Physical Appearance: Slightly chubber than the rest of the children but has many of her mother's good looks, skin, body type and hair are all similar to Goggles but the stature of height and eyes from her father spoony. She tends to wear dresses, due to her insistance on looking gorgous and tends to prim herself every so often.

Personality: Insistant, stubborn and cocky come to mind as does hot-headed, fiesty and passionate. She's quite the active social-butterfly and always loves talking about anything. She's a fashionista and tends to always love dressing herself or her friends up, she's a bit vain but in the healthy sort of sense. She's very friendly overall and tends to be very helpful and wise to others. She is determined and quick-witted so she is pretty independant as a whole, yet she has a vunerable side that she doesn't allow anyone, not even her mother to see. She's a mama's girl, despite really enjoying her father's company.
History: Alicia was born into the critic army quite early, she was supposedly due to be in the spring when in reality she was born around the winter. The army worried over her condition due to prematurity but thankfully she was healthy. It took a lot of courage and self-sacrifice but the two parents knew that if their child was strong as a baby, she would be able to handle herself in older years, so they tried to raise her as a person to make her own decisions. They succeeded. Oh lord did they succeed, Alicia was quick to learn how to be opinionated at a early age so she learned about the war just as quickly as Shirley Stone did, but even then she was humbled and not spoiled enough to dare ask about joining. Then it started getting rough and Alicia knew she had to take a shot, so she did. She convinced her parents to join and promised to stick by them when the going was especially rough, despite inwardly prepared to take risks for herself if need to protect her parents.
