Chick shrugged.
"Or if we have to use more than one of our houses. I mean it's not like many people normally come to our homes. Sure the war's in Chicago right now but it could spread out. And even if it doesn't we can't house everyone in one house forever." said Chick.
Chick grinned stepping inside.
"You know inside it looks every other lobby and elevator. I'm glad they have one though. I wouldn't want to walk up and down all those stairs." said Chick.

"Yeah, we'll probably have to spread out. Use more houses and whatnot. Especially since we don't know how long it'll last. Or if it'll spread out like you said" Critic replied, continuing the conversation on how to keep the people they were protecting. They do needed to give them space to stay, especially since they didn't know the time and length of the war they were in.
After that, they went up to the elevator and Critic nodded happily "Thank god for that. My knees would be dying if there was only stairs" He looked outside and realized how high they were going. He grew a bit nervous and got closer to Chick.

Nostalgia Critic only nodded, having nothing to add. This was taking longer than he thought. More people were coming. That machine was a problem and had to be destroyed or refixed. Otherwise, the list of people would keep growing. As if it wasn't already. Critic honestly didn't know what to do. He was making it up as he went along. Leading people, for real, wasn't easy.
Critic chuckled as the two were on the elevator. He then shook his head "Me either. My legs would be burning by the third floor" He was a bit self-deprecating when he needed to be. And he didn't mind it, so long as it was him making fun of himself. Eventually they made it up and Critic allowed Chick to pull him up to see the view. And good lord what a view it was. Critic was pretty spell-bound by it, he held Chick close and smiled softly "Wow. There's a reason people come here. This is amazing"
