An Unexpected Meeting

D.H. turned to the young deer and nodded.

"Yes. Facilier's right. With magiic. Even though it's fun it's not a toy. Not everyone can master the more powerful spells like that one. I didn't have fire in my hand. It was an illusion. So when it hit the door it vanished because it wasn't real. But I can also summon real fire but I wouldn't want to burn up the place." said D.H.

"An illusion? That certainly would come in hand in battle. You've got style kid." said Mechakara.

"Yes it certainly would be useful." said Mechakara, agreeing with the Virus.

Malachite walked out having seen the display as well.

"Interesting. What else can you do kid?" asked Malachite.

D.H. smiled glad at the praise he was getting. He heard Malachite and smiled.

"I can shapeshift, cast spells, and summon elements like fire and wind to do my bidding. I can also create objects out of thin air." said D.H.

He waved his hand as a small bag appeared above his hand. He waved it around showing it was empty before the bag vanished into thin air.

Ronno was amazed. This boy knew magic and did far more than he's ever seen before. Ronno went over closer, completely amazed "Whoa! That's awesome! Those tricks you did were so cool! I wish I can do that!"

DarkHeart marveled herself, she even clapped for D.H "Amazing. This will completely terminate the eyes of our enemies" DarkHeart turned to Ronno before turning back to D.H. She was shocked but pleased they had recieved a new ally

Dr. Facilier smirked, this boy really could help him with his plans

[Mechakara]

"Well that can be arranged. I can give you magic. One of my powers is to grant wishes but I'm not a fairy godmother. I don't give it away for free. You'd just owe me a favor is all. But remember if you refuse to do me the favor I ask of you later I'll take back the magic I gave you. You can have some time to think it over if you like. You can accept my offer now, tomorrow, a few weeks, whenever you decide." said D.H.

Mechakara listened interested.

"You can grant magic to anyone?" asked Mechakara.

"If it is their wish then yes. I could give them anything else they wanted as long as they wished it." said D.H.

[Dr. Facilier]

"Really? Cool! I'll definitely think about it!" Ronno replied making a tiny bounce in joy. DarkHeart smirked but then turned to D.H "You can grant wishes? That is honestly helpful so for example if I wanted a special new transformation spell for myself you could make that happen? No question?"

Facilier made a slight smirk in arrogance, this boy promised the exact same thing he pretty much did. Sure he was useful and helpful but in the end, it turned out just the same as Facilier's type of power

[Dark Heart/D.H.]

D.H. smiled at Ronno.

"Sure. If you ever decide just find me and we'll get it set up." said D.H.

He turned to Dark Heart.

"Yes. But I like I said I don't do handouts. You'd owe me a favor in return. But I could." said D.H.

He snapped his fingers as a sheet of paper appeared in his hand.

"This is one of my best ones. You ever want this or any other help just ask?" said D.H.

"Intriguing. Although the favor worries me. What favors would you want in return?" said Mechakara.

"Oh maybe I'd ask someone be my accomplice on a plan of mine. Or maybe just something simple like being my servant for the day fetching me food and stuff like that. I'm giving you something after all. I should get something in return." said D.H.

Mechakara paused. It sounded fair and if only for a day it might be useful. He would make a note if he wanted to ask anything of D.H. down the line.

DarkHeart felt intrigued but she had a very negative feeling over favors. D.H would want something in return and DarkHeart would probably never have that type of ability to get it for him. She would not let the boy be disappointed or offended so she responded out of curiousity "I shall consider it. I will get back to you" She then gave a look to Mechakara that waited for his answer

Ronno nodded "Ok! Sure!" Ronno on the other hand didn't mind paying back. At least he was gonna get something out of it. Ronno would be ok with working for his powers so long as he got to use it

Dr. Facilier grinned darkly. This was exactly his type of deal. D.H's type of magic was dark, had a deal within it but was promising unlimited things. He would definitely make D.H the first to be asked to join sides with him

[Mechakara]

D.H. nodded glad they'd both were considering it.

"Well no there's no time limit. I'm always willing to help someone out for a price." said D.H.

He smirked conjuring a chair behind him as he sat down.

"So what do you have to eat around here?" asked D.H.

Mechakara paused hearing Dark Heart consider the offer. He would need to make sure he didn't trick her into being his slave or something. He had enough of that with Insano and his universe version of Linkara. He wasn't going to let his daughter do something like that. He'd have to make sure he knew of the arrangement before he let Dark Heart make any deals with him.

"I shall consider your offer as well. It might come in handy someday." said Mechakara.

He paused hearing D.H. mention food.

"There's a kitchen through the hall. I'm sure you can find something you like there." said Mechakara.

D. H. smiled thanking the man as he got up and the chair vanished as he walked away leaving behind a puff of red smoke that faded away as well. He went into the kitchen to make something to eat. Instead, he found Gi making some soup.

"Hello. You have enough leftovers for a new arrival?" asked D.H.

Gi turned seeing the boy. She softened as he reminded of Wheeler with his fiery red hair. And they were on the same side so it wouldn't hurt for her to make some friends.

"Sure. I have enough for a few servings. I didn't expect anyone else was hungry." said Gi.

