the modern area as well so he also gets to wear ties and suits as much as his father's clothes and armor which he prefers
Picture:
Personality: Douglas, as he prefers to be called surprisingly instead of doug, is quite similar to his father with much more experience with modern times instead of being lost in the dark. He enjoys and appreciates his time but loves speaking formerly, acting civilized and acting sophisticated, to him this makes him feel powerful and very much more of a person that people will listen to. He doesn't do it for attention, he genuinely likes talking the way he does because it is the way he is. That and he really admires and appreciates his father, he wants to be just like his dad which is cunning, powerful, passionate, brave and couragous and fortunately Douglas is very similar to his father. He's very much of a good-hearted man who is couragous and will not back down from a fight unless it's too rough, he's incredibly witty and clever always thinking outside the box. Despite his need to be a strong man, he will be willing to follow orders, as seen that his father is not the leader yet he is respected as one too, so Doug is more than happy to work alongside others including shirley stone who he and her work together as the leaders of the children. He may be tough and confident but he is very open-minded and kind to others, always willing to work together or plan things with others. He's friendly and has a tendency to also be a figure for the young children and a good partner for the less battle-eager Shirley.
History: Douglas was born slightly after Shirley was. His mother and father were recently rewarded and appreciated for their efforts in the war at the time by Critic, who's real name is Doug, so the two agreed to thank him by naming their son after him after he was so gracious as to help save their child from being born in a battlefield. Despite the two wanting Douglas to be allowed of his own lifestyle, Douglas quickly adopted his father's way of life as a sophisticated, charming and calm victorian-esque person. Despite Elisa's uncertainity it would last, it did so both her and hal allowed him to learn much more of medival traditions while still being "normal" to the modern 21st century lifestyles. Many years have passed and Douglas became very much like his father but the time came for him to know of the war and so the two parents told him around his beginning teens. Douglas showed great passion to help them but Elisa wasn't sure if he was ready but Hal convinced her and himself that their son had to depend on himself someday and that the two wouldn't be there to protect the boy anymore someday. So eventually douglas too was learning to fight and now helps Shirley work out a way to stop the war against facilier, atg and many of the villian's children.
Family: Hal Plantagenet(Father), Elisa(Mother), Nostalgia Critic(Godfather), Chick(Godmother), Thor(Godfather), Jane Foster(Godmother), siblings to be determined
Allies: Critic's Army, Olina Pelekai, Shirley Stone, Arthur Lovhaug, Alicia Antwiler, James Finevoice
Enemies: Facilier's army, ATG's army, Harry Percy, Dr. Yuki, Amara Ropa, John Black
Plans: To help Shirley lead the army, try to please Elisa with his skills
Sample Post: "Thou shalt be destroyed you little...." Douglas began as James threw a snowball at him. The younger boy squeaked in fake fear as the older boy laughed and charged at the little boy as the children were allowed to hang out due to no activity going on in the backyard. The two boys were just starting out getting to know each other but the two were enjoying each other's company. Despite shirley's disapproval, due to the cold, Douglas convinced her to allow the children and herself to enjoy the outside. He laughed as the boy fake-surrendered and as a response, Douglas picked the boy up and began tickling him as a punishment for throwing the snowball.
