Malachite grinned as they arrived at the beach. He was dressed in a black tanktop and black shorts. His trademark hat and cane were back at home. He didn't feel he needed them here and he could still cast magic without them. They were staying in an island in the Bahamas region. But no one else was on the island so this gave them more freedom and allowed them to bring along members that couldn't be seen in public without the use of disguises or magic or devices. He walked forward as he waved his hand conjuring up buildings for them. They would last awhile and Facilier could always boost them with magic if he screwed it up. He had more experience with the shadow type magic than he did. He nodded in agreement with Yuki as the boys said this was their first vacation.

"Yes Yuki is right. The first of many." said Malachite.

Pete was in amazement as he walked around. He'd never been on a vacation before so he was eager to explore the island and have fun. He was dressed in a white T-shirt and blue shorts. He grinned looking up at his father.

"This is going to be great. My first vacation." said Pete.

Adam smiled as he went with the group. He was dressed in a blue T-shirt and blue shorts. He'd been officially adopted by Harry and had a new father. Well two for the pr ice of one as he'd grown fond of Yuki too. He was just his father's boyfriend but perhaps someday they'd get married and it'd be official. He smiled at his second "father" figure and grinned. He wasn't sure who had come as Malachite had kind of surprised everyone for this trip. Adam heard Pete and smiled.

"This is my first vacation too." said Adam.

Yuki arrived wearing only a pair of red swim trunks wanting a tan. He had clothes in his black bag and smiled at Harry's son. He frowned hearing Pete and Adam say this was their first vacation.

"The first of many." said Yuki.

Dark Heart was the next to arrive wearing a red T-shirt and shorts. He had his clothes and things in a bag of his own as he smiled at the group.

"Well this is going to be fun." said Dark Heart.

Jason arrived next and like Yuki he was also shirtless wearing only a pair of red swimming trunks. His clothes and things were in his red duffle bag he carried with him. When he heard some of the others say it was going to be their first vacation he nodded agreeing with Yuki and Malachite. He'd practically begged Jafar to let him go have a little fun and the sorcerer hadn't denied his request. He had a feeling Jafar probably would have said no if they were alone but with everyone going Jason wanted to have some fun for a bit. And he hoped Moriarty had come along as well.

"This is going to be great for all of us." said Jason.

Jasper grinned wearing a black T-shirt and black shorts. Some fun in the sun sounded great and he never got to do anything like this. The most vacation he got was spending the night in a hotel once and awhile with his brother if they got enough cash or stole something worth while. This was different. This was going to be a real blast.

Shego arrived as well wearing a one piece green swimming suit. She was here to have fun and plus with having kids around she didn't want them to stare too much or feel uncomfortable. Besides now that she was dating someone here she only wanted one person to pay attention to her like that. She wasn't sure if Jack could make it but she hoped he would.

[Alice Wilder]

Jerry and Tom ironically came out in the same red-white striped bathing suits with beach supplies and food at the same time. Tom went straight out while Jerry looked over to Pete and climbed to his shoulder. Tom signed excitedly Ahhh, sweet vacation. A island just to me, myself and I He then yelped in pain as a nut was thrown at him by none other than jerry. Tom growled as jerry snapped at him but saw Facilier's glare and smiled sheepishly before going over to Adam.

Jerry sighed, annoyed at Tom's arrogant statement. As such, he threw a nut and signed snappishly You mean to all of us, catnip for brains. This was Malachite's idea not yours. Don't be such a idiot He then saw Facilier glare at Tom to back off and Jerry laughed before blowing raspberries at Tom.

Alice came out next, in a nice blue beach dress and replied excitedly "Oh this is very beautiful!" Ignoring the comments adam and Pete made, she replied "Oh I think this is absolutely what we needed. This is going to be fun!" Alice then turned to see Shego and Jack flirting and Alice blushed. Feeling a bit weirded out by said flirting.

Moriarty all came out in nice beach clothes. Moriarty in a nice black shorts with a white top. Jack in a dark blue short and shirt combo. Harry Percy in green shorts and a red shirt. Moriarty heard about the deal jafar and Jason made, and although unhappy, couldn't do anything. But he was pleased to see Jafar was not here. He came over to Jason and held his hand replying in agreement "Yes. It will be good for all of us"

Harry percy, dressed in green trunks for tanning/swimming, snuck behind Adam before grabbing him in a big hug. He replied to Yuki's earlier comment "Aye! I'm gonna spoil the hell out of you me boy! You'll be used to all the islands if I have anything to say about it" He then came over to Yuki, kissing him softly before replying "Well what are we waiting for?"

