Where is this character from?: 101 dalmatians
Why did you pick him/her?: Because poor Freckles and Darla need another sibling to be with them

Personality: Pepper is much like Freckles, who she considers her twin and best friend, she is curious, fun-loving, caring and mischevious, always wanting to have fun. However, she has many different traits from her twin. She's similar and yet unsimilar so it is easy to spot Pepper out even though she spends time and has things in common with Freckles. She's much more of a risk-taker, always determined to have adventure and be part of the adventure, considering whatever is going on as something good. Pepper is fiesty, having much more of a hothead than any of her siblings and will not hestiate to speak her mind, she's much more opinionated and will have opinions on whatever she wants to say. She also has a sarcastic side, not hesitating to make jokes or witty comebacks to her opposer, sibling or rival. Since she is sarcastic, she's a joker, always making someone laugh or smile.
Speaking of smiling, Pepper loves to make people smile, she's very kind and friendly once you get used to her talkative side. She's a enjoyable pet to have around, very social with people and even more with animals. She is open-minded and does not have problems with any animal, even cats. She is stubborn also, only listening to Freckles, her parents or her own little voice in her head. She's extremely loving to all her siblings and family members but out of all of them, she gets along with Freckles the most
History: Like Freckles and Patch, Pepper was born out of the stolen 15 puppies, snatched in the dark of the night by Jasper and Horace. She was the first to be happy to return home and the first to participate in most of the escaping techniques. Once returned Pepper had many, many other siblings to play with, and yet she stuck most to Freckles, her physical twin and best friend. After Patch saved them again during another scheme of Cruella, Freckles respected Patch a lot more even though she loved Patch anyway, but another scheme was about to unveil but this time it wasn't cruella, at least not entirely yet.
A random storm took Patch in the night, and many of the siblings assumed him either dognapped or dead. Darla was devastated and Freckles went out to find him, only for her too to be missing. Then Darla went missing, then rolly, then cadpig. Pepper was extremely worried and went out to find them. She was then taken by a small storm to chicago, and found a house that was filled with people. Nostalgia Critic was his name and he responded that a majority of the missing siblings were here. Happy that she found her family, Pepper agreed to stay. Little does she know her brother Patch was not in the group of siblings in the heroes residence
Allies: Freckles, Darla, Nostalgia Critic's army
Enemies: Patch(Reluctinately), Facilier's army and ATG's army
Plans: To stick beside Freckles, to be cute, to possibly make more friends.
