Why did you pick him/her?: To have more dalmatians. For Dark Heart to have a pet and for Patch to not be so lonely over there..

Personality: She's is close to her father even saying he was better than Thunderbolt while watching it on tv. She is closer with her siblings especially the other fourteen who were born with her as she knew them the longest. She
History:
Penny is one of the original fifteen puppies born to Pongo and Perdita. Cruella tried to buy them after they'd just been born but Roger refused as Cruella stormed off in a huff vowing to get even. She grew up with her siblings her favorite dog food Kanine Krunchies like her siblings and watching Thunderbolt on tv. Although her hero was her father but Thunderbolt was a good second choice for her.
She was kidnapped along with her siblings by Horace while Jasper trapped Nanny in the attic long enough to escape. They were then shoved into Devil Hall with 84 puppies Cruella had gotten from pet stores. Penny and the others soon learned their fate that she wanted to make a coat out of the puppies. She told them to do it tonight and left. But the two thugs deided to watch their program first. Sgt Tibs showed up and helped the kids leave the room but Jasper and Horace caught on to what they were doing and chased them around the house.
Pongo and Perdita showed up in the nick of time as they all escaped to the barn. They then learned there was now 99 puppies altogether instead of just their 15 children they were looking for and that Cruella wanted to kill them and skin them and use theier fur to make a spotted fur coat. Captain, Sgt. Tibs and the Captain distracting the pair while the dalmatians escaped.
With help from other dogs and animals they outwitted the trio as the two cars eventually crashed into each other allowing the family to make it home where they revealed they now had 99 puppies instead of 15 and Roger assumed they'd been making puppies this whole time as they'd been gone for awhile. Roger decided to move them all out to the country.
Once there Patch snuck back to thecity and accidentally led Cruella to their new home where she kidnapped Penny and the rest of the puppies. Patch eventually rescued his family with Thunderbolt's help and they went back home. But then Patch, Cadpig, Rolly, Darla, and Freckles all began vanishing one by one. Even Cruella and Jasper next door had vanished to the bewilderment of Horace and Cruella's pet Scorch. Then she followed Pepper but they got seperated and yanked to another world. While Pepper ended up at Critic's house she ende up at Facilier's circus. She immediately found Patch and reunited iwth him.
Allies: Patch; Dalmatian family (ones back home); Roger; Anita; Nanny; Colonel; Sgt. Tibbs; Captain.
Enemies: Cruella De Vil; Jasper; Horace; Ask That Guy's Army; Critic's Army; Freckles, Darla, Cadpig, & Pepper (reluctantly).
Plans: reunite with Patch, befriend Dark Heart.