Jack came out in black swim trunks. He was really glad to hear Shego was here. Some quality time together was exactly what Jack was aiming for. The magician also snuck up behind Shego but quickly came over and replied playfully "I'm here. Like magic" He laughed a little before smirking to her "Well now, did I ever tell you that green is definitely my favorite color?"

Facilier and Olive both came out together. Facilier in a purple short and shirt beach combo. Olive was in a yellow t-shirt with a blue jean short. Olive rubbed his eyes, shocked at the majesty of the island. He turned to Pete who commented it was his first vacation when Yuki said it was the first of many. He pulled Pete to a hug and turned to see Percy comment what were they waiting for. Olive commented "Yeah! What're we waiting for! Let's race down or something!"

Facilier chuckled before seeing some tension between Jerry and Tom. Remembering Jerry was Pete's pet, Facilier nipped that tension in the bud with a simple glare to Tom. To show tom that if he messed with the mouse, it would be Tom's price to pay. Facilier smiled to Malachite, holding him close and replied to Adam and Pete "Yep. Better get used to it boys. You'll both be having some time in luxury"

Pete chuckled seeing Jerry join him and throw nuts at Tom. These two just seemed to always be at each other's throats but as long as Tom didn't hurt Jerry or try to eat him he'd stay out of it. He hugged Olive and grinned seeing him and Facilier join them.

"Come on everyone. Let's go have some fun." said Pete.

He turned opening the door and ran out to the beach. This was going to be a blast.

Malachite smiled as Facilier pulled him close. There was times he had nightmares that he was back in the coffee shop and the war hadn't happened. That he didn't have sons or a Facilier and those he'd woken up nervous and panicking. He'd often had to check on Facilier and the boys after that to make sure they were still real. He knew Facilier knew about the nightmares just not what they were. But they were becoming less and less frequent. He'd come here to try to relax and forget the nightmares. When Pete took off running and Dark Heart teleported out soon a few others started running out.

"No way am I the rotten egg." said Malachite.

He snapped his fingers teleporting in a puff of black smoke following Dark Heart's example.

Dark Heart turned to Alice and grinned.

"Yes it will." said Dark Heart.

He laughed seeing Pete ran out.

"Last one on the beach's a rotten egg!" said Dark Heart.

He laughed and vanished a puff of red smoke teleporting there himself.

"I never made any rules." Dark Heart's voice echoed in the room after hearing Jason's words.

Jason grinned seeing Moriarty.

"I'm glad you could make it. Been too long since we got to have fun like this." said Jason.

Hearing Dark Heart's challenge and the boy teleporting he laughed.

"Hey! Teleporting's cheating!" said Jason.

He laughed leaning forward and giving Moriarty a quick kiss and then took off to the beach.

Jasper chuckled following the others out. He was surprised to not see Horace here but guessed he wasn' up for a beach trip. He'd have to bring his brother next time.

Adam grinned as Harry hugged him.

"Hey, Dad. Good to see you." said Adam.

When Dark Heart teleported out issuing his challenge he laughed and echoed Jason's comment of it not being fair.

"See you on the beach." said Adam.

He grinned and ran out after the others trying to not be the last one on the beach.

Yuki returned Harry's kiss and laughed seeing people start running or teleporting out at dark Heart and olive's challenge to race.

"Race you both down there." said Yuki.

Adam beat him out the door as he ran out laughing behind him.

Shego grinned.

"A magic trick I definitely like." said Shego.

Shego chuckled as he spoke again.

"I'm glad to hear that." said Shego.

When people started running or teleporting out she laughed.

"A race to the beach. Sounds like fun." said Shego.

She paused leaning closer and placing a kiss on his cheek.

"See you there Jack." said Shego.

She grinned and took off running after the others.

[Tom]

Jerry and tom noticed everyone racing to the beach and both of them nodded as they wanted to win the race. Tom and jerry both decided to run fast despite some people ahead. Tom was not going to be beaten by jerry. Tom brushed sand while he ran to distract jerry as he ran, making it look like an accident to prevent suspicion. Jerry got covered in sand but then alice picked him up as she was running. As alice ran with him, jerry made a raspberry at tom much to the cat's annoyance. The cat ran faster than he did in a while.

Alice also noticed everyone get excited enough to run. She giggled following the whole group along. She saw jerry covered in sand and decided to pick him up to help him. "Come now jerry we need to get there. Hopefully we'll win" She said as she kept running to the beach. She hoped she would win with the little mouse.

