An Unexpected Meeting

Mechakara smiled.

"Excellent. Capturing those heroes will be a lot easier with a hypnotist on our side." said Mechakara.

D.H. nodded pausing as he glanced at Mechakara.

"I prefer something I can control like my magic. I don't need hypnosis when I make people work for me by giving them what they want. But if you don't have magic hypnosis is the next best thing I suppose. I'm glad you've joined uS Kaa. I believe you'll be very useful." said D.H.

Dr. Insuedo soon came out of it looking around in confusion.

"That was incredible. How long can you do that? I mean if you were interrupted could someone break out of your hypnosis?" said Dr. Insuedo.

He knew he should wait for the other scientists of the army but he was curious and wanted to get all the facts about his ability before he forgot his questions.

Gi watched as Kaa then returned Dr. Insuedo to normal.

"Yes. Very impressive. We're not the leaders of the army. But I'm sure they'll agree you're welcome to join us." said Gi.

The door opened as Dark Nella walked in seeing a few new recruits.

"Hello. I'm one of the leaders Dark Nella. I see we have some new recruits." said Dark Nella.

"Yes. This is Dark Heart but he goes by D.H. to avoid confusion. And this is Kaa the snake. And outside is Lord Vyce. If it were up to me I'd throw him out but it's your army not mine." said Mechakara.

Dark Nella turned curious at Lord Vyce. She smiled at Kaa and D.H.

"Welcome to our army. We're glad to have you both." said Dark Nella.

She walked outside joining Black Lantern Spoony and Lord Vyce.

"So you are Lord Vyce? I thought you were stuck in one of Pollo's bodies. How did you get your old ones back?" said Dark Nella.

Kaa hissed in amusement, glad that his new allies were impressed with him. He then turned to Insuedo and chuckled "Well, I'm the only one that can make it as long as I want, however your quessstion isss good. They need to get to me in order to get to the victim. It'ssss rather simple" Kaa then slithered to Mechakara again curious to his gloves then assumed due to his voice and figure that he wasn't human either. Kaa then smiled to Dark Nella and replied "Pleasssure to meet you"

DarkHeart was very impressed but also admittedly unnerved of Kaa's power. Sure it was useful but she didn't understand hynosis and she hated things she did not understand. She then saw Facilier grinning and feeling awkward about him being around walked right next to Mechakara, like a toddler who saw a weird stranger beckon to him/her. She then saw Dark Nella leave and talk to Kaa, then go outside. She widened her eyes at the mention of Lord Vyce, DarkHeart had one and only one introduction to him, it was around the time Mechakara was brought back and working with Vyce but she was forced to be left behind to observe other matters in case linkara's other friends tried anything

"Wait... He has returned? How?" DarkHeart was unpleased but not really angry about it. She was more, well, curious about it.

"Oh hello madame" BLS respectfully responded to Dark Nella. He then chuckled amused to Lord Vyce "That is an excellient question. How nesscessarily DID you come back to this form?"

Lord Vyce nodded to Dark Nella and responded with a sly tone "According to Insano's device, the transporter lead me to the woods of chicago and because of the hypertime transportation, I could locate and reenter my body. Trust me, it sounds strange but it is the truth. I came to join you, I see Mechakara spoke of me"

"He did. Just now" BLS replied sarcastically. Dumbass He calmly added inside his mind

This must be the place. It had to be the place. The fabled 'House of Doom'. Or else, Dan would probably add this house to The List. He added roughly seven more things to get revenge on since he was in... wherever he was. He didn't care where he was, he was just looking for one specific place. He raised an angered fist and pounded on the front door with all his might. "I'm going to break this door if I have to, I swear." the bitter man grumbled to nobody but himself. "If someone doesn't open soon, this door is the very next thing to be put on the list."

For a moment, he considered listening through the door in hopes of eavesdropping on a conversation, but decided against it. If he mustered what little patience he had, someone was going to answer. Or he legitimately would break in, without Chris advising him that it was wrong to break in to a stranger's house.

Mechakara smiled thinking the snake could be useful. A hypnotist in the their army would surely be fun to have. He couldn't wait to see their reaction when they stole their next group of captives from Critic's army.

"Welcome. I'm sure you'll meet the others in time. We have a few other animals but you're the only hypnotist that I'm aware of." said Mechakara.

