Why did you pick him/her?: fun crazy villain, and be interesting to see how he reacts to alternate superman/smallville type characters from various movies/shows including Lex.

Personality: Short Tempered; does whatever it takes to win; arrogant; selfless; greedy; loyal to Lex (the one from his world anyway); Manipulative.
History:
He grew up in foster homes and orphanages never getting adopted. His birth father checked up on him occasionally but for the most part he was on his own. His mother went crazy and spent most of his life in an asylum. She escaped briefly mistaking Clark for Lucas but after Clark displayed his powers she knew it wasn't him. She went back to the asylum and hadn't been heard from since.
After turning 18 Lucas got in trouble with some debts of his own and fled to Smallville. He revealed he was Lucas Luthor and began playing Lionel and Lex against each other. For his own safety and greed. He even played basketball with Clark and Pete but was aggressive nearly hurting Pete in the process. He tried to fire Lana from the Talon after she argued with him but Lex put a stop to it.
Eventually, he got ownership of the Talon and everything the Luthors had. But then learned of Lionel wasn't blind at the time. Lucas and Lex had made an arrangement to stage Lex's kidnapping but Lucas had hurt Johnathan in the process not part of the plan. But Lex had to go along with it. Eventually, they revealed Lionel could see and kicked him out. Lex had full control and he sent Lucas away from town to a safe house making sure he was safe and provided for.
One day Lucas woke up in a new world. He didn't have access to his money or fortune here. He was basically broke as he arrived at a circus. He then joined Facilier's army, hearing about the war as it intriguied him.
Family: Lachlan Luthor and Eliza Luthor (paternal grandparents, deceased), Lionel Luthor (father, deceased), Rachel Dunleavy (mother), Lillian Luthor (stepmother, deceased), Lex Luthor (half-brother), Tess Mercer (half-sister), Julian Luthor (half-brother, deceased).
Allies: Lex Luthor (half brother).
Enemies: Clark Kent; Johnathan Kent;' Martha Kent; Lionel Luthor; Pete Ross; anyone he's swindled or tricked over the years.
Plans: meet lex. seeing how an alternate older verison of his brother could become, and try to befriend him.
