Why did you pick him/her?: One of my favorite characters and we need a Harvey Finevoice.

Personality: He's a singer and has a tough guy attitude willing to stand up for his friends. He does have a soft side caring for Linkara, 90's Kid, Linksano, Iheart, Iron Liz, and others he's met in his travels. He eventually began datting Lottie after joining the war and briefly blamed himself while she was captured. But he's a lot happier now that she's back. He's always seen with his tommy gun. He's a singer who is really talented.
History:
He was born in 1921. Deciding he loved singing he decided to make it his career. But was drafted into world war2. He survived the war and returned home. He became a famous singer having many fans especially women who he was a big hit with. But his fame didn't last. The pillow factory was on fire and he rushed in to help save people. He got them out but he fell through the floor and was trapped and wasn't seen again. Many presumed he died in the fire but instead he was pulled into the future thanks to Dr. Insano's and Dr. Linksano's continual messing with hypertime and time travel in general. He met Linkara and they became good friends. He soon became close with Linkara, The Ninja Style Dancer, Iron Liz, and 90's Kid.
He tried to help Linakra fight off Mechakara the first time but chickened out and left. When Linkara went missing 90's Kid, Iron Liz, Ninja Style Dancer, and Harvey temporarily took over hosting the show. He even sang a song at the end of his review of Anita Blake comic. He was annoyed Pollo got 90's Kid to review as his opinoins were very different from Linkara and contradicted Linkara's views. The second time he teamed up with Linkara and the rest of their allies to stop Mechakara they succeeded although Mechakara returned later.
He didn't participate in any of the anniversaries but he did relaunch his singing career still pretty popular. He does wish he could return to his own time in the fifties but for now he is happy being with Linkara and the others. He helped Linkara fight off his various foes like the Entity, and Mechakara, among others over the years. When the war started he eventually joined it along with Linkara, 90's Kid, Linksano, and several other characters. He met Lottie and they fell in love and began dating. When she was captured he got depressed but went with the rescue team and rescued her and Rachel. Although Snob getting caught as well as not rescuing everyone made him feel bad. But having Lottie here helped some. He plans to rescue the rest of his friends and teach Mechakara and the other villains a lesson in kidnapping his girlfriend and the others in the first place.