Olive hugged his brother back, glad to have some fun with him here. Only for pete to run off. Olive yelled out "Hey pete! Wait up for me!" Then raced right after his brother, wanting to catch up. Then he noticed everyone was racing even his own father and laughed. He replied to pete "You better not get sad when I reach the beach before you!" He raced more getting past some of them.

Harry percy smiled at adam's approval of seeing him. He then noticed all of them running off. Harry percy felt a bit young again and smirked at his son running off. He allowed yuki to kiss him back before he too ran off. He chased the both of them, replying "Oh no you two don't. Not if I get there before either of ya!" He then ran off

Jack smiled to shego only for the others to distract him by running off. After getting a small kiss on the cheek, a run to the beach sounded fun to him. Motivated by shego, he raced off replying "Hey wait up for me!" He ran faster, passing olive and heading near shego. He was faster than people gave him credit for.

Both Facilier and Moriarty didn't feel like winning but they felt a desire to follow suit. Moriarty and Facilier were slow but ran to look like they were joining in. Facilier replied with amusement to moriarty "Guess we all were getting cabin fever. Needed to race some of it out"

Moriarty nodded to facilier, chuckling at some teleporting "Your partner and darkheart seem to have a unfair advantage" Facilier laughed replying back "Oh let them have fun. It's not like it's a official race" The two then chased off after the others.

Pete chuckled at the pair's antics.

"You two really should learn to get along." said Pete.

He sighed guessing they wouldn't likely change but he still found it amusing. But he just didn't want his dads or anyone else to complain. Or one of them to hurt someone else in their games and pranks with each other. He saw Alice pick up Jerry to his relief. At least the mouse was safe from Tom's antics. For now. He focused back on Oliver as he spoke.

"You're not the one who's going to get there first!" said Pete, running faster.

Adam and Yuki both laughed at Harry saying he'd get there sooner.

"Have to move faster than that!" said Adam.

Adam frowned as Yuki past him.

"Hey! No fair!" said Adam, as he kept running.

"You're the slowpoke." said Yuki, grinning as he ran past Adam.

Shego grinned as Jack joined him.

"So do we consider this our first date?" joked Shego.

She laughed and kept running not sure who was going to win.

Malachite ran trying to stay close to his boys. He might be a tad overprotective of them but he just wanted to make sure they were safe. And having fun.

Jason and Jasper ran neck and neck neither passing the other but not close to the finish line yet.

Dark Heart appeared on the beach with a laugh diving into the water. He guessed he'd won in a sense cause he hadn't set any rules but he wondered who would come next.

(ooc: could be one of the kids win like olive, pete, or alice? Or a tie. not picky. xd)

[Tom]

(OCC: Gonna make alice win and she'll let jerry share her victory. To make the boys feel kind of dumb for being defeated by a girl. Olive may be open with gi but he's still a boy overall, and pete will feel totally dumb lmao)

Tom cursed silently as he was pretty much behind everyone. Jerry stuck his tongue out and then saw Pete tell him to get along with tom. Jerry signed Hey he started it! Before holding on tightly to alice, alice though was behind both pete and olive. She rolled her eyes before replying, getting ahead of both boys "Clearly you both are delusional for it is me and jerry who will win" Jerry at that started laughing shocked but amused by her declaration. Alice saw DarkHeart and while it was clear he was technically first, she was near him first. She jumped into the water with jerry and replied "We did it jerry!"

Jerry at this whistled a victory and clapped before realizing pete was probably not gonna like this and then dived into the water from alice's hand and swam away. Tom meanwhile was behind everyone, slowly but surely catching up.

"Yeah keep telling yourself that! I'm catching up I'm gonna win" Olive was neck in neck eventually by pete but was completely blindsided by alice and jerry. He then was shocked to see her win and blushed bright red but then ran and replied "Come on pete. Let's splash her. She can't beat us and expect not to take a splash" He said this right to pete for no one else to hear

"If you want to" Jack replied back, laughing a bit "I was thinking dinner at candlelight sometime but this is kind of fun. Especially since the kids are more competitive than we are" Jack was gonna let shego pretty much win, he didn't take this crap seriously. But it was funny to see the kids give more of a damn than he did. He then nodded approvingly as alice won, seeing the facilier boys get embarrassed by it.

"Ya two quit ya yapping or I'm gonna beat ya ta the water" Harry percy sassily replied back to adam. He then laughed as yuki was heading closer than he and adam were. He ran faster, he saw alice technically win but he was focused on getting there before adam or yuki. And it didn't seem likely. Not at the pace he was going.

