Attack Of The Thing Part 3: Danger Will Find You (F Army)

At the exact same time as the other two attacks another attack was going on at Facilier's house. And like before an explosion woke the circus camp.

Myotismon had found the creature first and was blasting away at it.

"Crimson Lightning!" shouted Myotismon.

He attacked it with his energy whip but the monster just swallowed the whip. Myotismon let go a bit nervous. He jumped into the air.

"Grizzly Wings!" said Myotismon.

He launched his attack but the monster just seemed to eat his next attack as well. He needed backup fast.

"Nightmare Claw!" said Myotismon.

He fired at it attempting to freeze it but the creature just dodged his blast as if sensing the danger.

Rita, Malachite, Fat Cat, Gi, Teddy, DH, Leo, Jasper, Shaggy, Yuki, and Pete soon rushed to the sound. Malachite saw the attack and stopped. He turned to Fat Cat, Gi, Shaggy, and Leo.

"I want you three to keep Pete, Olive, and the other kids here safe. If it slips by us it may target them first." said Malachite.

Fat Cat, Gi, Shaggy, and Leo nodded as they led Pete and Olive to another tent keeping an eye out for other kids who would arrive. DH, Rita & Malachite then all fired magical blasts at the creature. Myotismon launched several attacks hoping this time the creatuer wouldn't eat them. Teddy, Jasper and Yuki all fired laser guns at it.

"Whatever this thing is we'll get it. There's no way it can stop all of us." said Rita.

She cackled as the group get firing.

[Harry Percy/Hotspur]

Olive woke up with a huge startle when this began, and was panicking at the very sight of the creature. When Malachite ordered Leo, Shaggy and Gi to protect himself and Pete, Olive feared for his father's safety but knew that thing was dangerous due to the fact it took so many attacks. "Dad! Be careful!" Olive replied as he ran with Pete next to him. He was scared but knew he had to play it safe. He only attacked if told or supposed to. He took one look at the battle before him before running in the extra tent. When there he turned to Gi and responded frighteningly "I should be there to help. We need to do something!"

Elsewhere Jafar and Facilier were side by side fighting the monster. Due to their agreements in life and in magic the two hit off well when they met, now the thing was bothering them and they needed to work together. Jafar blasted hard with his staff, growling when the thing refused to stand down, as if he was taunting the very army for trying to fight. The thing came slightly closer but only backed away when Jafar aimed fire blasts at it.

"Whatever the hell this thing is, it sure has to get through use before I let it pass here!" Facilier shouted as he kept charging attacks. He turned to Rita and the other members and shouted "Use anything you have. I don't care if you have to threaten your own safety. We'll be dead if this creature comes into our base. It's hostile and deadly, I can feel it. Do anything you can!" He kept shooting at it and shooting at it. He was not letting it pass

"Dear Facilier, what made you think I wouldn't not kill the thing? I could care less who's our attacker. If it was a rabid dog I'd still kill it. However it got here doesn't matter at the moment, what matters is that it keeps away" Jafar said, surprisingly calmer than the leader about this situation.

"For the longbox and the honor of Facilier!" Moarte said as he blasted out his own defensive magic. He allowed Shaggy, Gi, Leo, Fat Cat and the two boys to pass him. He turned to see DH, Malachite, Facilier, Jafar and Rita shoot magic alongside him while Teddy, Jasper, Harry Percy, Cruella De-Vil, Yuki, King Candy and Prick all shoot guns. Moarte feared the thing, for he too believed it was a hostile threat ready to pounce on them. "It is a alien similar to those comic books I was forced to read! Use all fire and electric attacks on it! It weakens that way!"

"Die you devil-spawn! Die! Thou shall not pass the army on my word!" Harry percy swore at the thing, as if it was a competent creature. Harry was not willing to die but if it meant protecting others he would be ok with dying again, besides maybe Facilier would save him again. Harry kept shooting at it and turned to Rita "Miss! Does you say ye have a idea what the bloody god is that?!" Harry kept shooting as the thing tried to get closer.

