Inspired by Rachel's fic. I decided to make one of my own with all my fictional characters arrival. I didn't include the internet ones as they were recruited after this. I might do them later.

The Day Everything Changed
Rita Repulsa stood on her palace. They'd just recently returned from the Samaritan planet. Dark Specter had captured Zordon. Unfortunately Astronema had been given the job of destroying the Earth. Which infuriated her. She'd been attacking the planet on and off for 4 years. First the Machine Empire, then Gasket and Archerina, Divatox, and now Astronema tried to step in to their territory. Now Astronema could get all the glory. Sure the rangers weren't any she'd fought personally but she still felt like she and Zedd should be the ones.
"It's not fair. We blew up the Machine Empire and regained our palace. We shouldn’t have taken that break. Then Divatox and Astronema wouldn't even think about coming near Earth. There must be a way I can get more power." said Rita.
Suddenly without warning a black portal appeared out of nowhere.
"What in blazes! Zedd something's going on!" said Rita.
Lord Zedd came rushing in seeing Rita and the portal.
"Rita get over here!" said Zedd.
Rita began walking towards him but the portal began pulling her towards it.
"Zeddy! It's got me. Do something!" said Rita.
Zedd raised his staff trying to blast it. Instead it grew larger as Rita latched onto Zedd's arm as he grabbed the palace wall.
"Who could have done this? Did those Machines booby trap this place or something?" asked Rita.
"No. Those fools would have activated a trap much sooner than this. I sense it's a dimensional portal. It will pull us into another universe." said Zedd.
"You're right. If our magic can't close it what are we going to do?" asked Rita.
Finster, Goldar, Rito, Baboo, Squatt, and Scorpina had come rushing by stopping at the door seeing the portal.
"My lord what's going on?" asked Goldar.
"A dimensional portal. Rita hang on." said Zedd.
"Don't you dare let go of me." said Rita.
Suddenly the palace shook from the strain of the portal as Zedd lost his hold on the wall. Goldar leaped forward grabbing Zedd's hand as Rita's hand slipped from Zedd's.
"No. ZEDDDYY!" shouted Rita.
She fell through the portal as it closed. Zedd, Goldar, and everyone immediately dropped to the floor.
"Finster find out where that portal leads. I want my wife back. Perhaps we can use this to get rid of the Alliance of Evil, and the rangers. With them gone the universe shall be mine." said Zedd.
He stormed away as the various minions ran off to their rooms to avoid Zedd's wrath as he stormed away. Finster heading off to his lab to study the portal energy and find a way to recover his empress.
Meanwhile on another world.....
The Care Bears had recently returned from Wonderland having stopped the evil wizard. Grumpy was now satisfied with having a meal, and everyone else had joined it also hungry after the long journey. He had slipped away from his friends to have some time to himself. He was glad they'd helped Alice, The Queen, the Princess, and the rest of Wonderland. But he was glad it was over. He always wondered where these strange magical creatures came from.
He suddenly heard a voice as he walked up to a locked chest. Inside was the book with the evil spirit who tried to make the whole world stop caring. Thankfully the Care Bears and their new friends Kimberly and Jason had saved Nicholas and the rest of the world in time. But they couldn't leave that book on the Earth where someone else could find it. So they'd locked it away up here. As he walked into the treasures room a giant portal suddenly emerged startling him.
"Something must be after the book." said Tender Heart.
He ran to the chest trying to push it away. But the portal grew bigger and he soon realized it was after him.
"I can't let them get the book too." said Tender Heart.
He turned and ran out with the portal chasing after him. He heard cries and shouts from the other Care Bear and Care Bear Cousins who'd spotted the portal. They all tried a joint Care Bear Stare Tender Heart joining in at the last second but that failed.
"What is this thing?" asked Tender Heart.
"Tender Heart! It's after you! Run!" shouted Grumpy.
Tender Heart turned and ran tripping as he collided into Grumpy. As the portal neared he shoved Grumpy away as he was pulled inside.
"Tender Heart! No!" shouted Grumpy.
The portal vanished instantly leaving only the speechless Care Bears and Care Bear Cousins behind.
Similarly in another world a young boy was traveling along on his way to school. He was Pinocchio a young boy who'd once been a former puppet. After proving he was good, honest, and trustworthy the blue fairy had turned him human and he got to stay with his father Gepetto, and his pets Figaro and Cleo. He even gained a conscience Jiminy Cricket. Jiminy and The Blue Fairy had both left after that to help other kids. He only saw them when they'd occasionally visit but he often missed Jiminy.
One day he spotted Honest John and Gideon running from a strange portal thing. He ran out to help them. But to his surprise they ducked into an alley the opposite direction and the portal began chasing him. Pinocchio kept running however finding himself in a dead end alley as the last thing on his mind was that he'd never see his father again. The portal closed as Honest John and Gideon walked away.
"I do feel sorry for the poor boy but better him than us." said Honest John.
Gideon nodded silently as they ran away.
In another universe Myotismon was activating a digital gate.
"I'm off to the human world. Goodbye digidestined." said Myotismon.
However something seemed to be wrong with the portal. While his digimon were sent off to the world the digidestined came from Myotismon was torn from his group as another portal emerged inside.
"Boss! What's going on?" said Demi Devumon.
