Where is this character from? The Lion King trilogy; House of Mouse; Timon & Pumbaa; The Lion Guard;
Why did you pick him/her?: he was needed character. and be fun drama to have him on one of the villain sides for awhile.

Personality: Adventurous, brave, fun-loving, headstrong, understanding, heroic, protective, clever, dependable, confident, kind-hearted, competitive, strong-willed, forgiving, selfless, affectionate, arrogant at times, fatherly, short-tempered, insecure, gullible
History:
Simba is the son of Mufasa and Sarabi. He was presented to the kingdom at his birth and grew up as a happy kid living in the Pridelands. One day his father took him to the top of Pride Rock and told him everything the light touches was their kingdom. Except for the Shadowlands that were beyond their borders and dangerous. He later met with Scar who let it slip that an elephant graveyard was a now place for a young prince. This excited Simba as Scar knew it would. He later told Nala and with their mothers permission went to the waterhole. Doring a song number they escaped Zazu heading to the Elephant Graveyard to explore. While exploring Zazu caught up with them and they ran into Shenzi, Banzai and Ed. Who chased them and nearly killed them. Zazu was blasted away by a water geyser separating him from the cubs but Mufasa showed up to save Simba and Nala. He scared the trio of hyenas away and Zazu took Nala home while Mufasa talked with Simba. Simba and Mufasa talked as Mufasa said he put both of them and Zazu in danger. He then talked about the great kings of the past who die and their spirits become the stars watching down on them.
The next day Scar told Simba Mufasa had a surprise for him in the gorge and told him about his little roar causing Simba to try to work on it. Scar left saying Mufasa would join as Simba kept practising until antelope stampede entered the gorge. Simba jumped on a tree trying to hang on as Zazu flew in telling im Mufasa was on the way. Mufasa showed up rescuing Simba putting him to safety but fell. He climbed up on another way as Simba climbed only to see Mufasa fall into the stampede and be killed. Simba rushed down to his father after the antelope stampede was gone. Scar told Simba it was his fault and he should run and never return. Simba ran only for the hyenas to come after him. Now completely on his own Simba escaped to the desert but the hyenas told him to not come back or they'd kill him. Simba passes out in the desert but is found by Timon and Pumba who take him to their jungle home nearby and raise him through his kid and teen years.
One day an Adult Simba meets Nala who tries to eat Pumba and Timon but Simba saves them. it's only after Nala pounces on him does Simba realize who it is. The friends reunite and start falling in love but Simba doesn't want to go back. They get into a fight as Simba leaves before running into Rafiki who turns his reflection into Simba's saying Mufasa still lived within Simba. Then Mufasa's ghost shows up telling Simba he has to return to complete and maintain the circle of life. Simba reluctantly goes back and Rafiki informs Nala, TImon and Pumbaa who folow.
Once there Simba realizes how awful the Pridelands have become under Scar's rule.
Once there Scar attacks Sarabi after she says he's not like Mufasa. Simba interrupts them, revealing who he is to both of them. Scar tells Simba he should tell everyone his secret and Simba reluctantly says he killed Mufasa. Then during a fawl Simba ends up hanging from a cliff as Scar revealed he was the one who killed Mufasa as Simba gains the strength to get up and makes Scar admit he killed Mufasa which gets the lions and hyenas get into a fight. Simba tells Scar to run but he refuses. He also blames the hyenas saying this was their idea making them angry. Scar and Simba fight and Simba tosses him off where the hyenas attack and kill scar eating him. They then run away to avoid getting killed by the lion pride and leave the pridelands altogether.
Simba later takes his place as the king or Pride Rock. He marries Nala and has two kids Kiara and Kion. Kion assembled a Lion guard of animals and helped protect the Pride Lands. He helped guide his children, friends and subjects as he could. But then one day Kiara, Nala and Sarafina disappeared. He heard Zira and Vitani and Kovu disappeared from the Outlands. Before he could investigate the disappearances he disappeared and ended up in Ask That Guy's Army. He was soon enslaved by dark magic to work for the army. He becomes Mechakara's bodyguard while he's adjusting to being imprisoned
