Why did you pick him/her?: To give Harry his son from the alternate future.

Personality: smart, kind, compassionate. Cares about his family.
History:
Andrew Kim was born to Harry and Linnis in an alternate timeline. Then about a year after he was born his grandmother began to fall ill and was going to die. The Doctor tried to save her with an experimental procedure that kept leaping her backward into time. First Andrew gave her a present after her birthday, and then in the next jump met her at the party, and then his final jump, while he was alive, said he was going to get the present ready. And soon his grandmother kept leaping backward before he was born. It was undone but the timeline was erased because his grandparents never got together so his mother Linnis was never born.
But then one day Andrew woke up in a strange new world. He found the Defiant army and learned the awful truth. His timeline was erased and his father didn't know him as he was from another timeline. But to his surprise, Harry still took him in and gave him a hug. Telling him Kes told him once about his son and her grandson but regretted it would never happen. Harry was grateful he got to meet Andrew. He then learned of the war and decided he wanted to help. And since he got here he held hope that maybe more of his family from his timeline would show up here someday.