"Oh no! It's getting closer!" King candy said as they kept shooting. He was starting to freak out but he kept firing with his prepared orange goggles. He turned to Cruella at her remark and sneered at her "Don't you get angry at me because the freak is getting closer!" He kept firing.

"No crap he's getting closer! Keep firing!" Cruella snapped. She growled as King Candy snapped back and kept firing too. She saw the two boys and their protectors escape while they fought but she was getting paranoid. She didn't want to die for anyone unless it helped HER out. She was worried. She was considering abandoning ship.

He knew nothing about this strange creature, only that it was hideous and that as it moved determinedly towards their forces, it was creating more destruction and panic than he had seen in some battles. It shrugged off attacks almost effortlessly and seemed able to predict what they would do next.

Had it been attacking any camp but his own, Lord Zedd would have thought it a beautiful thing. Even now, he couldn’t help feeling something like admiration for it. He was almost disappointed that it needed to be destroyed – it would have made a worthy ally. Perhaps he and Rita could have taken it back to their home world and used it to destroy the Power Rangers.

Oh well. Zedd aimed his staff and shot a bolt of lightning at one of the creature’s creeping tentacles, which had been getting far too close for his liking. It retreated with a shriek from the creature, prompting a smirk from the Emperor of Evil. Many years had passed since he’d had to call on his battle prowess, but it seemed he hadn’t lost his touch.

“So, you don’t like electricity, do you? Well then this will really shock you!”

With a wicked cackle, he blasted the creature some more.

(OOC: I sped up Zedd’s attitude towards Rita for this thread. He’s not convinced that he’s in love with her, per se, but he’s recognized that there is something between them that’s not hatred.

Also, would anyone care at all if I brought assimilated Tengas into my next post? I figured it would be a shock for Rita and Zedd to see their minions "turn on them", so to speak.)

[Fat Cat]

Upstairs:

Fat Cat turned to the group.

"Alright now. We need to stay out of the way. Shaggy and Leo are trying to keep you safe. I'm one of the medics so I have to be able to patch up any wounds. But whatever that creature is we'd all just get in the way right now." said Fat.

Shaggy while scared knew he had to try to help out the kids.

"He's right. You kids need to stay here where it's safe. There's no way they can beat them. We've got tons of sorcerers and warriors down there. They'll beat that thing in no time." said Shaggy.

Gi nodded turning to Olive.

"Please stay. I don't want anything to happen to you. Shaggy and Fat Cat are right. Your dad and the others will stop them." said Gi.

Leo paused looking back at the group.

"I was ordered to keep you safe. If I have to I'll lock you in your room to keep you safe. There's no way that thing's going to stop all of them. This should be over with quickly." said Leo.

Pete was terrified. That thing looked dangerous and his father had ordered them to go. He didn't want to but he had no choice. Hearing Fat Cat, Gi, and Shaggy say Malachite and the others would stop it. Pete began to relax a little. They were right. No one could stop his dad. He was powerful. So were Rita, Facilier, and the others. But he would be grateful when it was over.

Living Room:

Jasper paused as the Thing just seemed to get angry.

"He's hurt but we're not killing him. We need to do something." said Jasper.

He paused as he didn't notice a tentacle creep behind him until it was too late as it wrapped around him forcing him to drop his laser gun. Jasper yelped in shock as the tentacle began pulling him towards it.

"No. Do something. Help!" said Jasper.

He paled as he felt himself pulled towards the creature as he realized what he was going to do.

"No. Don't." said Jasper.

But it was too late as he was flung into the mouth as he reached for something to grab onto. But the tentacles just pushed him as he was swallowed whole. His screams echoed before Jasper grew silent as he was no more.

Yuki looked in shock as Jasper had been grabbed. He fired tried to stop it but this creature didn't want to let go. He only watched in horror as Jasper was swallowed whole. His screams shook him as he stepped back his arms shaking. Jasper had been a friend and now he was gone.

"Damn you!" said Yuki.

He picked up Jasper's dropped laser gun and fired repeatedly using both guns at the monster in a rage.

