[Sir Kay Marquis]

(June 19th. Morning.)

Kay stumbled into the backyard a bit confused. He didn't know where this was or how he got here. It looked like a house but was different from what he was used to knowing.

"Is someone here?" asked Kay.

He heard a growl surprising to see a lion who looked just as confused to him to how he got here.

"Nice kitty." said Kay, stepping backward nervously.

He relaxed hearing Mechakara was in control of him. He looked nervous as Jacques mentioned draining people.

"Just don't do anything to me." said Kay, nervous.

He paused realizing Mechakara said they were in another world to participate in a war.

"So now I'm in a war? Just great. I was only searching for my brother Wart. I mean Arthur." said Kay.

Simba looked at him confused. He had a collar around his neck he didn't notice yet.

"What are you? You're certainly like no animal I've ever seen." said Simba.

He glanced at the thing on his neck.

"What is this?" asked Simba, trying to tug it off and found it wouldn't come off.

When Kay called him a kitty he chuckled.

"I won't hurt you. Not unless you try to hurt me." said Simba.

Simba saw Mechakara explain he belonged to him. He raised a paw to try to swipe at him but found he couldn't go any further.

"You're controlling me!" said Simba, in fear and awe.

Jacques saw the pair and chuckled. He glanced in surprise at his new younger body.

"Well, I'm in a new place, alive and younger. This is odd. Confusing but odd." said Jacques.

He saw a lion and a man with a sword.

"Could anyone tell me what's going on here?" asked Jacques.

He listened to Mechakara.

"Simone and Lena are here? I'm glad to hear they're ok. I wonder if the curse of the cat gods is still upon us. It would do no good to join this army and then need to drain someone the next harvest moon and be unable too." said Jacques.

Mechakara walked out grinning as he saw Simba in the new collar.

"Excellent. My spell to have a bodyguard seemed to have worked. King Simba, you work for me." said Mechakara.

He walked up to Simba and patted the lion on his head like he was a dog. At Simba's fear he smiled.

"Quite right. Be a good boy and you won't get punished." said Mechakara.

He glanced at Kay and Jacques.

"Well, you see you've been brought to another world in Chicago, Illinois. Many characters from your world are in this army. Some you know like Lena and Simone are here. And some of your enemies are in the other armies. Well everyone's showed up so far but that detective Beau as far as I know." said Mechakara.

Scar walked out overhearing and chuckled.

"How cute. My nephew is now nothing more than a lap dog. Perhaps when Mechakara's done with you he'll let me and Zira destroy you." Said Scar.

Pinocchio walked out seeing the arrivals.

"Ooh new people." said Pinocchio.

He saw Simba walking over to him and petting him.

"What a beautiful cat. He's huge." said Pinocchio, not knowing he was a lion.

[Arthur/Wart Marquis]

Zira followed not long after scar, curious about all the commotion. She then turned to see Simba and she was about to attack when she heard scar say that Simba was officially a bodyguard and pet to mechakara. Which explained why he was here. Zira wasn't exactly COMFORTABLE seeing simba here, having many anger oriented issues with her mate's nephew. But seeing scar so calm managed to relax her at least a little. Zira looked simba up and down, a bit amused he had a collar on like a actual pet while she roamed free. Felt very freeing and she smiled, finally deciding instead to use her anger with words rather than action "Ah. Simba. It's been a very long time since we saw each other. Your daughter must've missed you terribly. I wonder how she would feel if she saw you now"

Arthur meanwhile had his own feelings to deal with. He managed to see his foster brother here and as much as he tended to butt heads with Kay, Arthur was extremely relieved to see him. Sure kay tended to pick on him mostly because of age and status but arthur still had affection for kay. Kay wasn't always nasty, in fact many times kay did look out for him. But now with a actual war arthur was both guilty and happy kay was here. Guilty because it was dangerous but happy for now arthur had someone from his home to be with. Arthur went down and replied "Oh gosh! Kay! Hey I'm right here!" Arthur felt a bit awkward hugging him but he did go over quickly with a smile. Arthur patted kay's arm in delight, not sure if kay wanted a hug or not "It's good to see you kay!" He then blushed "I mean the circumstances are kind of weird but at least you're safe here now!"

