Why did you pick him/her?: Another Dragonball character and one of the underrated/forgotten ones i wanted to bring back.

Personality:
Blue/Good Launch: She's a great cook and housekeeper. She stayed at Master Roshi's for a while taking care of him, and Krillin. And others like Goku and Oolong when they're visiting or were there for a while. At first, she didn't remember what she did like her other self but eventually, she does. She tries to apologize to the victims of her other half when she can. She's a bit naive and doesn't know how to fight so she can get into trouble the others have to help her out of.
Blonde/Bad Launch: She's a thief, and very skilled with guns and knives. She escapes with her loot quite often and hasn't been caught yet. Often switching to her other self has helped her escape capture. Like her other self, she didn't remember at first but eventually, she began remembering her other half's life. And displayed this for the first time when Krillin was killed at the martial arts tournament and cried over his body. She has a crush on Tien but it was one-sided and eventually, she realized she had to let him go as he didn't like her that way.
History:
Launch grew up with a normal life switching between her two personalities through a sneeze. she was eventually homeschooled as she scared people when she transformed into her bad self. After graduating high school she escaped from her latest heist and sneezed turning into her nicer self. And met Goku and Krillin. They brought her to Roshi's island to live there as a task he made to train them. She cooked and cleaned the house. Although she doesn't always know what's safe as she cooked blowfish making everyone but Goku sick. Goku didn't eat dinner because he failed another test and was saved from that. She helped out while Roshi trained them. And later on at the tournament cheered them on. After Jackie Chung won the tournament, Launch went back with the group to the house while Goku went to find the Dragonballs wanting to find the four star ball.
A few months later Launch and the others went to help Goku defeat the Red Ribbon Army. But they were too late as Goku had picked off the survivors. The others had retired like Violet or had been killed mostly by Goku. Or for their failures by Tao or another member of the army. Launch later cheered them on in other tournaments and mourned Krillin when they found him dead at another tournament. Goku went off to avenge him. And Launch stayed out of the way knowing she couldn't help much against demons. When Tien and Krillin were both killed fighting Piccolo, Launch was horrified but knew she'd be no match for Piccolo. Goku defeated him and used the Dragonballs to bring back Krillin, Roshi, Tien, and the rest of the fighters Piccolo and his men killed. But Piccolo spat out an egg before his death creating Piccolo Junior. he joined another tournament and was beaten by Goku in the finals. He left vowing revenge and to get stronger.
Launch finally leaves the island and moves in with Tien wanting to date him. And they have an on again/off again relationship. Half the time she switches back to her good self who returns to roshi's island and then her bad self returns back to Tien's place. When the Saiyans attacked she mourned the loss of Tien and got drunk at a bar. Later when Tien was revived with the others over a year later she reunited with him. But they eventually broke up realizing he was focused more on training and he only saw her as a friend. As the years passed she heard what had happened with Freiza and Cell but she traveled around a lot stealing from people. And when she needed to lay low often was back at Roshi's island for a while. with the Cell Games and Goku dying, she had left again but promised to visit when she could. Seven years later she woke up in another world altogether. And learned some of her friends were here in other armies and some old enemies. She vowed to get them back and joined the Defiant army.

Enemies: Pilaf Gang; Red Ribbon Army; Master Tao; cops (trying to arrest her); former victims.
Plans: try to rescue the dragon team thinking the armies have enslaved them (only goten/android 21 is enslaved with the rest having chosen the wrong army at the time); find a new love interest.