Myotismon stood in shock. He'd fed on digimon before to keep himself alive. But Jasper was now gone. Seeing Yuki's reaction he sympathized. He hadn't really spent much time with Jasper but he was still one of them. This creature was going to pay.

"That does it. You hurt one of us. You hurt us all. Crimson Lightning! Grizzly Wing! Nightmare Claw!" said Myotismon.

He launched his crimson whip, bats, and his freezing spell at the Thing to try to destroy him.
He launched his two attacks at the Thing again.

Rita turned to Harry and shook her head.

"I've never seen anything like this before." said Rita.

She saw Zedd arrive and smiled glad to see him. They still hadn't reunited but Zedd had been at least treating her a little better. She wasn't sure if he believed her now or was tired of arguing like she was. She turned focusing back on the battle hearing a scream. Rita paled in shock seeing Jasper swallowed whole. Her screams unnerved her. And she'd been evil for centuries.

"Myotismon's right. You're not going to get away with this." said Rita.

She waved her wand and began to chant.

"The situation is most dire.
Set this creature on fire." chanted Rita.

She fired sending blasts at the creature. But it just jumped back as her attack missed.

"Damn. This creature's faster than I thought. He's learning. Fire and electricity might kill it if it would hold still long enough." said Rita.

Malachite clenched his fists in anger seeing Jasper get eaten. Damn. He'd started to consider Jasper a worthy ally. He'd been one of the few warriors to befriend Olive when he first got here. He knew Olive and Shaggy would be devastated when they heard this. But he wasn't going to lose anyone else. He kept firing but like Rita his attacks were just dodged.

"We need a new plan before we end up like Jasper." said Malachite.

Teddy wasn't as shocked at the others at Jasper's death but he was sad to see him go. He was going to make this monster pay though as he kept firing at him.

"That's it. You're going down." said Teddy.

But like the others his blasts just kept getting dodged.

"Damn. He keeps dodging. Malachite's right. We need a plan." said Teddy.

DH kept firing frowning as Jasper was swallowed whole.

"Damn. Not Jasper. We have to stop this thing before we all end up dead. Any ideas?" asked Jasper.

There had to be a way to stop it somehow. He transformed into a dragon using his magic to shrink his size to not bother anyway as he began breathing flames at the Thing to try to stop it.

(ooc: Well perhaps later on in the thread. want to have the focus on the thing at first. then the tenga things could show up maybe in a few more posts?)

As he continued to blast at the creature, a new sound rose above Lord Zedd’s maniacal cackling. The sound of some poor soul’s terrified screams. He turned his head just in time to watch Jasper get swallowed whole – and alive – by the Thing.

Lord Zedd had razed countless of worlds in the past and would undoubtedly do the same to thousands more in the future. He spent his days thinking up horrific ways to destroy the teenagers currently defending Earth. He dealt out cruel and unusual punishments for underlings who didn’t meet his standards. By no stretch of the imagination was he squeamish or faint of heart. Nor did he feel any kind of connection to Jasper, as several others did. Yet his reaction to the man’s untimely death mirrored theirs.

Zedd’s mind had gone to the Terror Toad, a monster of Rita’s he had learned about soon after replacing her. A monster so similar to and yet so different from the creature they now faced. Unlike the Terror Toad, he could feel, there were no special tricks that would allow the unfortunate victims to be returned unscathed. No, once this creature had you, you were gone.

For the first time in years, Zedd felt the icy grip of terror deep within his blackened heart.

[Harry Percy/Hotspur]

Upstairs

Olive listened to the others, telling him that this nightmare would be over(Unaware of Jasper's death, for he was too far to hear his screams). He realized, in the end, they were right. It would be suicide for him to go there and help his father and the others. He would very well be killed. He especially turned to Gi and was a bit touched at her pleading for him to stay. He didn't really feel the desire to leave her here so he could help. So with a heavy heart he sighed and looked down to the floor in annoyance. "You're right. I can't help right now. It'd be better if I stay here with the rest of you. But what was that thing? Do you think Ask Thatguy sent it or somehow the critic?"