Moriarty saw jasper and jason go neck to neck. Which was weird because he and facilier were neck in neck "If you surrender to me now Doctor, I may assist you in defeating jasper so you can get a higher chance of being third between jason, myself, jasper and you"

"Hell no! I'm the leader, I gotta show my boys an example of winning" Facilier joked right back, going ahead of moriarty and turned up to jason and jasper passing them. "See ya'll at the finish line! Ha!" He replied, getting there faster. He was then shocked to see alice defeat his sons and was a bit amused by it but kept it to himself for his sons sake.

Pete chuckled as he kepet going. He saw Jerry and Alice were the ones to officially win. He didn't like losing but he was glad Jerry won. For being so small he 'd beaten all of the taller people. But when Jerry swam away Pete went to the water looking for the mouse.

"Jerry? Where'd you go?" asked Pete.

He paused worried he could have been by some fish or taken out by the tide. So he dove in looking for him.

"Jerry? Where are you? Please be okay. I don't want to lose you." whispered Pete.

When he remembered he was n't alone he ran back to Olive and Alice.

"Jerry went into the water but I can't see him. What if he's hurt? What if something ate him?" said Pete.

He paused trying not to cry.

"One of the first new friends I made since coming here and I killed him." whispered Pete.

Adam and Yuki arrived frowning seeing neither was first. But when Pete began panicking about Jerry they both rushed over to help.

"Hey Pete, it's okay. I'm sure Jerry's around here somewhere." said Adam.

"Of course. We will all help. And together we can find him much quicker. I'm sure one of your dads might even have a spell to help find him." said Yuki.

Malachite arrived forgetting the race as soon as he heard Pete's cries for help.

"Of course we have a spell for that." said Malachite.

Although at the moment his mind was a blank. He wanted to help Pete but it was like he couldn't recall the right spells to help.

"Uh... Facilier has one I think." said Malachite.

Shego chuckled as she was more trying to beat Jack there. But once she got there the drama of the missing pet was going on.

"That is one lucky mouse to have a friend like you Pete. I'm sure we'll find him." said Shego.

She was trying to be nice even though she had no idea if they would. Plus with two of the leaders here it was good to stay on everyone's good side.

Jasper and Jason were to arrive next as they heard the commotion.

"Don't worry lad. We'll find the mouse." said Jasper.

He paused glaring at Tom.

"Unless this cat's tried to have a snack." said Jasper.

"Jerry got here before Tom. I don't think Tom could have done anything. At least not this time." said Jason.

He paused glancing at Moriarty.

"Have any ideas to find Jerry?" asked Jason.

Dark Heart grinned at Alice.

"Congratulations Alice." said Dark Heart.

When Jerry jumped into the water and disappeared he could see Pete was freaking out. And wasn't crying despite how upset he was. He paused turning to Facilier.

"I know locator spells but usually it's on items. Or I'd have to have an item belonging to them." said Dark Heart.

When Malachite suggested Facilier he turned to Facilier.

"Have a good locator spell up your sleeve?" asked Dark Heart.

[Tom]

(OCC: Hope alice finding jerry is ok. Jerry took a dive but he forgets pete is protective of him... and that there's big animals in the ocean sometimes)

Jerry had gotten deep into the ocean, embracing the fun of it all. Blissfully unaware of the drama underneath. He swam a bit farther than he should've and then noticed a big fish looking at him. At first jerry went to go back, but the fish followed. The fish seemed to have a hungry look in it's eyes. Panicky, jerry swam away for his life. The fish seemed to get closer when suddenly a wave grabbed jerry and forced him right back into the beach. Jerry coughed, breathing in relief as the fish went away. He breathed for a small while before hearing alice cry out. He then saw alice pick him up and decree his arrival to pete who was worried about him. He then noticed pete start to cry and jerry tried to wave his arms and signed assuredly It's ok pete. I'm right here. Please don't worry I'm okay I promise He then saw tom sign angrily and jerry did blush. Tom had a point. Jerry never wanted to upset pete and everyone else by impulsively swimming.

He signed apologetically I'm very sorry everyone. I got a bit excited I guess. Sometimes I get carried away He then noticed the fish again and gulped and signed in panic It was that fish! It was chasing me down! I was just trying to have fun when it tried to eat me!