Simone meanwhile also had her own feelings to deal with. Of a different kind. Since she met Jacques she had developed a lot of personal feelings for him. She didn't feel comfortable acting on them because she was too focused on revenge and at first saw jacques as a pawn. But as time went on she became good friends with the boat-keeper. And definitely fell a bit for her charms despite him aging a bit differently than she did. But as she went down she widened her eyes at the sight of him. He appeared younger and seemed to be resorted back to the age where he met simone and lena, asking for immortality. Which begged the question of if he was immortal again or not. She knew she was but not too sure about him. Oh well questions for another time and a problem that could be fixed if need be. Simone went over to jacques, smiling to him and even giving him a quick, but tender, hug "Jacques. It is very, very good to see you dear"

Patch, Hun, Taffyta and Lampwick couldn't help but want to join in on the conversation. Hun was first to speak and replied to both kay and jacques "What the other guy said. Basically you guys are stuck in a new world in a new war. But if you stick with the right people I'm sure you'll get by just fine. Just gotta survive this. Our boss is looking for our homes but in the meantime you gotta stick here" Hun then turned to look at arthur greet kay and smirked amusedly at it. Finding it pretty easy to see that the two were close or at least related

Patch meanwhile felt sorry for simba and especially felt sorry when both his uncle and aunt began to pick on him. Patch knew that basically telling them to stop was basically asking for death. So he loudly replied to mechakara "Hey simba is going to be okay right mechakara? Like I know he has to be obediant to you which is totally fine but he won't get hurt will he?" He deliberately asked this, looking right at scar as he asked it. Wanting mechakara to defend simba or at least answer that simba was not to be harmed, especially by his family. It was his way of defending simba without it seeming too obvious. He sat near simba as he did so, despite his size patch was very determined to help simba out. Especially since it was his job to protect his master. And if simba got hurt, mechakara might get hurt and patch didn't want that. Plus he didn't want simba to get hurt in general.

"That ain't no cat, pinoke. It's a lion" Lampwick replied, cautiously going over and trying to not get pinnochio to touch him too much. But seeing how nice simba or at least how tame he was right now, it didn't cause lampwick to immediately grab him away. Plus he didn't want pinnochio to unintentionally startle or anger simba by pulling away. He then turned to mechakara and replied "Wait, you know how to do magic too? Jeez. We got more people doing magic than any magician back at my home. Gotta say pretty darn impressive"

"Pinnochio, try to be careful" Taffyta whispered carefully "He seems friendly but usually petting some animal without their permission can get em mad" Taffyta had grown increasingly protective of pinnochio as time went on and she turned to simba with a greeting smile. She then turned to the other two and nodded a hello to them before raising a brow at zira and scar's taunts. She turned to simba and whispered kindly to him "Hey. I know this is probably hard to believe but don't worry about them. They can't do anything without my brother's permission" Wait, her brother? Well they were adopted into the same family. So it was sort of true anyway.

Simba saw Zira and Scar and growled at them.

"Scar? You're alive! And Zira. What are you doing here?" said Simba.

He was surprised as Pinocchio called him a cat and pet him. When Taffyta spoke to him he sighed.

"I never thought I'd be a prisoner. At least it's not those two." said Simba.

Simba turned back overhearing Scar.

"Nala, Kiara and Sarafina are here?!" said Simba.

Scar watched amused as Simba was shocked he was alive and angry at them both.

"Temper, temper young prince. You're not the one in charge here." said Scar.

He grinned seeing Zira.

"Hello, Zira. Seems Simba's finally been put in his rightful place. Shame he can't be our slave but this will do. I can't wait to see the look on Nala, Kiara and Sarafina's faces when they see you with us." said Scar.

Scar chuckled.

"Yes, in another army. So you'll never see them again. Unless they end up our prisoners and slaves as well." said Scar.

Kay saw Arthur as he hugged him back. It was awkward but he was glad to see his little brother.

"Wart. I mean Arthur. I'm glad you're alright. Father would have killed me if anything happened to you. And that wizard Marvin." said Kay.

He paused and smiled at him.

"Seems we're now in a new place with a war going on. Stick close to me alright? I won't let anything happen to you." said Kay.

Arthur becoming king had been humbling for him. He wasn't as cruel as he used to be and he knew he could go back to his old ways here. But he couldn't risk that. He was a knight and it was his duty to protect the king. Even a squirt like Arthur.

Jacques grinned seeing Simone. He wondered if she even noticed he was younger. He'd met her far too old. The downside of his immortality was he couldn't get younger. He'd developed feelings for her long ago but felt he had nothing to offer her. And despite her being centuries older she still looked younger. He felt like the old one so he'd kept quiet. But now he was younger again and perhaps things could be different. But he just wasn't sure how to properly court her. If she was even interested in the idea or him.

"It is a pleasure to see you Simone. Been too long. I heard Lena was here somewhere. And those meddling kids." said Jacques.

Mechakara was quietly amused to see everyone's reactions and the few reunions. When Simba growled Scar and Zira seemed to have it handled. So he stayed out of it for now.

"Of course he will. A lion would be a great bodyguard. And one less enemy we have to fight. If he got hurt it'd be because one of the armies was attacking him. No one in this army won't attack him. And if they are foolish enough to try will get punished for it." said Mechakara.

