Where is this character from? Pete's Dragon
Why did you pick him/her?: Elliot is from one of my favorite films. And I think pete should have his dragon friend.

Personality: He's friendly and assists children like Pete who are in need. He's clumsy, and very protective of his friends. He's very loyal as well. He also mischievous enjoying throwing the Gulgans into the mud and causing problems for the people in the town. Especially when they threaten Elliot. But he doesn't often think things through which leads to Pete getting mad at him. But he is very apologetic once he realizes he's done wrong and Pete forgives him. Elliot doesn't speek English so when he speaks its in dragon language but spounds like jibberish.
History:
Elliot helped Pete escape the Gogans. The first time the orphanage just sent Pete back tot he Gogans and this time Elliot was there to help Pete keep going. He sent the Gogans into the mud in the swamp giving time for him and Pete to escape. On their journey Elliot roasted some apples for him and Pete to eat. They later arrived at the town of Passamaquaddy. No one could see Elliot so they thought Pete was causing trouble or was just bad luck/bad omen. Lampie saw him but when he went to tell everyone in the bar and sang about it. The town mocked him and Nora took him home thinking he was just drunk.
Pete and Elliot went to a sea cave near the lighthouse to stay. Nora saw him going there and offered him to stay at the lightouse. Elliot agreed to stay in the cave but he and Pete were at odds for a bit until Pete forgave him for causing the trouble in the town. He told Nora and Lampie about the dragon but Nora was trying to convince Pete Ellioit wasn't real. And Lampie went along with it as he was beginning to wonder if he saw Elliot at all.
Pete had sent him searching for Paul who found him in a hospital with amnesia. He knocked Paul over returning his memories. Paul then began the journey home after that. Elliot returned to Passamaquaddy in time to rescue Pete from the Gogans knocking them into the sea. Doctor Terminus and Hoagy try to get Elliiot. He sends Hoagy who teams up with Lampie to try to befriend the dragon and get him drunk. It works but he ends up breathing fire scaring them both as they run away. Doctor Terminus asks to buy Elliot from Pete who refuses saying Elliot doesn't belong to him. He's just a friend.
Terminus and Hoagy later team up with the Gogans and hire people from town to capture Elliot so they can have Pete. It actually works with the Gogans taking Pete on a horse and buggy and heading for out of town. Elliot hears Pete's cries for helps and escapes the net. He turns visible freeing Elliot and scaring the Gogans who run away in fear. Terminus who failed to capture Elliot is left trapped in one of his own traps while Elliot and Pete head back to the lighthouse. Elliot helps light the torch for the lighthouse and Nora kisses him. Embarassed he turns invisible. Later Paul shows up finally getting home and reunites with Nora. They intended to adopt Pete. Elliot says goodbye to Pete and heads off to help other kids. Pete however disappears and Elliot senses something is wrong. He returns to Passamaquaddy but finding no sign of Elliot before he disappears as well. He ends up in in another world at a circus and realizes Pete is here and goes to find him.