Living Room

Prick was petrified at the sound of Jasper's screams. Sure they weren't friends but Prick didn't want anyone on their side to perish like that, and he could've sworn everyone in the room just turned pale at the sight of it. Prick was afraid of his own life being threatened so he kept firing. He turned to hear fire and electricity to be the weaknesses and felt the compulsion to try it but was too concerned to stay put to try anything. He kept his cool but his face did look similar to a white sheet. He was shocked over Jasper's swallowed demise.

Jafar heard Rita and Moarte mention fire and electricity being the choice weapons. So he smirked and quickly chanted his scepter to create a electrical magic blast right at the creature. Despite the creature dodging a few, Jafar succeeded in getting in to be hit and as a result made the monster scream and try to dodge more. Jafar laughed cruelly "That's what you get you insolent freak!" He continued to fire his magic at him, seeing it work a tiny bit as it screamed

Facilier was horrified at the death of Jasper, not for personal reasons, but for his army now slightly shorter. Seeing Yuki attack it though caused him to approach it the same way and Mystomon's response to it impressed him to try. He did the same thing Jafar did but he used fire magic instead, blasting it with orange flames and the monster couldn't dodge both and suffered Facilier's magic if not Rita's or Jafar's. He then saw King Candy get eaten and he swore, not for the fact king candy was dead but now his numbers were decreasing. "Damnit. This shit won't die will it? Doesn't matter, just keep killing it!" He continued to fight and fight hard.

Cruella and King Candy continued to fight, as did Moarte, the three kept their similar places and did not stop. Moarte did his own magic on it while Cruella and King Candy kept firing. Suddenly, without warning, King Candy was snatched instantly by the tenticles. King Candy shrieked with horror despite the valient efforts of his fellow men, but he kept screaming and screaming. Cruella's face paled even worse than it was and Moarte frowned, honestly disturbed by King Candy's demise. The next thing they both knew was King Candy followed Jasper's example and was swallowed whole.

Percy paled at Rita's response to him "Then we will do anything in our power to stop it!" He then saw Jasper get taken and his face turned pale white, and he looked almost as if he might have a stroke but the look faded quickly despite King Candy being next. Harry knew he had to work hard and fight for his life now. If not that, than possibly for his leaders and comrades. Hearing fire and electricity being a weakness for the creature, he was tempted to ask for torches but it seemed Jafar and Facilier had that covered with their witchcraft. So he just continued to fight, but he did turn to see Yuki with two guns and despite himself he felt a deep interest and attraction to Yuki's passion. He argued it was because he admired the man's courage but no something within him said it was something different.

[Malachite Gamic]

Upstairs:

Shaggy being part werewolf had better hearing and winced hearing the screams as he realized two of their members were gone. He excused himself rushing to the bathroom as he threw up. His hands were shaking as he made his way to the others. But then a tentacle grabbed his legs.

"Help! There's one-"

Another tentacle wrapped around his neck making him silent. He struggled in vain crying out in pain. He heard footsteps seeing it was Leonardo but it was too late as he felt the tentacles push him into the creature's mouth and he as gone.

Leo heard the noise as he rushed up in time to see Shaggy being held.

"Hang on Shaggy!" said Leo.

He rushed towards him but was too late as he watched it eat Shaggy. He'd grown rather fond of Shaggy viewing him as a friend. And now he was gone.

"You'll pay for that you freak!" said Leo.

He charged at him but the tentacles just swatted him away. The Thing began heading for the group of unsuspecting children.

Fat Cat watched as Shaggy left and later Leo followed after hearing a noise.

"Don't worry kids. I'm sure it's nothing." said Fat Cat.

Hearing Olive's question he shook his head.

"I'm not sure what that is. It looks like it came out of a nightmare or a monster movie." said Fat Cat.

A tentacle reached out for Gi as Pete saw it. He kicked at it shoving it away from her. He was proud of himself until another grabbed him and pulled him away.

Gi turned seeing she'd nearly got caught as she saw Pete get pulled. She grabbed onto Pete's hands.'

"There's two of them? Hang on Pete. Water!" said Gi.