Pinocchio smiled at Lampwick and Taffyta as they joined him.

"What's a lion?" asked Pinocchio, confused.

He paused realizing the lion was a prisoner.

"Does that mean he's going to leave like the turtles did?" asked Pinocchio.

He really did miss Raphael and Michelangelo. Raphael was kind of cool and Michelangelo was funny. But they'd joined Critic's army and he hadn't seen them since.

(OCC: I'll introduce Timon in my next post, explaining his situation a bit by writing in that DarkHeart kind of captures him and gives him as another servant for mechakara. Hope you don't mind that I do that to kind of lead in how timon exactly became mechakara's servant. Also I couldn't resist patch standing up for simba, kind of sort of want them to have a bromance/bond of their own hope you don't mind)

"Turtles? What turtles?" Lampwick ignorantly asked, he didn't know the turtles before hand but from pinnochio's expression they were friends. He then replied to pinnochio's question "A lion is a untamed cat basically. My pop used to say they're way dangerous" He then noticed the tension between simba, zira and scar and decided to avoid it like the plague. He then replied as taffyta explained the situation "Aw forget those backstabbing reptiles pinnoke. You got me, and your adopted siblings like that deer. It's all good you don't need them. If anything they're missing out" He hoped his words would comfort the boy. He genuinely was fond of pinnochio and looked to him genuinely like a brother.

"Raphael and Michelangelo. They used to be members of this army, before they left. They wanted to join their family or something like that" Taffyta explained to lampwick and smiled as the older boy tried to comfort pinnochio. She then turned to simba and felt sorry as zira and scar continued to pick on him and then saw patch go up and snap at them. She replied nervously "Calm down patch it's not our problem" She then noticed patch continue a bit and she went to simba instead and replied "I don't know the whole situation but you probably will see your family again. Especially if you ask nicely towards mechakara since he's your boss I think" Taffyta wasn't sure that was exactly comforting or helpful but it was the best she could do.

Patch was a bit irritated that scar and zira were continuing to bully simba. He was starting to get a bit angry that they also seemed to ignore mechakara's blatant response that simba was not to be harmed. Zira got a bit too close for patch's liking and he immediately lost his temper and decided to stop this. Despite his size and the awareness that scar and zira were his allies, patch was still a child who tried his best to be kind. So when he saw injustice, he didn't like it at all.

He then got in front of simba, snarling at zira "Listen here you old lady, you leave him alone. My master says you can't hurt him and he's one of us now whether he's a slave or not. So back off with your bullying mean husband. You both aren't so tough by acting this way towards simba. He's my master's bodyguard, which means he's my friend" He didn't care about the consequences or even the humiliation he was going to get. He wanted mechakara or someone to either back him up or break zira and scar away from simba. He ignored taffyta's warning and snapped some more "I bet you wouldn't be acting this way if you were enslaved by facilier or something. So back off" He did not back down when zira's face got very close to his own if anything he sneered right back. "You're just a big bully lady, I'm not scared of you or your husband" Patch replied at last

Zira smiled widely at scar's words and taunts towards simba and she smugly teased "Indeed dear, simba needs to learn his manners. How awfully rude" She then chuckled some more as scar made a comment that he may never see nala, kiara or sarafina "They are indeed here and it's such a shame. That little cub of yours all alone by herself. She doesn't have her father anymore. The unfortunate cycle continues" She then laughed "Oh I genuinely wish to see your mate's reaction myself. Her mate once a king but finally a slave" She laughed some more before then she saw patch stand up and snap at the both of them. Zira, not one to take criticism especially from a young child, got really close to patch and snarled right back, her teeth showing in a threatening manner. The only children she cared for or tolerated was her own, especially her daughter and youngest son kovu. No little puppy was going to defy her. She snarled "It seems simba isn't the only one who needs to remember his place. How dare you speak to us that way you little brat? You have no right to stick your nose into our business"

She got even closer to his face, she would not tolerate this behavior, especially when patch insulted her mate. She then chuckled darkly as patch declared he was not afraid of her. "Oh you will be afraid of me little pup, you will be. Keep this talk and you'll see what we lionesses are called the great hunters"

Arthur meanwhile was on the opposite side of the room with his brother and was glad to hug Kay. He did have some tough spots with kay but he was nevertheless very glad to see him. His kinghood didn't really change Arthur's perspective, if anything it scared him and he felt that maybe here he could start fresh without ruining anything. He smiled a bit as kay mentioned his foster father and merlin. He replied calmly and a bit nervously "Merlin actually but hey that's fine" He then replied some more "Oh I'm okay. Just glad to see you. I was worried about you" It was true. He was. Kay was his knight and Arthur felt indebted to him in a weird way. He was kind of glad though that he was called Arthur though, it was way better than wart. But if kay decided to call him that every once in a while that was ok too. He then nodded, a bit frightened overall of the war. While he liked the new world, he didn't like a war was a part of it. He nervously replied "Okay. Maybe you ought to be careful too kay, I don't want anything to happen to you either"

