Sammy's definitely gotta hang out with Dean. Magnus is gonna be buddies with him at some point, a fight with Teddy Ruxpin, maybe an encounter with Facilier, and there's going to be some tension between Maleficent and Sam for a bit. He'll form some sort of rivalry with Hades and be in a relationship with Nella eventually. He's open to more stuff if anybody wants to pop in and do anything.
*Tara Sullivan
I would imagine she'd want to continue any previous friendships she had. She gets along best with anyone who has some sort of military connection, but don't get too discouraged. She is able to be friends with those who have nothing to do with the military. I think a rival might be nice, or someone she feels like she needs to compete with anyway. She's going to befriend Kim Possible, Captain America, and Dean. Eventually, she and Dean will get into a relationship.

I would love for Magneto to butt heads with some people, and interact with others from the Marvel universe. Meeting up with Rogue is a must, since they're from separate universes where she knows who he is but he doesn't know her. That's gotta be interesting.
*Darren Rain
Darren isn't really a bad guy. He just thinks he is because of what he is. He loves flirting with girls he finds attractive, and he used to constantly go to clubs and/or drink. I see him befriending Shaggy in the future, which should help him cope with the fact that he's a lycanthrope when he has someone to relate to. There might be conflict between himself and the higher-ups as to what he believes is wrong and right.

I'd love for someone to push her to the point where she uses her powers again, like convincing her it would be 'the right thing' or getting so freaked out she totally can't control them? Other than that, I guess she'll just be wanting to go home for a while, and maybe interact with some of the younger members?