She tried to use the power on the ring but the Thing just dodged it. She frowned in annoyance. She realized her grip was slipping. She couldn't lose him. She liked Pete. Well not as much as Olive the boy she had a crush on.

"Pete hang on! We'll think of something." said Gi.

Pete was scared as he felt his grip slipping. He looked at her seeing tentacles coming towards Gi. He would not let this creature take Gi too. He knew how much Olive loved her.

"Take care of my brother. I won't let him lose us both." said Pete.

He turns looking at Olive.

"You were the best big brother. I only wish I had more time with you and Dad. Goodbye." said Pete.

He was now in tears as let go of Gi as the monster quickly swallowed him whole. Gi just dropped to the ground and burst into tears.

"No! I couldn't hold him. I couldn't hold him." said Gi.

Her hands were shaking as she kept crying.

Living Room:

Myotismon kept attacking it unaware of a tentacle until it was too late. He gasped struggling in vain in the creature's grasp.

"NO! Let me go! I am Lord Myotismon! An ultimate Digimon future ruler of the Digital World. I will not become your meal!" said Myotismon.

But try as he might he couldn't escape the creature's grasp as it pulled him towards it.

"NO! This can't be happening to me!" said Myotismon.

He was flung into the monster and swallowed whole.

DH kept firing at the creature. He watched in horror as Myotismon was swallowed whole. If a powerful vampire like Myotismon could be defeated so easily what chance did the rest of them have.

"Facilier we should get out of here. All we're doing is slowing it down. We need to leave before more of us end up as its meals." said DH.

Teddy smirked glad the thing wouldn't eat him as he was a toy. But DH had a point.

"I hate to admit but they're right. It's not going to come after me as I'm not edible to him. But we need to get out of here." said Teddy.

He then heard screams as he looked towards the stairs in shock.

"Oh no. Leonardo and the children! They're in danger." said Teddy.

Rita watched in horror as the creature ate King Candy and Myotismon. Hearing DH's suggestion of retreat she had to agree. She hated it but they couldn't stop it now.

"I hate to admit it but they're right. Nothing we're doing is stopping it. It took out Myotismon and he was one of our strongest members. Unless anyone has any better plans?" asid Rita.

Malachite watched in horror as King Candy and Myotismon were taken. King Candy and Jasper's deaths didn't really mean that much to him but Myotismon was a powerhouse and with him gone they might be in trouble. That is if they survived this fight. Hearing the suggestion of retreats he frowned. Then hearing screams upstairs and Teddy say the kids are in danger.

"No. Olive! Pete!" said Malachite.

He turned rushing towards the stairs. He had to save them.

Yuki dodged the tentacles attacks and was shocked to see King Candy and Myotismon go next.

"Damn. This thing's nearly unbeatable." said Yuki.

He soon found him self near Harry as he kept firing at it.

"You ok Harry?" asked Yuki.

He heard the order to retreat and he frowned.

"They're all right. If we don't get out of here then we'll all end up dead." said Yuki.

[Jafar]

Upstairs

Olive heard the confidence and assurance in Fat Cat's voice but the child knew one important thing, that he was probably just as scared as everybody else. He then heard shaggy cry out then stop and Olive's nerves instantly went numb with worry. Without warning Leonardo and a monster that looked similar to the one downstairs came and he couldn't help but scream for help without actually meaning too. He then heard Pete scream and saw him being captured by the monster, resulting him to go big brother mode all over again and help Gi pull the other boy away from the monster. Despite their efforts the monster refused to give up and tried to swat them away but Pete planned to sacrifice himself. He heard Pete say goodbye and call him a great big brother, resulting in Olive pulling more "Don't you dare give up pete! You're my brother and I'm not letting you go! Never!" However the monster had other plans and pulled pete away from their clutches. Olive watched in horror and pure regret. No. Not again. Not his little brother. Not after what they've been through.

