Locked Up(Bruce)

[Bruce Banner/The Hulk/The Prof]

Bruce smiled.

"Just be patient with him. And another horrible thought just occurred to me. He may not know what love is. Or worse. Doesn't think he deserves it. May be why he's focused his entire life on science. Numbers, data, gadgets, and facts can't hurt you. But people can. Love can. I don't regret the time I had with Betty even though we broke up. And a part of me will always love her but I love Tony. If Betty showed up now I'd still choose Tony." said Bruce.

Bruce grinned glad he was cheering Magnus up even if it was just a little.

"No matter what happens we just have to stick together until we get through this. Then those creeps will pay for this. Just like all the others they'd kidnapped or brainwashed in the past." said Bruce.

As he spoke he suddenly felt his shackles get electrified as he heard a chuckle that sounded a lot like Yuki.

"That should teach you to be quiet." said a voice.

Bruce gasped in pain as the shocks were stronger as the metal chains were conducting the electricity as he then felt his eyes turn green.

"Oh no. Not right now." said Bruce.

He roared as he broke the chains his shirt ripping as he transformed and there stood Hulk. He ripped off the chains and threw them out of the cell. He then paused seeing Magnus and his first instinct was Loki.

"Puny god hurt Hulk?" asked Hulk.

He glared at him until he paused looking puzzled. He looked like him but didn't seem evil. Hulk was confused. He walked closer to the man and sniffed him.

"You not Loki?" asked Hulk.

It was then he remembered others that looked like Loki had joined the army as the name finally hit him.

"Magnus. You ok?" said Hulk.

(ooc: couldn't resist hulk making an appearance. but wouldn't be enough to break out. figure the cell's lined with powerful tech or magic or even if hulk broke it'd repair itself. something Jafar, facilier and others built into not lose a powerful captive. we can figure out the details later. xD)

(OCC: We can just assume it's a magic spell that jafar designed. It's all good. Also once magnus is released I want so, so badly for linksano and him to have a tender kiss and accept each other's love)

"Well if he doesn't know what love is I'll teach him if he wants me too, or if he doesn't think he deserves it I'll prove him wrong. You're right I gotta be patient. It's not that I'm not patient it's just I just want him to know how I feel. And I want him to accept. It's selfish I know" Magnus looked down then. He knew there was a chance linksano would say no. But he wanted it to happen. He then nodded at the notion of sticking together, bruce was right, they needed to be a duo now. Otherwise they'd never have a chance to leave. Suddenly bruce got shocked and just as he was about to check on him, he started to hulk out.

Magnus couldn't help but panic, he never saw the hulk before. He heard of it from tony and bruce himself when they first met. But he never seen it. He then widened his eyes as the beast got way too close for comfort. Calling him a puny god. Puny god? Oh shit. That meant hulk thought he was loki. He was about to scream and beg for the beast to not kill him, only for the creature to sniff him and ask if he wasn't loki. Magnus shook his head no firmly and insistently "Nope. Not loki. Not loki" He then nodded and smiled in relief "Yes! That's my name. I'm magnus" He then sighed "Yeah I'm ok. Pleasure to see you at last"

Hulk smiled at the man.

"Good. Hulk not like Loki. But you not Loki." said Hulk.

He paused and smiled at him.

"Well Hulk going to get friend out of here." said Hulk.

He paused and charged at the doors only to get blasted by a strong blast of magic and electricity as he was flung back into the wall behind him as he groaned.

"That hurt. Hulk smash door!" said Hulk.

He stood up ready to charge again not realizing the cage was built to keep him in. He roared and charged at the cage bars next to the door but was flung into the wall again as he groaned.

"Hulk always smash through. Why can't Hulk smash through?" said Hulk, annoyed but not shouting yet.

"Yep I'm not loki so there's no worry. Also I don't like loki either just so you know" Magnus honestly never really got to know loki but if saying he didn't like him gave him a chance to bond with the beast properly, then magnus was more than happy to drag loki to the ground. He was absolutely relieved the beast not only was nice to him but seemed to think of him as a friend. Magnus then saw hulk try to escape and magnus replied concernedly "Hulk! No wait!" Hulk however learned the hard way that they were trapped by a specific cage designed for hulk and himself. He then gasped in horror as hulk got hurt twice and thrown back. Magnus sighed as he tried to pull hulk back and prevent him from trying again "You can't get out because it's designed to prevent escape"

He pointed to all the electrical parts of the cage and replied "This place is basically tapped for anyone who wants to get out to be electricuted. You'll fry before getting out of here. It's bad enough it's a cage but it's even worse cause it makes sure all types of people, like you, can't get out" Magnus sighed some more in defeat. He turned to hulk with a sad smile "I appreciate the effort hulk but it's useless. We're stuck here"

Hulk groaned as he looked over at Magnus after his failed attempt to break out.

"So we're trapped here?" asked Hulk.

He frowned in annoyance.

"No one traps Hulk." said Hulk.

He slammed at the cage again only for it to shock him and knock him back to the ground again. He then slammed his fists on the floor but it didn't even make a dent or a hole.

"Hulk can't get out." said Hulk.

He sat down feeling sad and useless.

"Unfortunately yeah buddy. We're stuck" Magnus said defeatedly. He was frustrated but it was true. They were trapped here. But it seemed hulk would not accept that. Magnus rushed to stop him only for his own chains to remind him he was stuck here and forced him away. He then saw hulk get hurt and hissed in empathy. He tried that himself once and it bit him in the fact hard. He went over to the green beast and gave him a soft, tender pat on the shoulder. He replied "It's not you buddy. It's this cage. They made some type of spell on it to make sure no prisoner gets out"

He then hugged the beast "It'll be okay hulk. We just need to wait it out for a bit" He then remembered that if hulk remembered him, maybe he would remember tony stark. He decided to cheer him up that way "Tony stark will think of something. He'll find us and save us"

Hulk growled in frustration.

"Magic did this? Hulk can't fight magic." said Hulk.

He paused as Magnus hugged him and he smiled.

"Hulk glad you're here, but wish you weren't. Not safe." said Hulk.

He knew he could take a lot and Bruce would turn into him if they put him through too much. But Magnus didn't have that luxury. They could seriously hurt him or worse.

"Hulk will make sure you get out of this even if I do not. Won't let you get hurt." said Hulk.

He frowned.

"May be awhile. Many turned into animals and objects including Tony. Can't save us if they can't save themselves." said Hulk.

"Not a lot of people can, Hulk, it's not on you. It's designed to keep us here" Magnus replied empathetically. He looked around for exits, replying determinedly "Still, I've never know a prison that's perfect. We can find a way out somehow" He then smiled sadly as Hulk appreciated his company but told him it wasn't safe. Magnus shrugged, ruffling his curly hair "I'm a cop. If I wanted to stay out of danger, I would've never joined law enforcement in the first place" It was true. He knew what he was getting into. He was glad to be in this, because it meant he could be here for his allies. Magnus replied calmly "Besides, you're part of my team, and I don't abandon any team I'm in"

He then smiled more at Hulk's loyalty and determination to help him. Magnus shook his head as Hulk said he would get Magnus out even if it meant staying here "No way. I'm not leaving you here with these wolves. We'll get you back. Nobody is going to stay in this miserable place. Not if I can help it" Magnus nodded as Hulk pointed out that they would be stuck here a while. Mostly because of the transformation spell "Yeah. You're right. But since neither of us got affected, maybe we can use this spell to our advantage" Magnus held his head, muttering "I just need to find out how"
