Feels Like Home(Malachite)

[Dr. Facilier]

(OCC: Facilier/Malachite. July 10th, Evening)

Facilier was a bit confused when malachite begged him to take the day off and to wait here in his office tonight. Facilier turned to his shadow and replied "Ya'll have any idea what malachite is up to?" When his shadow shook his head, facilier shrugged "Thought I'd ask you" He then awaited longer then heard malachite's voice and heard him say to close his eyes. Facilier rolled his eyes, but he smiled and agreed to play along. He then felt malachite lead him to somewhere, with his boys snickering and making some flirty jokes. Facilier chuckled "Hah hah. Ya'll are hilarious. You two boys behave now ya hear?" He then suddenly felt a familiar feeling. As if he was home somewhere. He couldn't help his curiosity and replied "Dang it malachite. The heck you up to? Can I open my eyes now?"

Malachite grinned. He'd made sure his shadow and Facilier's had stayed separate while he was planning. His shadow had only agreed when Malachite ha d filled him in on the plan. The shadow had only agreed if it could be a double date. Malachite was amused his shadow had fallen for Facilier's Shadow an d couldn't deny such a simple request. He'd got his sons to help, and soon they had teleported Facilier to their destination.

"You can open them. The boys will be busy hanging out with Gi, Shaggy and a few of the others. Today is about us." said Malachite.

He grinned as they stood outside a cafe near the river in Nw Orleans.

"I couldn't get you back home so I thought I'd bring home to you. At least as close as I can in this world. I hope you like it." said Malachite.

Malachite watched the shadows unite but frowned as his shadow practically insulted them both.

"Hey!" said Malachite.

Malachite's Shadow nervously approached Facilier's Shadow having missed him as he grabbed the other shadow's hand.

"Can we make it a double date? I really have missed you. I have feelings for you but I've denied them. I was worried about Malachite's health and your rejection. But now he's healed. Although they're both pretty hopeless without us there to help them." said Malachite's Shadow.

Malachite's Shadow just laughed at his master.

"I'm just stating the truth." said Malachite's Shadow.

(OCC: I'm just gonna use facilier's account for facilier's shadow. While shadow is a diff personality/character, shadow is loyal in a diff way and likes being connected to facilier)

Facilier's shadow was surprised somewhat by the confession but was nevertheless satisfied. He could sense something between them and was relieved malachite's shadow was romantic with him. Facilier's shadow was very interested in malachite's shadow romantically. He purred and accepted malachite's shadow's hand. He nuzzled malachite's shadow and even gave a kiss on the cheek. He laughed a bit as malachite, and facilier, were both insulted but facilier's shadow replied "You're right. They are helpless without us" He then nuzzled some more and replied "I missed you too. I have feelings too. I cannot deny you either. Of course we can date and make this a date for us too. We'll make this more fun anyway" He then chuckled again as facilier snarked back at him.

Facilier smiled a bit as malachite explained that the boys were hanging with their members of the army. That tonight was just them. Facilier smiled more at the sound of that. It had been quite a while since the two had alone time. "Alone? I really like the sound of that" Facilier happily replied. He then opened his eyes and widened them in both shock and excitement. He didn't like the people in his past but New Orleans definitely was home to him. He pulled malachite in for a hug and quick kiss, smiling softly "Like it? I love it. Love it more cause you're here" Facilier then rolled his eyes a bit at malachite's shadow and replied to malachite "Let them think whatever they want. It'll make them sleep better at night I guess" He then huffed a little bit as his own shadow insulted them "Oh I'm undeniably fun, shadow. You hush that mouth of yours"

He then turned to the café and smiled, offering his hand to malachite "Shall we get this date started?" He then turned to the two shadows "You two try to control y'all selves alright?"

Malachite's Shadow grinned.

"I was hoping you'd agree." said Malachite.

He smiled glad to have gained a boyfriend. And someone to help keep an eye on Malachite.

"Definitely will be a lot more fun with us here." said Malachite's Shadow.

Malachite grinned.

"I'm glad you like the surprise." said Malachite.

He paused with a grin. He decided to ignore the shadows unless there was an emergency.

"They do have their uses but they're wrong this time. You're always fun to me." said Malachite.

He nodded.

"You two behave yourselves." said Malachite.

He paused waving his hand so no one would notice their shadows would be alive or moving around.

"A temporary spell so you two can do what you like. But I'd rather not have people trying to kick us out or running away screaming the place was haunted. At least not until after desert." said Malachite.

He chuckled as he didn't care if they frightened some people. But he didn't want to ruin their meal or the date.