"NO! Not again! This can't be happening again! I couldn't protect him!" He sobbed, tears streaming down his face. He sobbed until he heard Gi crying and Olive now knew pete died for them to live. He couldn't let his brother's death go in vain. He especially didn't want Gi to be left in the dark of his own admittedly selfish despair. He walked over to her and hugged her tightly about to tell her something but the monster shrieked. Olive growled and shouted "You stay away from us! What good is your cause you freak?" The result was the monster shouting in the boy's face. Olive tried to kick it away from gi and himself, him hugging her protectively "Touch a hair on her and I'll make you wish you never existed!"

Living Room

Cruella was horrified with all the events. She had a bad feeling that this thing wasn't going to go away. And it seemed worse as the children upstairs seemed to be under attack too. Cruella turned to hear them but then got grabbed by tenticles as a result. She was suddenly pulled down and not even prick's shooting could stop it. Cruella screamed "Let me go! Don't you dare kill me! I'm too pretty to die!" She cursed at the creature and tried shooting it but the monster grabbed at her more. The result was the monster eating a shrieking, terrified and defenseless Cruella De-Vil.

Jafar was shocked to see Mystomon be gone just like other members such as Jasper and King Candy. He had a sore feeling things were not ending up well for any of them. His feelings were accurate as heard from upstairs. Hearing the idea of a retreat he responded to Facilier "Your soilders have a point Facilier. What the hell do you plan to do for this? Dare I ask for a plan from your end?" He heard more screaming and crying, which caused him to hurriedly say "And you might want to think about it now. Before the children upstairs get to be dinner" He sighed at Facilier's idea and felt the need to agree but wanted the opinion of others first.

Prick screamed slightly as the creature went for Cruella and ate her up. He tried to kill it but it seemed to do nothing. He turned and nodded at the idea of a retreat. Facilier's suggestion on how to make the retreat at least to prick sounded complicated but hey, a planned retreat was better than no retreat at all. The monster near him growled and started trying to swipe the members and prick was swatted and hit a bookcase. This was not good at all. He listened to facilier's plan and nodded. He gulped and retreated upstairs, worrying about what the upstairs monster looked like.

Harry growled as the creature kept fighting them. He was purely angry now that it ate at least three people by this point. Harry knew his morality so he knew that if he wasn't careful the result was death. He dodged the tenticle attacks and found himself near Yuki. When asked he was ok, Harry tried to look confident for yuki and proudly exclaimed "Aye! I am right as rain! Nothing can strike my heart with fear!" At the response of that the monster shrieked. Harry immediately humbled, quickly responded "Alright, I lied. Things can strike me heart with fear, that beast bein' one of 'em." He turned at the sound of the retreat then heard Facilier's response to it. Harry was a bit too annoyed with killing the creature to bother making a imput. He turned to Yuki as he listened to the idea, and shot at the monster if it came to close to either of them. He reluntinately agreed with Facilier's plan and turned to yuki again before following prick and facilier upstairs.

Facilier heard DH and agreed with it once Cruella, mystomon and king candy were eaten off. The situation was made more severe once the children upstairs were heard screaming. Malachite quickly went up and facilier wanted to follow suit but had a sore feeling the monster downstairs would try and follow them. Facilier turned to DH and Rita and quickly responded, ignoring Jafar's comments "Ya'll are right. We can't keep this up. But the thing is, we can get followed by this unbeatable freak and it might make things worse for us all if we have two monsters after all of us. It seems to me there's more than one here and the one upstairs is friends with this thing" He pointed to the downstairs creature. He sighed and responded "I hate to say this but we gotta split up for a bit. Rita, you, jafar, teddy, DH and Zedd stay here to distract the one down here. If it gets too bad you and the others retreat. Me, prick, Harry percy and yuki are gonna follow malachite upstairs to help the kids. I'll use my own magic to help us escape"

He sighed again, shooting the monster there were handling some more "I don't wanna take any precautions of making a big chaotic death sentence. That's why I'm makin' this plan. I'm just as desperate as the rest of ya'll. So let's get going. We're trying to not die dig?" He then helped blast the downstairs one before running upstairs, prick and percy not far behind.

