Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

[Elisa/Maven Of The Eventide]

(January 18th. Evening. Open to all the girls on Critic's side.)

Elisa had organized the party talking the girls into helping making it. Critic had taken the guys out to help Spoony and Ma-Ti cheer up after what happened to Goggles. She was trying to do the same for Iheart. Plus they hadn't had a real party since the war started so they all figured they needed time to relax and enjoy themselves even if it was just for one night.

Marzgurl was making the drinks while Nani was cooking food in the oven and stove. Jasmine, and Grimhilde were decorating the living room and dining room for the party.

"I can't believe we kept this secret for so long. Between Iheart, Stone, and Sherlock Holmes I don't think we'll be able to keep any secrets for long in this house." said Marzgurl.

"I know. But she'll thank us once she sees the party. Besides Stone and Holmes thought it would be a good idea to cheer all three of them up as well." said Elisa.

Roses walked into the medbay closing the door. She smiled as she walked over to Iheart.

"You alright?" asked Roses.

Lilo couldn't help but smile. She was keeping a big secret but this one was a good one. Poor IHeart was depressed for her friend and her recently found-out boyfriend and Lilo knew what it was like to have some of the world crumble. Lilo then saw some of the cookies and was very tempted to eat them but she looked to Nani and asked "You think she'll like it?"

"Oh my goodness. Thank you so much for lettin' me know about the whole hoot Elisa. Poor girl, she needs a break" Lottie replied trying to decorate alongside the other women. She helped Jasmine go up for the sign.

IHeart was depressed. Again, it wasn't too long that Spoony was litterally told his girlfriend was now a villain and a star saphirre nonetheless. It was humiliating for him and she hated herself for it. She then wiped her eyes and did her best to keep her happy expression. She knew roses wouldn't be fooled but she tried anyway "Yeah. Just... Thinking"

Belle had a few garlands draped over one of her shoulders and was taking a tentative steps around to see if she could find a decent place to put them. The brunette had to admit she wasn't really that much of an interior decorator. She wasn't exactly sure what the best place for them was.

That door looks promiceing. The girl placed the garlands on a table and walked fairly briskly to see if she could find a chair or something to stand on. Belle had to admit she didn't know who the party was for very personally, but she wasn't so mean as to outright refuse to help with the set-up. Why not, anyway.

Belle pulled a chair up to the door and reached up to place the garland over top. When she stepped down she was hit with a sudden bout of homesickness. She would have enjoyed if the Beast had been here with her. It was not a welcome feeling to be alone at the party.

Nani turned to Lilo and smiled.

"I believe she will. Poor girl's been through a lot. She needs some time to have fun. We all do." said Nani.

She smiled turning to Lilo.

"You can have a couple if you want. We have enough for the party." said Nani.

Elisa nodded to Lottie.

"You're welcome. Nani's right. We've all been worked up over this war. We need to cut loose and have some fun. This is a party after all." said Elisa.

Jasmine smiled as Lottie helped her put the sign up.

"Thanks Lottie. Looks like we got the decorating nearly done." said Jasmine glancing around.

Jasmine noticed Belle had stopped and looked a bit sad. She noticed that look on her own reflection in the mirror before and on others in the house. She looked homesick and she didn't blame her. She wished Aladdin, her father, Genie, Abu, Sadira, and Iago could be here. She walked over to her concered.

"Belle? Are you alright?" asked Jasmine.

She hated seeing someone sad and wanted to help Belle if she could. Even if it was just being there to listen whether it was today or tomorrow.

Marzgurl had finished setting the two liters up with a stack of paper cups and plates next to it. She decided to leave the ice in the fridge for now.

"Yeah. But let's not make too much noise until we're ready. Wouldn't want to ruin the surpise?" said Marzgurl.

Roses cool tell Iheart was trying but she wanted to help cheer her up.

"Iheart if anyone's to blame it's the other Spoony and the other villains. We'll get her back. After all Wonder Woman herself was a Star Sapphire once in the comics and she was saved. So Goggles can be too." said Roses.

