Spoony saw the idea clearly and it was a good one. He showed that he had his communicator that Linksano himself made for him. He gave a calm expression and replied "I got mine. If anything goes weird or wrong I'll have it here" He then smiled and replied again to Goggles assuring that he felt confident that they were safe "It's a unlikely event but you're right we should be careful... But I think it's worth just going out anyway"

Goggles nodded.

"You're right. If we run into trouble we can call for help or get away with these. So any idea where we should go?" asked Goggles.

"I'd say a trip to maybe Starbucks or just a walk in the park to catch up" Spoony suggested. He congratulated himself for not even daring to ask for a trip to the daily bar, that was just kinda low considering the last time they drank. He actually did remember how dumb and assholish he was last time

"Maybe a bit of both. I could go for a Starbucks coffee after the craziness last night and it'd be nice to get away from here for awhile." said Goggles.

She smiled glad to spend some time alone with him without having someone else interrupt them or attack them hopefully.

"I'll just grab my wallet." said Goggles.

She turned and left taking her Ipod with her. She placed her Ipod in with her stuff and grabbed her wallet before returning into the living room.

"You ready to go then?" asked Goggles.

"Yep" Spoony said with a slight cheeriness in his voice. God, he thought, he sounded like a teenager again. He even had the awkward smile to go with it, he simply and shyly fixed his hair and then began to walk to the door alongside Goggles. Ready for this date he was and it probably would be interesting to note

Goggles smiled as she headed out the door heading to Starbucks with Spoony.

"I've been watching your videos as often as I could. Final Fantasy X-2 looks worse than the original. If they were going to make a sequel there were better games they could have done. You going to finish reviewing it soon?" said Goggles.

"Yeah. I just need one more part of footage then it'll be ready. Hopefully I won't shoot myself while recording that piece of junk of a sequal" Spoony shivered, he HATED the new series of final fantasy. Why couldn't they just stay with the old formula, what made them decide to get rid of it? Well, he would not dwell with the shitty stuff during the war so it was sort of a mixed blessing. "So what have you been up to recently? I mean besides the war? Any new reviews planned?" asked Goggles.

They had been close friends before they had gotten together and lost touch. They had so much to catch up and she wanted to get to know him again.

"Ultima nine and Final Fantasy 13" Spoony replied with a hint of both assurance and pure hatred for said names. He couldn't stand those games. At all. Looking to her he replied "Also got some vlogs on movies in theaters I need to catch up on. A lot of things are on my schedule but other than those things I got nothing else"

He then turned to her "So how's school?" He wanted to ask that. From last he checked she stopped video production due to school being in the way

"It's good. I've finally finished last semester. I took a few summer courses over the years and got to graduate early. Which is good otherwise I wouldn't be able to come and help you guys." said Goggles.

She smiled as they reached Starbucks. She headed inside ordering a chocolate sprinkled doughnut and a black coffee with two creams, and two sugars.

Spoony was happy to hear that. She got to graduate. He felt obligated to say something so he did "Congrats! That's awesome!" He then followed her to starbucks and saw that she wanted to get some stuff. He held his hand out in case she wanted to pay "Hang on. The man on a date is supposed to pay. My treat" He then gave a charming smile to the counter woman

"What can I get you two?" The woman politely responded

"I'll have a no caffine coffee, with cream please. I'll also have a glazed doughnut" Spoony responded, checking out his wallet while speaking

"And for you madame?" The woman asked

Goggles turned to Spoony touched by the offer. She hadn't really had someone offer to pay for her before aside from family.

"Alright. This time. But next time I'm buying." said Goggles.

She turned to the waitress.

"I already ordered but I guess you can add them together. She went to make them for me already. A chocolate sprinkled doughnut and a black coffee with two creams, and two sugars." said Goggles.

Spoony gave a smirk to Goggles and replied "Deal" Then he looked to see his order getting ready and patiently waited for it.

"Oh you ordered already? My apoligies" The first woman replied, a bit dazed from the response.

Suddenly another woman with Goggle's order replied "There you go madame. See claire I got things"

The first woman shrugged at that then went to get Spoony's order. Spoony turned to Goggles, amused by the two counter women before he saw his order.

"That'll be $15.89 sir" The first woman replied. Spoony nodded and took out the money he needed. The woman thanked him to which he nodded too then he took his order and looked around trying to find a seat to sit in

"Can I get some napkins please?" asked Goggles.

Claire nodded handing them some napkins before ringing up the next customer.

Goggles smiled taking her stuff as she followed Spoony looking for a table. She found a table next to the window and pointed to it.

"This place is pretty busy. Let's get it before it's gone." said Goggles.

She walked over sitting at the table setting her coffee and doughnut down. She set the pile of napkins down on the center of the table and smiled.

"It feels so weird. Going out here being normal. With the "stuff" we're dealing with. But I'm glad we get to come out here. Even if it's just for a little while." said Goggles.

They weren't close enough for anyone to hear but just in case she didn't want to mention anything that would get them into trouble.

"Kinda shocking. I'd think it'd be busy in the morning" Spoony replied but nevertheless hurried beside Goggles as they got the windowside table before anyone else did. Looking to Goggles as she spoke he stirred the cream into his coffee and nodded in agreement, fiddling with his hair while doing so. He then spoke "Yeah. It really has been a hassle. Everything that happened though, it's not any different from a few times I've been around the critic" He couldn't help but not hide the amusement in his tone at that sentence
