Silvertongued (La)

[Loki]

Loki chuckled at La's joke, feeling that her analogy was a accurate one. Leave it to humans to defend for themselves and their own survival. The thought of that caused Loki to roll his eyes slightly. Once he helped Ask Thatguy rule this world, he would most likely help make it as unmerciful as possible. He allowed La to pay for her food and took her arm and walked out of the restaurant. He then turned to hear La ask where the gardens were. He then pondered and gave a direct nod "Well, I believe it is near what these mortals call "central park". Right next to it. Which is admittedly odd, since central park is quite frankly similar to a garden. But it is best I do not complain about the details of the city" He shrugged and continued walking, really glad with the afternoon so far, feeling accomplished today

(OCC: I'm making it up by this point. I'm sorry. Haven't grown up in Chicago LOL)

[Queen La]

La smiled listening to him glad he was laughing at her joke. She hadn't really told much jokes before so it was nice to see she had what it took. Soon they were outside on the way to the gardens. She smiled listening to him.

"A garden next to a park? They probably built it like that for convenience or it was cheaper." said La.

She shrugged not really carrying as were soon at the gardens. She smiled as they walked in. She paid the entrance fee as she began admiring the beauty.

"This is gorgeous. It reminds me of home. I think I'll be coming here a lot." said La.

[Loki]

He shrugged at La's response to the fact the garden was next to the park, and he rolled his eyes at the very thought of it. These people had such strange ways. At least the gardens were part of the palace of asgard back on the said place, but just having those two seperate things be together was odd. He walked in alongside La, paying the fee despite slight annoyances with that, and admired the place. Hey, this place wasn't that bad after all. He actually was impressed with the scenery here.

"Absolutely. This place is quite beautiful" Loki said in agreement. At La's comment of probably coming to the gardens often, he responded kindly and with a hint of flirtatious tone "If you come here often, I will have no reason to return back to the house. For you would entice me to this place also"

[Queen La]

La turned to him and grinned. She smiled as he spoke and she chuckled.

"I'd like if you came with me. Although money would be a problem. It's not like any of us are working or rich that I know of. And well unless you know a way to conjure money we wouldn't be able to come here all the time." said La.

She paused an idea coming to her.

"Perhaps we should plant a garden at the house. It would be nice. And we wouldn't have to spend money to see it." said La.

[Loki]

Loki chuckled back as La responded that unless he had the ability to conjure money, which he did, they wouldn't be able to come here. As much as he didn't care about the garden, he enjoyed this time with La and wanted to come back but knew eventually she was right, besides if he kept getting money people could be suspicious. Loki turned to her and she had a idea of planting a garden at the house, making it easier for them to enjoy themselves and that it could be free. "And we would not have to do a lot of work due to our magic" Loki chuckled, glad that magic worked in mysterious ways. The god smiled again and responded "Of course we could make our own. Sounds lovely. Though I would enjoy seeing the flowers of all the world with you" He said that in a flirtatious manner.

[Queen La]

La grinned.

"Yes. It wouldn't take much time at all with magic. Unfortunately, we have mortals around us. I suppose between the two of us, and others we could say make people believe we'd had a garden for awhile so no one would question it. Either that or we have to do it the normal way." said La.

Doing it the normal way would take longer but would draw fewer suspicionsfrom the neighbors. She paused as he said he'd enjoyed seeing all the flowers of the world her.

"A world tour seeing the best nature has to offer? I like the sound of that. With our magic, we could teleport anywhere in the world for a little bit and wouldn't have to waste money on travel. We don't have to stay in Chicago all the time after all. And if they need us we could be back in a flash." said La.

[Loki]

Loki nodded in agreement it wouldn't take much time with magic, it actually made it a bit more fun. Then La said the neighbors could get suspicious before suggesting that they could just convince them they had it for a while. He cringed slightly when she said they could always do it the easy way "No I prefer using convincing and magic. As much as I adore nature, I do not enjoy touching it" He shrugged. Picky yes but he'd rather use his silver tongue to lie his way out of suspicion. Besides, he didn't care much about what the neighbors though unless they were part of the government or something.

He chuckled as La responded about his flirting about a world tour with nature. He nodded completely as she stated with magic they could do anything they wishes and wouldn't waste time with scheduling and money and traveling, and that they would just pop up if anyone needed their help. "The best thing is it can just be you and me. Being together with what this admittedly simply realm has to offer. The people can be strange but the nature is consistantly memorable" He smiled and thought about what he said before responding "I will admit as much as I do not like the people, their nature and areas have quite a lot to offer"

[Queen La]

La smirked hearing him say he preferred using magic and convincing people to touching it.

