Why did you pick him/her?: Really like his character and I want to try some stuff with him

Personality: Harvey is very much a very cynical person. He also is quite able to fight, carrying around a tommy gun. Alas, he can beautifully caring towards people, mainly because he is a generally caring individual. His anger mainly comes from the fact that he was taken away from his home and friends. Despite this he and Linkara's group are close.
History: Born in 1921, Harvey always had the voice of an angel. Originally wanting to be a singer, he was forced into a horrible situation: the second world war. Although he managed to live, his experiences made him swear to fight oppression. Now the swinging star of New York, he was regularly attacked by girls.
However, his good fate was destroyed when during the infamous fire of the pillow factory. He ran in to save several people and while doing so, fell into the collapsed floor. He was given a famous send off, with such legends such as Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong and Louis Prima.
However, instead of dying, he was pulled several decades into the future, in Linkara's house. Despite his attempts to fit in, he only wanted to return to the 50's. However he and Linkara soon became best friends. He, 90's kid and Dr Linksano (despite a rivalry over the overuse of technology) also became friends. Despite attacks by Vyce, The Entity, Dr Insano and Mechakara he still kept the group together. After Linksano and Linkara left, and 90's Kid sneaked past him, he headed towards the war, despite his fears.

Enemies: Dr Insano, The Entity, Mechakara, Vyce, Ask that Guy's forces
Plans: For him to have some group between the other AT4W characters, have a little rivalry with Linksano, get a love interest and do something epic in the war.