Dark Nella turned hearing Kaa and smiled at him.

"Yes welcome. Make yourselves at home." said Dark Nella.

She turned at Vyce and smirked.

"Well being a quasi-demonic intergalactic entity I get around. And I'm not related to that entity thing you or Linkara were worried about. If I had that much power we wouldn't be wasting time with this stupid war." said Dark Nella.

"I'm not sure and frankly I don't care. But I gave him a challenge, to bring in some captives especially ones close to Linkara as he was eager to prove himself. If he screws up it will be amusing but if he brings over Linksano, Iheart, or any of the others will it will be fun to see them locked up in a cage." said Mechakara, laughing.

D.H. having finished his soup heard there was a knock at the door. He snapped his fingers as the door opened magically as he saw a man at the door.

"I see we have another new recruit. Welcome. Come in. We don't bite." said D.H., chuckling.

Malachite & Phantom Virus had followed the group remaining quiet both not much for talking. Malachite served himself some soup seeing there was some left while they chatted. Kaa's hypnotism might be a problem especially if it could undo the magical kind he was planning to use with Facilier and Rita to get a few members by force.

Phantom Virus just watched the proceedings interested.

"We definitely have a few new interesting members. This should really spice things up." said Phantom Virus, chuckling.

Kaa was glad to be easily welcomed by the group. Working for Ask Thatguy seemed no problem to have whatsoever. He smirked nodding to Dark Nella's shout of welcome before nodding to Mechakara. Kaa then smiled, glad he was the only hypnotist. He replied "Good. I don't like compatition"

Vyce felt off-edge at the mention of the entity. He then calmed down when she assured him that he was not the particular one, Vyce wanted to destroy. He breathed calmly and responded "Interesting concept. I shall make sure to prove my worth here" He felt no need to mention Mechakara's challange, it didn't seem needed at the time

DarkHeart smiled at Mechakara, he always found new ways to make DarkHeart smile. She then smiled wider at the mention that Vyce was dared to bring linkara's close friends. Which of course meant IHeart and she grinned ear to ear at that. Her grin stopped when loud banging came on the door and she was about to answer it but D.H did it for her. She smiled to him slyly, amused with the magical boy. She then talked to Dan, the new member and replied "Yes. Come in"

Dark Nella smiled hearing Kaa. She couldn't blame him. Having a hypnotist would be useful. She turned back to Vyce and nodded as she heard him.

"You had better. I'm not stupid. I know what you did. You tried to take on Linkara. Even had Mechakara working for you once. And you lost your ship to him and now Linksano's working for him. Linkara hasn't tried using his ship on us yet so that's not important. But we don't need any more screwups from anyone." said Dark Nella.

Mechakara smiled at Dark Heart glad she was happy at the idea they might be getting Iheart or other captives soon. He turned and smiled at Dan again.

"Welcome. Have you come to join our army?" asked Mechakara.

Vyce felt a bit uncomfortable at this point. He now needed to prove to a leader. Which pretty much was just as bad as Mechakara needing worth proven. He nodded "Yes. I am aware of my mistakes. I assure you that will not happen again"

DarkHeart turned to Dan, awaiting his answer. She frowned slightly due to the man being rather irritated. Something told her this man was NOT going to be a charming camper like Kaa or D.H was.

Don't bite? Well if they bit, wouldn't they be cannibals? Probably best not to ask and look into it. Dan would just be a bit extra cautious. Especially without a Chris around. His green eyes blinked rapidly for a few moments. It appeared nobody physically opened the door. Strings were probably attatched, or it was remote-controlled. His attention was turned to the actual members in the house. An... interesting little group. He shook his head a moment when questioned. He was clearly at the right place if they were asking him to join the army.

"Yeah, I've been going throughout wherever this place is, without my faithful car or Chris to take me anywhere mind you, to find this place." Dan replied in a partially calm tone. Well, as calm as he could get. That wasn't extremely calm either. He figured it was awkward to just stand there, out of the group, so he casually strolled inside, making his way to the group.