She had researched as much as she could about the Violet Lantern Rings and the Star Sapphires. She'd asked Linkara about it and then gone online not wanting to bother him too much. But then she'd gotten distracted with helping for the party which was why she was down here. She smiled trying to change the subject.

"I heard you've got a boyfriend now. The way you two looked at each other I'm surprised you didn't get together sooner. I'm happy for you two." said Roses.

Rachel came in and said :"Hey gals , what are you doing now ?"Rachel asked the girls , she wore her sexy camofluage shirt and jeans with black shoes , her green eyes looked at the girls and she said :"I think we need a break from the war , what do you think ?"Rachel asked the girls .

The spoiled woman saw Lottie and the others and Rach sighed and thought in her head :"Maybe I can ask them if I can help ."She thought and asked :"Can I help you please ?"Rachel asked.

"Of course dear! We need some help anyways. Almost ready" Lottie replied as cheerfully as possible. She then saw a couple of balloons and handed them to rachel "Also the living room needs some balloons maybe ya'll can do that for me?" Then she turned to Elisa "Oh I agree. That poor dear. She definitely needs this"

Lilo nodded understandingly. She too liked IHeart and hoped this would help her. She then turned and fistpumped "Thanks nani!" With that she took a chocolate chip cookie and started to eat it. Excited and happy as a normal kid should've been

Kiara meanwhile came into the setting excited. She jumped up next to Lilo and replied as excited as possible. She then remembered why they were doing this and felt happy for IHeart for she would probably be grateful. She then looked to marzgurl and followed the human around

IHeart at first was about to agree with Roses about moving on but then her face blushed so red that she was nearly sunburned looking. She smiled sheepishly but nodded "It's like romeo and julliet only... more modern and less forbidden. We wanted to tell each other but were afraid of what the other would say. It's kinda great though. I couldn't ask for a better man" She meant what she said. Ma-Ti really meant a lot to her. She still felt depressed but talking about things made her feel better, especially with Roses

"Oh sure Lottie I 'll do it ."Rachel said and got the balloons from Lottie and started to put the balloons on the living room and that will be on the air and said :"Its done guys ."Rachel said. She smiled that she was proud of her help.

Meanwhile Sarafina came in and said :"Wow its beautiful party ."Sarafina said and saw Kiara , the older lioness waved with her paw to Kiara . The dark cream feline saw the orange cub.

"I can't believe they wouldn't let us do the fireworks!"

"Yeah, I know blondie. Admittedly I do get what they are saying, but still."

"Spoilsports. Ah well, I hope IHeart will like this party."

"I'm sure she will, just the thing to cheer her up. Besides, boys don't get all the fun. Come on, up you get."

Gadget scurried up Ace's sleeve and onto her shoulder. She had recently made a friend in Ace, and had agreed to help out. While blowing up the house with Nitro Nine probably wasn't their best idea, she still would have liked to do the fireworks.

Ace looked at Elisa "Anything we can help with?"

Blackberry was helping place some balloons around the place, settling next to Lilo. She gave a little wave to the girl, she liked her.

Lilo immediately noticed Blackberry waving to her, feeling obligated, Lilo got out of her chair and quickly walked to the bunny. "Hey blackberry! Good to see you here for the.." She kept her voice down in case IHeart didn't hear "For the party"

Lottie looked to Rachel "That's great! Oh I can't wait!" She then stood next to Rachel observing the whole room "It's so perfect. Just like a real party!" She then looked around to see Ace and Gadget and she smiled at the two

Kiara turned to Sarafina and waved before following Marzgurl some more. She was curious to what she was doing

IHeart continued "It's a whole new thing but I enjoy it. I guess I really should've done it sooner. It feels amazing" She turned to Roses to see how she'd react to her babbling

Rachel said to Lottie :"I can't wait too."Rachel said to Lottie , her green eyes looked at the blonde girl and she smiled at her. The spoiled woman had another friend , she was happy .
"I know that it looks good thanks Lottie."Rachel replied to her.