"Really? So I shouldn't expect you to pick me any flowers then as a surprise." said La, teasing him.

She chuckled as she kept walking admiring the beautiful garden. She grinned at him.

"The best thing would be spending time with you. I don't care if we took a trip to the desert or the bottom of the ocean as long as we spend time together." said La.

She grinned leaning and kissing him on the lips. She was lost in the moment and even forget about the garden. She pulled back after a couple minutes to breathe and grinned.

"I have to say I haven't really kissed much before you and well with kisses like that I don't think I would want to kiss anyone but you." said La.

She grinned again. She nodded agreeing that humans were an odd bunch mostly. That's why she kept her kingdom in the jungle and had her Leopard Men as servants. But her kingdom was destroyed and her minions were now leopards again. She turned to him with a grin.

"Do you have any favorite flowers? I think mine would be the African Violets. They don't seem to have any here. Perhaps they can only grow in Africa." said La.

She knew very little about plants but knew some could only grow in certain places. She grinned waiting for Loki to reply to her.

[Loki]

Loki turned, getting La's teasing look, and teased right back "No. I suppose you will not. That is a bit traditional anyway" He shrugged, chuckling slightly, completely amused by this. He then continued to walk and listen to La respond that she would be content with anywhere she went just so long as it was with him. He chuckled again and was about to respond when she kissed him on the lips. He quickly lost himself and kissed back with a tenderness he didn't even know he had, he wanted to make it last but his requirement of air said otherwise. He eventually let go and softly breathed, and took in La's physique and honestly felt a bit humbled by how gracious this woman was. He then whispered back to her "And I would never kiss anyone but you" He never felt he would've said that if he was suffering prison or still around the "new york" stress stage but now he had and he wouldn't change that.

He eventually continued walking and listened to La's question in small talk, asking what his favorite flower was. He quite liked her taste in flowers, Africa violets and he made a mental note to at least joke/sincerely give her that type of flower later. He then pondered about his personal favorite and responded "I am quite fond of the daisy. It tends to charm the eyes" He winked to La as he said that "Similar to how you attract to me. Another one I like is the daffodil"

[Queen La]

La chuckled as he teased her back.

"A god and a sorceress. Yes. I suppose we're far from a traditional. Although a woman does like to be appreciated. You don't have to get me anything. But I wouldn't say no if you did." said La.

She grinned as he returned her kiss as she smiled. When they pulled back to breathe he heard his words and she grinned.

"And I wouldn't kiss anyone but you either." said La.

She frowned though realizing he was immortal and she was not. Even if they won this war they would eventually die. She looked at him sadly for a moment before covering it up with a smile.

"I'll enjoy whatever time we have together. I wish I could become a god like you. I've heard of legends where ambrosia and golden apples could turn a mortal who eats them into a god. But those were only legends. Even if there was something you heard of it'd be in your world. Not here." said La.

She grinned as he said he was found of daisies.

"Daisies? I've haven't seen those before." said La.

She paused as he said it charmed the eyes like she did to him and she grinned.

"Well I'm glad I still have that affect on you. Perhaps you count out these daisies or daffodils if they're here. Flowers that could grab you attention I want to see." said La.

[Loki]

"Well many traditions are worn out. Though the concept of romance is not, and giving the one you care about most some gifts is one tradition I quite like" He responded despite La saying he did not need to give her things. Loki wasn't really concerned with what La told him, if he felt she deserved a gift she would damn well get a gift. It was the least he could do for her acceptance and concerns over him. He smiled softly as she repeated the same sentiment he did but frowned instantly when she looked sad. "What is wrong my dearest?" He asked which was quickly answered with her fear of being mortal and wishing to be as immortal as him. He nodded at her suggestions of ambrosia and golden apples that people ate to turn godly. Loki responded, making La look into his emerald eyes as he did so "Never fear precious La, I will find a way to make you become immortal like myself so if you wish to remain with me, you can. I do not care how long it takes me, you will be able to be immortal like myself"

He then turned to the daisies again and felt slightly easier with her, as she said she never saw them. He gave her one and smiled humbly as she responded that she was pleased to have this affect on him. He then nodded as la responded that he could count out these daisies and daffodils if they were around the area. He quickly lead her to a small batch of yellow daffodils and gave her one of those and kissed her cheek tenderly. He responded softly in her ear "While these flowers are eye-catching, they will never compare to you. I speak this from the bottom of my heart"

[Queen La]

La grinned at him.