"Who is this?" BLS responded as he entered the room quickly. He was bored and felt a need to meet new people since D.H clearly was a face he did not see in the past. DarkHeart walked over, putting a hand on D.H's shoulder and responded "This is D.H, our new ally. D.H, this is a old friend black lantern spoony" BLS smirked to D.H and responded "Yes. It is good to meet new allies" Thrax, Ronno and Dr. Facilier just simply observed

D.H. turned greeting Black Lantern Spoony and was surprised at the power he could sense from him not to mention he was dead.

"Impressive. I've never seen a zombie before especially not one with so much power. Usually zombies are just brain dead morons. But you're different." said D.H.

"He's a sorceror like Facilier, Rita, and Malachite. He's come to join us." said Mechakara.

[Black Lantern Spoony]

"A black lantern is pretty much a superpowered zombie. I'm one of a kind. Like yourself" BLS responded kindly to D.H. He smirked to Mechakara and nodded "So I see. His magic appears the same link as Facilier's magic. Should be useful"

DarkHeart smirked as D.H was impressed by BLS. She wasn't surprised. BLS was quite the individual. Dr. Facilier frowned slightly at BLS while Thrax stared at him and Ronno looked curiously

D.H. smiled.

"Well it's an honor to meet someone as unique as yourself. I'm Dark Heart or D.H. as I've started calling myself to avoid confusion." said D.H.

Gi smiled seeing BLS and the others join them in the kitchen. Zarm had been the last sorcerer she'd seen and he'd had some very interesting powers. Perhaps D.H. or one of the others could help her get stronger. Her ring only had a limited power over water. She wanted more power so she could take down Ma-Ti and of course, help them win the war.

Mechakara nodded at BLS's statement. He didn't exactly trust Facilier at the moment. Perhaps D.H. would be a good ally to have around and to help keep an eye on Rita, Facilier, and Malachite to see if they were up to something like Dr. Smith, Dr. Insano, Dark Heart, and himsel believed. They didn't have any proof yet but maybe with D.H's help they could.

D.H had many in things in common with Facilier, BLS was right about that. Which was why facilier was more and more encouraged to bring D.H to his side. He was similiar to him and had more powers than he, perhaps that would terminate ask thatguy.

BLS knew about Mechakara's lack of trust with facilier and felt the same way. BLS as much as he didn't enjoy defeat, trusted Ask Thatguy had the capacity to lead a team. That and Dark Nella was one powerful woman, one BLS thought it best to keep on her good side. BLS though was not so determined to keep an eye on the witch doctor so he allowed mechakara and darkheart to do it. He smiled to D.H "Hmm. I can see why you would want to avoid confusion. Good to meet you. As you heard from DarkHeart, I am black lantern spoony"

DarkHeart smiled, glad that D.H was being welcomed by BLS, maybe that would encourage the boy to stay at ask thatguy's side and keep an eye on facilier. She noticed then Facilier frowned slightly and that frown gave DarkHeart a sutble clue that Facilier didn't like BLS and that caused her to feel something was indeed up.

[Mechakara]

D.H. smiled at him.

"A black lantern? That explains it. I've heard of the lantern rings from travelers from other universes who entered my universe. Of course that was many centuries ago. I'd almost forgot about it." said D.H.

He paused and smiled.

"Well I'm glad to meet you. I'm sure we'll have lots of fun taking the other side down." said D.H.

Mechakara smiled liking D.H.'s enthusiasm.

"Of course we will. Not even Maleficent stands a chance against us with you on our side." said Mechakara.

BLS smiled to D.H "The feeling is mutual. I like allies with a love for chaos" He smirked to DarkHeart and Mechakara respectfully but then turned to D.H when he heard he was interested in lanterns. He observed his ring as he spoke his next words "Oh really? You have had travelers speak of ones like me. Intriguing"

DarkHeart smiled, glad for D.H being here but felt queasy at the reference to maleficent. As powerful as they were getting, DarkHeart had many unpleasent feelings with maleficent. She didn't fear maleficent but definitely knew what she was capable of. She nevertheless smiled "I like you. You have enthusiasm"

[Mechakara]

Gi smiled at the group finishing the soup as she turned to them.

"Anyone hungry? There's enough for all of you if you want some?" said Gi.

She served herself a bowl and sat down at the kitchen table to eat.

D.H. nodded.

"I don't know long you've been a black lantern but unless you were around a few hundred years ago you'd know. Some people came to that dimension fleeing the Black Lanterns. There weren't any Care Bears around at the time so I was able to do what I wanted freely. But they were unfortunately super powered beings. They'd been weakened from the fights though. After I learned what I could from them I killed them. I didn't want them getting stronger and possibly overthrowing me." said D.H.

D.H. turned hearing the soup was down. He smiled walking into the kitchen and waving his hand as the soup served itself before floating into his hand. He smiled and then walked over and sat next to Gi. He took a few bites and smiled. It was delicious. She certainly knew how to cook.

"This is great. Perhaps you could show me the receipe sometime." said D.H.

"I don't eat food being a robot. But you eat up. We need everyone as strong as possible for our next fight." said Mechakara.