Alice was not entirely concerned about winning but smiled as Dark Heart praised her "Why thank you. It was fun. You were quite fast yourself" She then frowned as pete began to panic over jerry. She felt sympathy. She would've been the same if Dinah was in danger. This made her feel homesick for her own pet. She replied "I'll go look in the meantime" She smiled softly to pete "Don't you worry. I promise we'll find him" She then went to look around the beach while the others planned for a location spell of some kind. She then noticed jerry on the farther side of the beach, soaking wet and breathing like he was in a marathon. She then cried out "Wait, there's no need for spells! I think I found him!" She then picked him up and replied "Here he is!" She then gasped as she saw some big fish and replied "Oh dear, a fish!"

Olive's thoughts of petty revenge vanished as pete began to panic about jerry. He knew how his little brother was with jerry. They were pet and owner but they acted like best of friends next to pete and Elliot. Panic started to course through his veins, and he turned to see jasper accuse tom. Olive replied alongside Jason "Yeah. As much as I think tom can have it in for jerry, he's last to arrive in the race. He wouldn't be able to" He then turned to pete and comforted him "Try to calm down bro, it'll be okay we'll find him I promise" He then was relieved as alice found jerry. But he felt a pang of guilt for thinking to prank her after her kindness and he then turned to see the fish and replied annoyedly as jerry explained about it "I'll take care of that fish"

Jack was behind shego, jasper and Jason, with shego in the lead. He came by and noticed all the commotion about jerry's disappearance. He then saw pete panic and nodded as shego assured him, he too didn't know if they would but he didn't want to upset the kid further "She's right. He's bound to be here somewhere" He then replied "I'm with the blond kid. We'll try to find him through good old fashioned look out while Facilier or somebody has a easier plan" He then went to look but noticed alice find him first. And then a fish popped up. Well this got weird. He then listened to jerry explain himself.

Harry Percy came not long after adam and yuki and felt a bit useless to comment. But he did immediately notice pete try not to cry. But it was very clear pete was fond of the mouse. He then replied "Hey. Lad. Try to breathe for old percy alright? We will find him" He then noticed alice find him and harry smiled in relief. He then noticed the fish come up and look right at jerry and he got up and waited to see what would happen with the fish. Seeing olive go after it. Olive may have been a few years older than pete but he was somewhat child like with the approach. Harry observed to see what the fish looked like before he decided to do anything "Hm. That fish looks a bit odd for this ocean. Wonder how it got here?" He commented. He then listened to jerry and he commented "Looks like that fish is a menace"

Facilier and moriarty came at the same time and Moriarty listened as pete started to panic. While Facilier went to malachite, moriarty listened as Jason asked him what to do. Moriarty replied "Well alice and everyone looking around the beach are doing the old fashioned search which can benefit us. I think looking around definitely helps. But since jerry is in the water at the moment my assumption is that we might have to swim or...." He then listened as facilier replied there was no need since he had a spell. He then replied as alice called out to them "Um, Facilier. I believe young alice has done the work for us" He then was nodding, satisfied as the problem was seemingly solved for now. He then listened to jerry explain himself.

Facilier went to malachite who drew a blank at spells and then rolled his eyes as moriarty suggested to just look around. He corrected him somewhat politely "Look, jerry is small and looking around might take forever. We gotta find that little mouse" He then saw pete get nervous and facilier came over and held his son's shoulders affectionately "Now pete. Don't worry. Your old man will find a solution" He then got his cane and replied "I'll just do a location spell and it'll be quick. All I gotta do is..." He then noticed alice call out and find jerry and he blushed a bit as alice proved him that some things didn't need magic. He then noticed the fish and jerry explain, then olive try to go get it and he replied "Now hold up olive. Let your old man handle this one. We can just transport the fish outta here"

Tom came dead last and noticed the whole group comfort pete about something. He then heard from adam that jerry would be found. So that little pipsqueak was missing. Tom began to smirk in amusement, feeling jerry got what he deserved. Until jasper assumed that he was the one responsible. Tom began to panic and raise his paws up in innocence, signing in panic Oh no! No! I would never! I wouldn't eat jerry! Well. Actually he would. If given the chance. But he never would be given that said chance so he accepted that portion at least. He then sighed in relief as Jason stood up for him. He signed Exactly. I couldn't of done it

He then noticed alice grab jerry and he was the only one to get annoyed with jerry disappearing. One, because it nearly got tom in trouble. Two, jerry could've genuinely gotten killed and it would cause a chaos tom didn't want. So tom signed very, very angrily What on earth were you thinking swimming around like that by yourself you idiot? You made pete all upset! Shame on you! I think you owe him an apology He did this mostly to look good but a part of him did feel sorry that pete was so upset. He then turned to see the fish and then sneered at jerry Well serves you right for swimming off like that. You're lucky it didn't eat you
