Where is this character from? Atop The Fourth Wall/Animania
Why did you pick him/her?: Another crazy mad scientist. And with Insano brainwashed they'll need someone to help build more inventions for Ask That Guy's army.

Personality: evil, insane, intelligent, mad scientist who wants to take over the world.
History: He first appeared in Warrior # 4 when the multiverse was in danger of being merged into one world being ruled by destrucity. Dr. Insuedo along with other versions of Insano talked the Linakras and Spoonys into not caring anymore about the comic turning everyone into gray lanterns. He vanished when everything stopped. But the world soon returned to normal. He however returned to our world with another version of Suede who appeared to want this universe's version dead. But Dr. Insuedo persuaded him not to and wanted Suede off the phone. He also set up Suede, Linkara, and Jew Wario into playing the pokemon game and leading to them having to review all the pokemon movies before they could play the game.
He joined Ask That Guy's side wanting to help take over the Earth since his equipment was stuck in his universe he couldn't find a way back. So he offered to help be one of the chief scientists helping them build stuff.
Allies: Suede doppleganger (Pokemon: The First Movie review); Dr. Insano; Dr. Smith; Ask That Guy's army.
Enemies: Critic's army; Dr. Facilier's army.
Plans: help build things for the army, and try to get insano and the others free of the brainwashing once Black Lantern Spoony tells him what's going on.