"It's always good to see you Jacques" Simone honestly and warmly replied. She then replied "Yes lena is here somewhere. And I did see a couple of those brats wandering the forest. They're all here and hopefully with time we can get our revenge" Simone also ignored the rivalry between patch and zira, focused primarily on her friend. Besides, patch brought it on himself. Simone never liked dogs, always preferring cats anyway.

"Hello? Is anyone here? And is anyone gonna check on that lion picking on that puppy?" Mertle replied as she opened the door and let herself in. She was lost and didn't know what to do but she knew she was not going to stay outside. She annoyedly waited before yelling again "Hello?! Can someone help me please?!" She wanted help and wanted it now. She was not going to wait forever to get it.

Pinocchio sighed.

"They used to be here and then they left. Guess they had family in both armies but more was in Critic's army so they went there. Made it harder to trust people. First people in my world left me and now them." said Pinocchio.

He paused turning to Lampwick with a grin.

"And I'm grateful for that. Pleasure Island was fun... until it wasn't. I wanted to find a way to save you and the others back then. I just didn't know how. I'm glad you got brought here. If that Coachman shows up here my parents and Uncle Loki will make him pay for sure." said Pinocchio.

He paused seeing another girl arrive as he rushed over to her.

"Hello. I'm Pinocchio. Welcome." said Pinocchio.

Mechakara glanced at Pattch.

"It'll be alright Patch. Simba will prove himself to be a powerful ally. They were enemies in their world. It'd be the same if Cruella and her henchmen were in this army. I wouldn't let them near you but they'd still try to hurt you or insult you just because you're their enemy. I can't stop their words but they won't go near Simba as long as he's my slave." said Mechakara.

An injured or dead slave would be no good for him. And Simba was quite strong. But then Scar and Simba argued as Scar struck Simba.

"That's enough! He is my servant, not yours. You should do well to remember I can enslave you just as easily if I had to." said Mechakara.

He sighed seeing Scar wonder off as he began patching up Simba's wounds the best he could as he glanced at Zira.

"Touch Patch and I'll be digging your grave!" said Mechakara.

Simba paused glancing at them both.

"They're just nothing but a pair of bullies. You killed my father and tricked me into leaving so you could take over and ruined the Pridelands. If I hadn't shown up when I did Nala, Sarafina, Sarabai, and the rest of the pride would have died from hunger. You were an awful king and I guess not much has changed." said Simba.

Simba winced at Scar hit him as he couldn't really fight back but was surprised as Mechakara stood in front of him and helped bandage his wounds.

"Thank you." whispered Simba.

Scar glared at them.

"Listen here little puppy. The only reason you're not my next meal is because of Mechakara. Although with how small you are you'd probably be more of a snack." said Scar.

He paused hearing Simba's words.

"I was a great king. Certainly better than Mufasa or you were." said Scar.

At Simba's tone he got mad and lunged at him leaving a scar under Simba's eyes as Simba chuckled.

"Well now I notice the family resemblance." said Scar.

He paused glaring from Simba to Mechakara.

"Please. Like I'd let you get close enough for those little toys of yours. But fine. I'll leave the false king alone." said Scar.

He chuckled and walked away hoping Zira would follow. He'd gotten his message across. Injured simba a little and left him a reminded of Scar. Even if the wound healed Simba would remember it and that was enough.

Kay smiled at him.

"Well I'm just glad you're okay squirt." said Kay.

He paused and sighed.

"I mean your highness." said Kay.

He paused looking at him for a moment forgetting everyone else around them.

"I'm not proud of how I acted back home. You were my brother but I treated you like a slave. I wouldn't blame you if you told them to king me out of this place. But I'll try to make it up to you. Somehow." said Kay.

He smiled at him.

"I'll be careful. No one's going to get the best of me though." said Kay.

Jacques grinned.

"That's good. I was surprised to not only be alive here but younger again. I wasn't even this young when you offered me the deal. Strange how that happened and yet I feel I'm still a werecat. Must be this new world." said Jacques.

He paused with a grin.

"Looks like some things never change. Cats and dogs just can't get along. I never thought I'd get to meet real lions though. It wouldn't hurt to have some good allies here. And while some humans here may be nice they may fear us. But that's just a suggestion." said Jacques.'

He chuckled.

"That male one sure has style though putting the other one in his place. Definitely want him on my side." said Jacques.
