Together Again

[Mechakara]

(January 9th. Closed to Mechakara, Black Lantern Spoony, and Dr. Insano.)

Mechakara walked outside the house sitting on the porch. They had two prisoners which would be useful later. He was sure Linkara, Critic, and the others were going crazy and making feeble attempts at a rescue. He would enjoy stopping the rescue and adding to their collection of prisoners.

"I'd love to see the look on Linkara's face when he learned his friends were captured." said Mechakara.

He laughed before he glanced around the area. He was sure Linkara and the others would have tried an escape attempt by now. They must be really be plotting something. He knew they all had to be on guard until they made their move.

"Agreed. The look on Linkara's face should be amusing... As well as Spoony's" Black Lantern Spoony arrived beside his old ally from their alternate dimension. Despite not having very much concern over any of the people here, mechakara was indeed what he would consider a "friend" if people wanted to call it that. To Black Lantern Spoony it was all mutual partnership but it was admittedly more than that to the naive eye. Knowing Mechakara would want to go away from the rest of the team, Black Lantern spoony would acompany him for he too wanted to be alone.

"So? About Chick's lack of speech? Don't suppose those fools will try to fix THAT too?" Black Lantern Spoony asked with a tone meant to be as joking around, for he never took the heroes seriously at all

Mechakara turned seeing Black Lantern Spoony join him and nodded. He smiled glad to see him. He'd ended up turning on his so called friend Linkara in his universe so he hadn't really considered making other friends. But Judas Liz and Black Lantern Spoony were probably the closest he'd get to them. He smiled seein

"I'm sure they'll try. We got both of them and that ring. But we can't lose either of them. Morpheus was one of their strongest fighters. I also heard we hurt a few of them. If we attack soon we can catch them off guard. If we have enough fighters that is." said Mechakara.

He paused remembering the battle. Facilier and Holli had returned hurt. The rest seemed alright but he wasn't sure if any of the others got hurt.

"Agreed. Morpheus is useful for more than his fighting skills he's one of the main objectives to the army... As well as chick" Black Lantern spoony made a grin at that "That woman is the third commander in the army and is supposedly Critic's weak link to his chain" He let out a laugh at that then looked to the horizon "Pathetic. Falling in love. The only way to survive this world is to leave none in the dust so to speak" He then let a smirk and said jokingly to his ally "But you already knew that"

"Love is weakness. But power, true power like ours endures. Those fools rely on love, and their weak feelings will be their downfall. Too bad we can't turn the Nostalgia Chick to our side. Even if it was only temporary it would drive the Critic crazy perhaps into madness. After all Nella's possessed by a demon and look how upset Chick was to see her." said Mechakara.

He frowned realizing there wasn't another entity around somewhere. And any spell Rita or Facilier whipped up probably would be temporary. He wondered if Black Lantern Spoony had more of those rings.

[Black Lantern Spoony]

Black Lantern Spoony nodded. He knew Mechakara was right. Love wasn't needed for war and the heroes relied on companionship and working as a family rather than a team with no personal attributes to them. It was completely futle and he knew just as much as mechakara did that the heroes would be useless with things such as love

"Oh yes. Critic indeed has a bond with the chick. Trust me, I can sense these things" After he stated those things he looked again to his partner and asked knowing Mechakara had something to talk about "Is there something you wish to ask me? After all I am willing to participate in whatever plan you have"

[Mechakara]

"That ring you wear. Is there a way to duplicate it? If she believed it was the ring of heart and slipped it on her finger she'd become a black lantern and be on our side. It would take a lot of power to remove those rings. I suppose Maleficent might have that kind of power but the rest wouldn't." said Mechakara.

He smiled waiting for answer. If it worked and Chick put on the disguised heart ring they'd have another ally and a way to make Critic, Linkara, and the rest of those fools suffer even more.

[Black Lantern Spoony]

Looking to his ring he grinned darkly. Black Lantern Spoony replied while still looking at it "I can make another ring that'll fool the woman but it might take time... Hopefully not too much" He then turned to Mechakara and then replied "Perhaps if the heroes try to come back we can manipulate them as well?"

[Mechakara]

"Yes. Perhaps we can. Although I think a few should be left alone like Critic or Linkara to witness their friends turn to the dark side. I'd love to see the looks on their faces when that happens." said Mechakara.

He let out a metallic laugh and stopped.

"Is there a way in this universe someone could stop your power? Or destroy the rings?" asked Mechakara.

[Black Lantern Spoony]

"Well I can't make a black lantern ring for Chick since she hasn't really had previous deaths. I however can, with the help of Dr. Insano, remake it into a ring that'll possess her to join our side. Besides she can't speak so she won't be very hard to persuade" With that he laughed himself before stopping and looking to his ally "You don't suppose you can convince the science fool to help that happen could you?"

[Mechakara]

Mechakara nodded. Dr. Insano would agree in a heartbeat especially to hurt Critic and the others. He had hated him at first but after some time realized he was just annoyed Dr. Insano had gotten the best of him. But they were after the same thing destroying Linkara, Critic, and the rest of their allies. So he went along with it for now.

"Yes. Perhaps you can come with me. I'm sure he'll agree to it if he knows what he's making." said Mechakara.

(OCC: Well since it's just you and me for the thread.... Why not I need to RP as Insano more anyway)

Black Lantern spoony nodded with a edge of childlike eagerness. He then said while pointing to the door "Well then. To the doctor's lab. I say we get down to business" Black Lantern spoony went down to the basement where Insano was and knocked on the door, to Insano replied impatiently "In a minute! Almost finished studying the magical aspects of linkara's hat!"

Mechakara followed Black Lantern Spoony to the lab listening to Dr. Insano talk about Linkara's hat.

"His hat is magical? It must not be useful or he'd have used it against one of us already." said Mechakara.

Linkara went up against adversaries at least once a week sometimes. Surely he'd have used it in a fight. Linkara wasn't one to not use resources that could help him. Then again maybe Linkara didn't know his hat was magical if it was.

"What do you know about Linkara's hat?" asked Mechakara after some thinking.

Dr. Insano accidently burnt out one of his studying devices and he growled "We'll never know now. Damn thing broke before I could even finish" Dr. Insano calmly looked to the two other accomplices, one of his work and one of interest. He smiled "So you came to my abode? What can I do for you?"

"Well Mechakara and I thought we could use and invent some sort of lantern ring similar to my own but with a lot more.... possessiveness of the owner" Black Lantern Spoony replied calmly and with a look of pure malice

(ooc: Oops. xd. I guess they can look on the internet about the other rings. Some of f the other rings do posses you but violet's the easiest to control I think.)

Mechakara nodded deciding to make a note of it incase Linkara's hat did turn out to be magical. When Lack Lantern spoke of making a ring he nodded.

"Do you have any research on the power rings? Green and yellow I know wouldn't posses someone. And we can't use a black one because most of them are still alive. But perhaps one of the other rings would be useful." said Mechakara.
