Technology Vs. Organism

[Linkara]

"Don't be stupid!" Linkara burst out. He couldn't take the fact that IHeart was blaming herself, it was his fault for not making sure Mechakara was defeated for good "It's my fault that he's still alive . And it's my fault I didn't get there in time to stop him." He groaned. It was going to be a long time.

[IHeart]

"Don't be stupid!"

Stupid. Yeah. That was exactly what the hell she was being right now. Stupid. Completely and utterly so. She nearly slapped herself in agreement but she turned to Linkara and replied "Hey if I'm not at fault here than neither are you. You didn't know until I told you" She sighed and ruffled her own hair in annoyance "Great. Robodouchebag is back. What are we going to do?"

[Linkara]

"Fine" Linkara nodded at himself, mentally agreeing that it wouldn't do anything in the long run "The same what we usually do, try to take over the world!" Grinning, he continued "Or we can just kick his arse in a one to one fight like I did last time." He gave her another hug.

[IHeart]

IHeart snorted in amusement of Linkara's reference to Pinky and the Brain. She then felt slightly safer as she was hugged again by Linkara. She gave him a hug and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Thanks Link. I know you'd kick his ass and take his robot name out to the cleaners" She giggled a bit afterward

[Linkara]

"You bet!" Linkara grinned, then temporarily went serious as he looked at her bruises "But my previous statement still stands. When I find him again, I will crush him. How do your bruises feel now?" He gently removed the herbs from her head and looked at her.

[IHeart]

(OCC: I say we end this soon. But for now we can leave it a tad)

IHeart couldn't help it, she smiled ear to ear at Linkara's cheerful response. She then frowned and looked up to her own head. She replied with a small smirk "Better than before" She hissed as she rubbed her cheekbone "Jesus. His hands are like a vice. How you handled his punches is beyond me"

[Linkara]

"Lot's of Jack Daniels and band aids." Linkara added under his breath "And praying." Gently, he helped her to her feet, "Shall we tell Critic or Splinter?"

(OCC: Sure. This is the first of my last three posts. I love this though CX)

"Jack Daniels?" IHeart replied before slowly realized it was alcohol. She had a strong hatred for alchohol, for personal reasons so she said no more of it. She then replied rubbing her cheek still "Critic. He'll probably set up a battle soon enough" She then sniffed and realized her nose started to bleed slightly more. She held it and said while holding "Damnit. I'll go get tissues" She then went up to go get them

[Linkara]

"Just kidding, I don't really drink... much." Linkara watched as she went to get the tissues. Holding the box, he called to her "I've got them over here honey." Picking up a couple, he handed them to her "So, we tell him, he'll be okay. And if he isn't, I'll kick his teeth in!" He quickly laughed "Just kidding"

[IHeart]

IHeart raised an eyebrow "Oh haha. You'd win totally so don't push it on him" IHeart then smiled, gratefully taking the tissues. She sighed and replied as she pushed the tissue in "Man, I gotta admit though. That was a close call. I'm glad mechakara only wanted me for information"

[Linkara]

"Good to see you still ive, so-" He clapped his hands and helped her up "-let's move out buddy!" He turned around and helped her towards the Critcs place.

[IHeart]

"Aye sir!" IHeart saluted to make her little joke/compliment go across. She then arose and followed Linkara to find critic "You think he's asleep. He likes to sleep. A lot" She asked as they walked on

[Linkara]

"He snores. Very loudly. Sometimes I'm not sure if it's him or a herd of elephants causing a train crash while the sound barrier gets broken. By a Sonic Rainboom." Linkara snorted "It keeps me awake."

IHeart laughed as she and Linkara went downstairs to find critic. She didn't stop thinking about mechakara though. She just felt his robot voice creep into her skin. She was nervous, afraid even. She did go out ok but it wasn't going to be the last time. She only shivered as she heard the final words she got to hear him say before being gone entirely
