"I understand. You're homesick and miss your friends. I'd feel the same way if I was pulled into another universe to join a war. I've had time to adjust here but you and many of the others haven't. We'll hopefully beat Ask That Guy and his pals and get everyone back home soon." said Linksano.

He sighed hating to be blunt but he didn't want to give anyone false hope. He wasn't sure what Insano had used to create that machine and attempts at making his own had failed. Sure he could always reconfigure his personal device to create a portal but that could take him months or years even to go to each world and send everyone back. Especially if Insano's device just kept bringing people here. They had to get that device away from Insano's group and figure out how to reverse it.

"Hmmmm, yes." Gadget was growing sleepy, she just nodded to whatever Linksano had just said. She tried to stifle a yawn, but only partially suceeded. She was no longer scared of the dreams, she had a friend for once.

Linksano heard the small yawn.

"It is getting pretty late. If you want to get some rest you can start inventing things tomorrow. I'm probably going to head bed soon myself." said Linksano.

Gadget had helped fixed his shrinking device and he was eager to start on another project. But he knew being tired would only slow him down or cause him to make mistakes he'd have to to fix. He could always start tomorrow morning.

"Oh thanks Linksano. I just feel so tired for some reason. If you don't mind, I'll turn in now." Gadget was quiet for a moment and then looked up at Linksano "Umm, Linksano, could you help me into the house? I don't fancy sleeping in the garage for much longer."

(OCC, I thought it would explain why she'd be in his lab in the planning mission.)

"Alright. I think I'll get some sleep too." said Linksano.

He pocketed his devices into his pockets turning to her. He checked his coat pockets feeling they were empty. He turned back to Gadget.

"You want to ride on my shoulder or in my coat pocket until we get inside?" asked Linksano.

Without another word, Gadget scurried up into Linksano into his pocket "Thanks a lot Linksano, I was suffering a BSOD before I met you." She settled down for a journey and prepared to return to a comfy room.

"Well that's what friends are for to help each other. You never know maybe one of your friends will show up here. Lilo and Nani are from the same world. So are Patch and Cadpig. So maybe someone from your world will show up too." said Linksano.

He smiled as he walked out of the garage turning out the lights as he walked into the house.

"Where would you like to sleep at?" asked Linksano.

"Y-you don't mind if I sleep in your room? Only I'd feel a lot better if I was next to someone who I knew." Gadget fiddled with her hair half heartedly and sleepily. She wondered whether it was true what Linksano said. She hoped so.

Linksano nodded as they soon were in the house and he got into his room. He took of his coat slowly setting on the desk next to his bed.

"Would you mind sleeping in my coat? It's probably the most comfortable place. I could help you make a bed tomorrow if you like." said Linksano.