[Rita Repulsa]

The Thing was still hungry and its tentacles went for Olive and Gi but were blasted away by Malachite who rushed over picking up Olive and Gi and running back.

"Quick. There isn't much time. Pete's gone but I will not lose you as well." said Malachite.

Suddenly a tentacle grabbed Malachite's legs as he tripped dropping Olive and Gi. Malachite turned trying to get out of the tentacle when more grabbed him pulling him towards the mouth.

"No! Let me go!" shouted Malachite.

Gi got up with Olive knowing they had to fight. Then Malachite showed up pulling them away from the creature before they were flung to the floor again as she saw it grab Malachite.

"NO! Let him go your monster!" said Gi.

She flung her sword at the monster striking its face wounding it.

Leo used the opportunity to slash ast the tentacles freeing Malachite.

"Go master. Get them to safety!" said Leo.

He was taken by surprise as tentacles grabbed him. He fought back slashing at the tentacles but there was too many as he saw the monster's mouth getting closer.

"No! Master hel-"

He didn't finish as his neck was snapped and he was flung inside. Seconds later Leo's twin swords were spat out and landed on the ground.

Malachite nodded opening a portal just as reinforcements arrived.

"Facilier. We can't stop these things. It's time to get out of here and regroup. While there's still some of us left. Get going!" said Malachite.

He watched in horror as Leo was killed and eaten. Malachite clenched his fists in anger. Leo had just been a servant but he'd given his own life to save Olive and him and he'd even tried to keep Pete and the others safe. This monster was going to pay.

"First my son and now my servant. I'm going to make you pay!" said Malachite.

He picked up the twin swords from the ground and charged at the monster slashing at them.

"Go! NOW! I don't know how much longer I can hold him off." said Malachite.

Fat Cat didn't have to be told twice as he was the first to jump into the portal. His cowardly nature surfacing. Gi turned to Olive hugging him.

"I'm sorry about Pete. But don't you die on me. I don't want to lose you again." said Gi.

She then pulled him into a kiss and smiled weakly.

"I'll see you on the other side." said Gi.

Knowing she couldn't do much else here in her emotional state and the guilt weighing her down she followed Fat Cat into the portal.

Yuki turned to Harry.

"Malachite's right. We can't stop it. We need to get out of here and regroup. Think of a better strategy. Before we're all dead." said Yuki.

He turned to Harry giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"It took us too long to get together. I do not want it to end this way. You come back to me alive you got it?" said Yuki.

He turned and jumped into the portal.

Living Room:

Rita watched horrified as Cruella was eaten next. She nodded as the group split up as some of them left with Facilier to help the others upstairs. She turned to the remaining members here.

"We have to hold this thing off." said Rita.

DH gasped as a tentacle grabbed him. He struggled in his grip.

"No. Put me down." said DH.

He tried to turn into a dragon but the tentacles squeezed too tightly for him to concentrate. He came closer and closer to the mouth as he struggled.

"No. I don't want to die. Let me go!" said DH.

But his protests were in vain as he swallowed whole as the last thing heard from was a shout of no before he was swallowed.

Teddy clenched his fists in anger. DH he'd considered a friend and he was pretty cool. This had gone on too far as it was. He turned to Jafar, Rita, and Zedd.

"Screw this. We need a way out of here. Or we'll all end up like Cruella, DH, and the others. Facilier and the others can fend for themselves. If any of them survive we can regroup later." said Teddy.

He waved his hand conjuring a portal and turned to the others.

"Stay if you want. But I'm getting out of here while I still can." said Teddy.

He jumped into the portal teleporting away.

Rita frowned but Teddy made sense. She paused turning to the others.

"He's right. We're all as good as dead here if we stick around for much longer. I've got it! We shrink it! Even if it wears off it should buy us time to escape!" said Rita.

She blasted at the monster and grinned as it indeed shrank to toy size.

"Hurry. I'm not sure how long that magic will last on a creature like him. This could be permanent or wear off in a few seconds." said Rita.

She turned rushing over to Zedd and grabbing his arm.

"Come on Zeddy. Let's get out of here." said Rita.
