Science Vs. Sorcerery (Facilier)

[Dr. Facilier]

"Maybe it's pathetic to you, but it gives me all the benefits I want. Including making idiots like you suffer" Facilier absentmindedly bit back. Mechakara's insults may be annoying but that was all they were now. His family would be safe once this spell worked. He had just a brilliant idea and it was all thanks to Mechakara's accidental wording. All the shadows kept a tight grip, very aware the robot was trying desperately to escape. Facilier's shadow though moved away, sitting on a shadow bench eating a big bowl of popcorn. Facilier's shadow somehow had a better idea of what Facilier was gonna do than Mechakara did. And it was something the shadow found amusing.

Facilier, meanwhile, was chanting his spell as his cane glowed more and more. He then grinned, ear to ear, as he aimed the cane right at Mechakara's chest. He then replied deviously "Oh it'll definitely be my worst trick on you yet. Like I said, you are gonna turn into the very thing you never wanted to be!" He then zapped mechakara right in the chest and the shadows all went away. The shadows all sat down next to facilier's shadow. While Facilier's shadow was eating popcorn, some shadows were conversing as if to talk about what's happening, some were rubbing their hands together and some were laughing maniacally.

Mechakara glared at him.

"You can try but you'll fail." said Mechakara.

Mechakara struggled as Facilier said he was going to turn into something. The shadows vanished and Mechakara fell backward landing on his back. He groaned and to his shock, he felt more pain than usual.

"What happened?" asked Mechakara.

He felt the back of his head and he was bleeding. He'd hit some rocks or something on the ground when he fell.

"But that's possible? There's no blood in my body." said Mechakara.

He paused realizing his voice was no longer robotic. He sounded human, like Linkara. He paused clutching his head as flashes of memories he'd suppressed or deleted came flooding back. This body was a mixture of Pollo and Linkara from another universe. Linkara had abused him and been killed to make this new cyborg body. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a power blaster.

"How did that get...."

He paused seeing his reflection in the nearby windows and cars around him.

"You made me human? But that's not possible. This body was dead and I turned it into a cybernetic one." said Mechakara.

He was a robot. He wasn't even sure how he was alive. There should be a dead corpse laying on the ground if Facilier had just reversed what he'd done. He paused clutching his head as he was having flashes of the alternate Linkara's memories and Mechakara clenched his fists while staring at him in horror.

"You've turned me into Linkara. The other one." said Mechakara.

He paused realizing he had to ge this reversed. He fired his blade Blaster at Facilier and his shadows trying to destroy or weaken him. A full treat was in order but he had no idea if he could even teleport in this form anymore.

Facilier didn't bother to respond, he already set his plan in motion. He had a feeling the magicians would try to help mechakara turn back, but it would be some time before they succeeded. In the meantime mechakara would finally accept he was no match for magic. And suffer from the consequences. He patiently waited as Mechakara got used to his new body. He smirked to the shadows who all started laughing more than usual "Hope you enjoy the flesh and bones, cause you're gonna be this way for a long time"

He then cackled as Mechakara came to the realization he wasn't just any human, but linkara. Linkara himself. And it was clear mechakara was not a happy camper. He cackled some more as Mechakara stared in horror at him "Damn right I did. Only way to teach your punk ass a lesson" Suddenly he saw the blade blaster aim at him and he dodged, causing a few shadows to disappear. He gave a apologetic look to the shadows who only were staring angrily at mechakara. Facilier walked over, twirling his cane as the shadows started to rise up. No longer a robot, mechakara was more suseptible to injury with or without the blade blaster. Facilier aimed the cane again, to hurt him for sure "Boy. You better run"

[Mechakara]

Mechakara frowned.

"You will pay for this!" said Mechakara.

He glared.

"The only one who needs a lesson is you." said Mechakara.

But then the shadows rose and he frowned. He was outnumbered and more vulnerable than ever.

"This isn't over. Next time we meet I will finish you off." said Mechakara.

He then fires at the shadows and Facilier hitting the ground as a bunch of dust and smoke rises into the air and when it clears Mechakara is gone.

(wrapping this up since don't think there's much a human Mechakara couild do right now. He's confused and would likely get severely hurt/killed if he stayed.)

Facilier grinned ear to ear, knowing mechakara's anger was now worthless without the strength to back it up. Despite the threats, the shadows and facilier came closer, facilier even whistling a small tune. Suddenly the shadows and he were completely blindsided by the cloud of dust mechakara made not long after threatening to finish him off next time. Facilier and the shadows all coughed from the dust, facilier wiped his eyes and laughed "Very clever little trick. Guess I'm not the only sly dog here" He then pushed the dust away but was shocked to see mechakara get away. Facilier kicked the ground in annoyance before replying to the angry and irritated shadows "Oh he'll be back alright. And then I'll finish his punk ass. Sure friends, he'll turn back to a robot one way or another but he won't wait til then to fight. He'll foolishly come back and then we'll kill em" The friends all laughed and rubbed their hands together as if waiting for the next chance.

"Show's over for now folks. Get back to your places" The shadows nodded before leaving. Facilier's shadow cackled as he hi-fived facilier and the two of them left. Facilier just walked, turning back to see a very, very faint mechakara run off and started laughing. "Oh shadow I think I did a damn good trick this time" His shadow nodded in agreement before the two went inside to check on malachite again. The battle was won by facilier and facilier was going to rub it in.
