Why did you pick him/her?: She's an excellent spy and one of my favorite villains. Plus we need more female villains.

History:
Natasha Fatale grew up in Trannsylvania and is the only child of Axis Sally and Count Dracula. She's a former Miss Transylvania and was expelled from college due to activities at a local cemetery. When she was 19 she moved to the US. She spent two years posing for Charles Addams and as a party girl popping out of cakes at stag parties. She met Boris when they were both arrested for throwing rocks at Girl Scouts. They were instantly smitten with each other and have been partners in crime ever since. Natasha raises tarantulas and is National Chairman of the Society To Restore The Real Meaning of Halloween. Her real name is unknown as she used so many aliases but Natasha Fatale is the name she usually goes by. They eventually moved to Pottyslvania and began working for Fearless leader the leader of the country. Their plans are often foiled by Rocky & Bullwinkle or just bad timing. Like Rocky and Bullwinkle walking out of their traps or blowing themselves up by mistake.
After many repeated attempts at conquering their world they decided to go another world and Fearless Leader made a deal with a tv executive for the rights to the movie. While the movie idea was scrapped the three left to take over the world. The FBI sent agent Karen Sympathy to bring Rocky and Bullwinkle to this world and they set out to stop the trio. She was arrested for stealing Boris and Natasha's truck but after tricking a guard Ollie she escaped and met up with them. Only for cops to take them to jail but Judge Cameo dismissed the case as they were all celebrities. They trio eventually caught up to Natasha & Boris after many failed attempts to stop the trio. Rocky and Karen were turned into vegetables while Bullwinkle showed up and returned them to normal. Together the three stopped their attempts and Natasha, Boris and Fearless Leader were turned into cartoons and sent off to the internet. They eventually made their way back to their own world and plotted revenge. But then Insano's device pulled her randomly to another world where she joined Ask That Guy's army deciding it might be fun. Although she hoped Boris joined her soon but for now she was going to have some fun.