"Well I'm glad to hear that. I''d be happy with just your company. But a gift once and awhile would be fine by me. I am a queen after all. I just sort of took what I wanted back home. My army. Everything." said La.

She paused as she asked what was wrong as they talked about her wish to be immortal. He said he'd help her become immortal and she smiled.

"I hope so. I do not want to leave you. If we don't find a way then I'll grow old and die. As I don't plan on dying in this war." said La.\

La grinned as he showed her the daisies and daffodils but said they wouldn't compare to her.

"You certainly know how to flatter a girl. I'm glad you love me and not flowers. Or then I'd be worried every time I left you in the garden alone." said La.

She chuckled teasing him a little. She was having fun and enjoying Loki's company. She didn't want this date to end. She sighed deciding to enjoy the moment while she could.

[Loki]

"Well why would you not take everything you wanted back at your home? You are a queen. You are entitled to it. It is in your royal right" Loki expressed pridefully. He would've probably allowed la to take things that weren't hers even if she wasn't a queen but the queen status made loki all the more willing to allow her to do such things. Even though she was talking about the past. He then turned to the daisies and daffodils again but he looked to la once she spoke. His eyes looked fondly upon her as she responded that she was glad that he loved her and not the flowers. He chuckled "Do not worry. I am not that shallow enough to prefer looks over personality. Though your looks are quite unmatched" He chuckled again, mostly because he got that the queen was teasing him. He too didn't really want this date of his to end. He was having such a good time.

He then remembered her comments about her fear of losing him or dying "You will not leave me. You will not die. You have my vow. I will not rest until I find a way to allow you to stay here. Trust my determination. And my passion" He kissed her once more, wanting to make her forget about her troubles while doing so. That, and he just really wanted to kiss her again, her kisses to him were electric and made his heart fill with desire.

He then eventually parted from her and responded with only a whisper "You are simply too precious to me" And you are also mine to keep. No-one, not even death herself, will take you He thought with a simple smile of determination and pride

[Queen La]

La smiled at him.

"Well thank you for that. But not everyone would see it that way. Although my only subjects followed me out of fear. I suppose humans would feel the same way. We'd have to take out all the weapons, planes, and things but that should be simple with the right spells and gadgets and things." said La.

La chuckled as well as he heard her joke and complimented her.

"Thank you. I'm glad I still have my beauty. But I'm glad you don't like me just for that." said La.

She grinned listening to him. He said he wouldn't lose her that he wouldn't rest until he found a way to make her stay here.

"Thank you Loki. I'm grateful. I know you'll try. But if something should happen to me I want you to try to be happy and be strong. Pinocchio will still need you and so will this army. I don't plan on dying any time soon but I heard one girl already died. Molly I think. Or was it Polly?" said La.

She paused shrugging as she figured she'd remember the name eventually. She smiled as he kissed her again and she returned it. They pulled back with a grin and she smiled again at his words.

"And you are very special to me. More important to me than anything." said La.

She grinned and pulled him close for another kiss getting lost in the moment. She then pulled back grinning.

"Well I suppose we could do this all day but there's still more of this lovely garden to see. Perhaps this could be one of the places we first take over once the war is over." said La.

[Loki]

"They should fear you. A woman as powerful as yourself should be feared and respected. The subjects were fools to ignore such power and try to fight against it. As for the weaponry and items these mortals have, I agree that they must be taken care of" Loki replied patiently, a grin still on his features. Though something about it was more prideful, more dominant. He truly believed a king or queen had the sheer right to take over and make people fear them and be intimidated into doing what the royal dictator or ruler wanted.

Loki only nodded as La thanked him for caring more than just her looks, despite her liking to Loki's attraction to her physical beauty. He then smiled as La thanked him for being determined to help her but that if she did pass on, that Loki would be happy and strong for her and for Pinnochio as well as the army "I will. I will try to be happy but I will promise I can be strong" He then pondered about the name she was trying to make out but he didn't focus on that as his kiss continued, with her kissing back, and he just kept the passion carefully but he lost himself in the moment of it. When he pulled back he heard her say that he was important to her, more important than anything before she kissed him again. Loki grinned before kissing her back once more, losing himself again, enjoying it for what it was worth.

He pulled back before chuckling at her words "We could. It's quite enjoyable. You're right though, they're is plenty more to see" He looked at the gardens before looking back at her "We should. It's quite lovely and peaceful"