"Well you are in chicago and you have indeed found the right place" DarkHeart smirked. She allowed Dan to come right in if he wanted. Kaa smirked to Dan as well and slithered "It seemssss I'm not the only new member obviousssly. Welcome friend"

Chicago? Wasn't that, like, thousands of miles away from California? Dan wasn't the greatest with geography. But his attention was turned from his location to another member of the group. The snake. The snake talked. And had some sort of lisp to add to it. At first Dan jumped back and let a small yell escape from his mouth. "The snake... talks." he said with disbelief. His eyes widened and he stared at it until he came up with a logical reason as to why it spoke.

It was a robot. Those talking toys were getting more and more realistic weren't they? Dan had been up against robots before, but working with one? That was a new one. A robot could prove a useful ally. One that could help him in his revenge expeditions. The bitter man eased up slightly at the thought of working with a robot that just looked like a snake. That was the only explanation he could think of to justify a talking snake. It certainly didn't sound mechanical. Maybe robot creators were getting better at making voices sound organic?

"Uh... yeah, hi." Dan said, attempting to not be awkward.

[Mechakara]

Dark Nella nodded.

"Good. I expect everyone to pull their weight and prove their worthy. So far we've only had one casualty and a few got injured in the last couple battles. But that must not happen again." said Dark Nella.

Mechakara smiled at Dan.

"We've got more than that. Talking animals, sorcerers, cyborgs, scientists, you name it. Have you come to join our army? Or are you an enemy spy?" said Mechakara.

"Hello. Also, what mechakara asked you is the same as my question. Are you with us?" DarkHeart was unsure if Dan was actually here only for sanctuary or for the hell of it. She felt a bit unsure about the man in general. What was he other than a human? Was he simply a normal human being or something more?

Kaa chuckled "Yesssss. I am a real ssssnake but I promisssse you I won't cause you harm" Kaa slithered about, observing dan. Wondering if he was with them or just againest them.

Cyborgs? Other talking animals? Sorcerers? Dan wasn't so quick to believe there were legitimate sorcerers, but he'd seen cyborgs before. At least, robots that looked very human. Chicago must be far more advanced than California to have talking animals and cyborgs. Then, these people had questioned his allegiance!

"If I were a spy, why would I walk through the front door and saunter over here? I don't even know who the other team is! Besides, I'm a master at sneaking. If I were spying, you'd probably not even notice it." Alright, so maybe Dan was stretching the truth a bit, but back in the day, he'd constantly spy on his enemies for revenge schemes. "I have come here to join you guys, because clearly I'm not going home anytime soon."

The snake-spider beast had followed her master's directions exactly and came upon her new home. Honestly, Seamstress didn't mind much being so far away from that gaint monster of a creator. She justed hoped that the fellows here would know how to treat a pretty lady. Oh, how she loved to play games though. The burlap-coated beast had been curled up near the door, appearing to be a pile of junk. She was waiting for a time when it seemed like fun to pop out. The most recent arrival came and the door was opened. Her pale porcline face appeared from under her hood. Seamstress eyed the ajar door. The female machine spotted a creature that looked like her and instantly was beguiled.

Skinny metal limbs wedged into the door and started prying to get it open. The she-beast squeezed her baby doll head inside and just stared. Her head almost looked like a floating face three feet above the ground what with the darkness of her hood all around. The Seamstress herself thought she was the most lovely little thing ever, but to any logical person, she was a monster striaght for a night terror...she'd fit right in.

[Hades/Nikos Callas]

Mechakara saw the boy was confused.

"You have been pulled to another world just like many of us. We've formed an army while another one has formed. We always welcome new members." said Mechakara.

The door flew open as two figures stepped in Queen La and Hades.

"So this is your army? Pretty interesting. I am Queen La, a sorceress. I'd like to join you." said Queen La.

"And I'm Hades, Lord of the Dead. I'd like to join you too." said Hades.

Of course, he planned to take over as king of the gods here and start a new pantheon. Perhaps he'd find some worthy allies in this army.

Phantom Virus turned greeting the new arrivals.

"Welcome Lord Hades, and Queen La. Glad to have you aboard." said Phantom Virus.

D.H. stood amazed at the site.

"Are you truly Hades? Lord of the dead? Master of the underworld?" asked D.H.

"Yes, I am. I'm glad to see I'm well known in this world too. That's good. That means I won't have to waste time trying to prove to you who I am." said Hades.
