Why did you pick him/her?: she's a fun villainess and fun to have her face cinderella, fairy godmother and others.

History:
She had a relatively normal life growing up and marrying twice. Her first husband gave her two daughters Anastasia and Drizella. But she became a widow twice. Her first husband died of an incurable illness and the second died in a shipwreck. The second marriage left her with a stepdaughter Cinderella, her late husband's home and all their animals. She made Cinderella a servant while spoiling her two daughters.
While her children were in their teens news of the prince giving a ball to find a wife reached the family. Lady Tremaine told Cinderella she could go if she got all her work done. The stepsisters were upset but soon helped their mother overwork her. Unfortunately, she showed up with a pink dress. But Lady Tremaine rescognized the beads and manipulated her daughters into destroying the dress. She left with her daughters going to the ball. She watched her daughters dance with the prince but Cinderella showed up in a new dress and disguised. Lady Tremaine and her daughters could only watch Cinderella and the prince dance off together and then she would disappear around midnight.
After the party was over they returned home. And Lady Tremaine learned that whoever fit the slipper the prince would marry. She locked Cinderella in her room as the Grand Duke came to try on the slipper for her daughters. Both were unable to fit the shoe. Cinderella with help from her friends made it downstairs and tried on the slipper. The Grand Duke took her off to the palace and she married the prince.
Lady Tremaine later tried to stop Anastasia from seeing a baker but she defied her mot her and chose to stay with the baker. Lady Tremaine made arrangements to ruin the baker's business and get him exiled from the kingdom without having anything to tie back to her. Reluctantly Anastasia returned to her mother heartbroken as Lady Tremaine welcomed her back promising to find her a rich husband for her and Drizella.
Soon she had her two daughters doing the chores around the house as it didn't look like they'd find anyone to marry her daughters. When Anastasia found the Fairy Godmother's wand and turned the fairy into stone by accident, Lady Tremaine took the wand. She realized this was how Cinderella got the prince and ruined everything. She used the wand to rewind time to give them a second chance. She used the wand so the slipper fit Anastasia as they left with the Grand Duke. Lady Tremaine broke Cinderella's other slipper and told her to clean up before they left.
She put the prince under a spell to forget Cinderella and think Anastasia was the woman he was in love with. She watched the prince and Anastasia dance together. Unfortunately, Cinderella showed up at the palace trying to steal the wand and tell the prince what happened. Lady Tremaine had her banished for being a thief. But the prince soon learned the truth and found her. As they touched hands the spell broke and the prince remembered who he was. But Lady Tremaine wasn't done yet as she turned Anastasia into a look-alike of Cinderella and trapped Cinderella into a pumpking carriage turning Lucifer into a coachman to send her out of the kingdom.
Cinderella escaped as her ruse was broken. She used the wand turning guards into animals. Cinderella protected Anastasia and the prince used a sword to deflect a blast back at Lady Tremaine and Drizella turning them into frogs. Everyone else including the Fairy Godmother was restored to their original selves. The prince and Cinderella were remarried as Drizella and Lady Tremaine was eventually returned human and forced to be servants in the palace. One day she woke up in a new world and found Facilier's circus. She joined it plotting revenge especially after learning Cinderella and her fairy godmother were in Critic's army.