Sarafina smiled at Kiara and she wanted help and asked :"Can I help too ?"The older lioness asked the girls.

Nani smiled glad to see her sister up and about and happy. This party would be good for everyone. The timer rang as Nani pulled out a cake setting them on the counter on a cutting board to cool. She pulled out a plate of hamburgers, and hot dogs they'd cooked earlier. They had just set them in the fridge to make room. Now that they were done they didn't need it anymore. She set them on the counter.

"Well what else do we need to up here?" asked Nani.

Marzgurl saw Kiara was following her. She smiled guessing she was just being a curious kid. She turned hearing Ace mention fireworks.

"Well we need permits for that kind. And we've got neighbors who'd probably complain about the noise. I wish we could have done it. Maybe we can do another time." said Marzgurl.

Roses smiled. She was glad Iheart was focused on something else and seemed happy. She let her keep going listening to her. When Iheart finished she nodded.

"That's so sweet. I'm happy for you. For both of you. And a bit jealous but I know I'll find someone eventually. I just haven't found Mr. Right yet. After a few Mr. Wrongs I kind of gave up for awhile." said Roses.

She glanced up hearing footsteps as people walked and ran around. They must be nearly done. She hoped Iheart wouldn't figure things out too soon. But she knew she'd enjoy the surprise.

Elisa looked up as Ace, Blackberry, and Gadget joined them. Then Belle arrived as well. She heard Ace's question and nodded.

"The food and drinks are about done. Oh the delivery guy should be here soon. So someone answer the door. I've already charged it to my credit card so you have to get the door when he gets here." said Elisa.

She paused glancing at the rest of the room.

"We still need to set up the table and do more decorating. Maybe we can decorate the back porch too. I think I'm going to eat out there. The sun's about to set and I love sitting out there at night." said Elisa.

Ace nodded and calmly walked to the door. She opened it and spotted the delivery man eyeing her up "I've got a boyfriend mate." As the man flushed, she took the parcel, muttered a thank you and then quietly shut the door. She walked back in and handed it to Eliza "I'll help with the back porch." Grabbing some decorations, she made her way out back and started setting up the place with Gadget helping.

Blackberry smiled at Lilo "I know, I can't wait for her to get up." She kept quiet in case IHeart came up at this moment. "I wouldn't miss this. I think everyone will need a rest and relax."

Kiara just watched excitedly. She really wanted this to start. Regardless she talked about fireworks to simply be part of the conversation "Wait.... Fireworks? What're those?"

Lilo nodded and replied "Me neither. She'll be so excited!" She then turned to see the medical bay cautiously hoping IHeart didn't hear anything. She then looked to see everything almost done. She looked up to Nani replying "I'll help set the table!"

Lottie then looked to see Elisa busy by herself at the backporch. She quickly got the remaining decorations and helped out elisa with whatever part of the backporch needing decorating

IHeart gave a blank expression as if taking the information of Roses' stuff in. She smiled after hearing it then gave roses a friendly hug in return. She replied trying to help roses out "Hey I'm sure you'll find someone.... Hey. What about Paw or something? Aren't you going out with him?" Some footsteps of running or walking caused IHeart to be puzzled "What's going on up there?"

Belle's brown eyes blinked, forceing her head out of the clouds. She turned her head toward Jasmine and clasped her hands.

"I was just thinking about back home," She admitted, "And how fun it would be if my friends were here too. I think you all would like them."

The brunette smiled slightly, feeling that would help her improve her mood. After all, it would ruin the party to be all mopey about it. Thinking positive felt like the best thing to do.

"But, I'll get home, eventually," She mused.

Rachel looked around , her green eyes scanned the house and the spoiled woman was excited for the party and she said in her sweet voice :"This party would be great , I think."Rachel said smiling . Her brown hair with blonde stripes covered a little bit of her eye.