"Keep moving. I'll handle this." said Myotismon.
Thinking it was an attack he raises his hands into the air.
"Nightmare Syndrome!" said Myotismon.
He send one of his strongest attacks at the portal but it went right through it.
Gatomon soon went sailing by him joining his coach and his army.
"Myotismon! Hurry!" said Gatomon.
Myotismon reached for his coach feeling the portal's tug realizing something had gone wrong. Had he put the wrong cards in after all? As he struggled to keep his hand on the end of the coach he was jostled by energy from the portal which struck his chest. He lost his grip falling into the portal.
"Myotismon!" shouted Demi Devumon & Gatomon.
The rest were sent off to the human world as Myotismon was pulled away into another one. Both portals soon closed.
In the Arabic kingdom of Agrabah, Princess Jasmine was sitting in her room. Aladdin, Genie, Iago, Abu, and Carpet had gone off on another treasure hunt leaving her alone with Sultan, and the various staff and guards. She hoped no one powerful attacked. She began walking out towards the throne room when a portal emerged behind her.
"What is that thing?" asked Jasmine.
Her experience with magic and sorcerers told her to instantly run. So she started running out of the room as the portal kept following her. She turned to see Aladdin riding on Magic Carpet flying down the hall. He grabbed her in time as they took off.
"I'm glad you're back! Where is everyone?" said Jasmine.
"Genie's teleported everyone else into the throne room. We're supposed to meet them there." said Aladdin.
"Do you think Mozenrath or Mirage sent this thing after us?" asked Jasmine.
"I'm not sure. But I wouldn't be surprised if they did." said Aladdin.
As the trio neared the throne room Aladdin and Jasmine got off Carpet joining the others. They barred the throne room but it was in vain as the portal passed right through the door.
"It must be one of them. It's coming after us." said Jasmine.
"No it's going after Jasmine. It appeared in her room." said Genie.
"They must want to use me as bait to lure Aladdin into a trap." said Jasmine.
"But we won't let that happen. Genie can you do something?" asked Aladdin.
Genie closed his eyes as his eyes opened wide.
"That portal's not made by Mirage or Mozenrath. It was from another dimension and it's going to pull Jasmine inside it to a different universe." said Genie.
"Another universe? Isn't there any way to stop it?" asked Jasmine.
"I can try. But if I can't then it will keep chasing you until it gets you I'm afraid." said Genie.
They turned to see the portal was gone.
"What? Where did it go?" asked Aladdin.
Jasmine turned around to suddenly see it flying at her. She shoved Aladdin and her father out of the way as it flew at her as she vanished inside it. Aladdin ran at the portal but it vanished before he could jump inside.
"No. She's gone." said Aladdin.
"You did everything you could my boy. We'll find her." said Sultan.
"Genie any ideas?" asked Aladdin.
"Not yet. But the Sultan's right Al. we'll find her." said Genie.
Aladdin nodded dejectedly as everyone went off to their rooms as Razoul stood off to the side annoyed.
"That street rat didn't act fast enough and now the princess is gone. If she doesn't come back soon I'm going to hold him responsible." said Razoul.
He stormed off to resume guarding the palace.
In a futuristic world Dr. Smith was watching away as the world around him was being destroyed. One of the only joys he had was torturing the Nostalgic Critic who'd reviewed the film Lost In Space he was in as well as Quest for Camelot. Aside from his cameo in Kickassia he'd sort of been forgotten. He was depressed he was going to die. The time machine had sort of created a limbo and the day kept rewinding but there appeared to be no way out of it.
But when a portal opened he found his salvation. He glanced back at Future Will pondering if he should take him with him. But the portal soon began to get smaller. He decided he couldn't wait jumping through the portal. It closed behind him.
In the final world Nani walked into Jumba's lab. Jumba, Pleakley, Stitch, and Lilo were already there.
"So Jumba what's your latest invention?" asked Nani.
"To detect energy the experiments put out." said Jumba.
"You mean it might help us find experiments quicker?" asked Nani.
"Yes. I realized we should start finding them before they cause more mayhem. Might bring down our Bed & Breakfast business." said Jumba.
"That's a good idea. Too bad you can't find them in their pod forms." said Nani.
"Yes. That is design flaw on my part. I didn't think I would be hunting my own experiments when I designed them. But don't worry. With this we shall find anyone cause problem." said Jumba.
Suddenly it began to hum as a black portal appeared in front of them.
"I'm more of a genius than I realized. It detects portal energy not experiment energy. My mistake." said Jumba.
"What's a portal?" asked Pleakley.
"Oh if you fall through it sends you to another universe." said Jumba.
"Another universe?" asked Nani.
"Nani!" shouted Lilo.
The portal began activating as everyone grabbed onto walls, door handles, what they could find. Lilo's hand began slipping as Nani grabbed it. But the door she was holding gave way as they flew into the portal. Stitch jumped at them but the portal vanished in time.
"We got to find them." said Pleakley.
"That could take months." said Jumba.
"Months!" said Pleakley.
"They could be anywhere in the multiverse. But we will find them. It will just take time." said Jumba.
"I just hope they will be okay over there." said Pleakley.
Stitch meanwhile glanced at where the portal had been before running out. He figured Dr. Hamsterveil might be behind this and rushed out to confront Gantu.
Meanwhile on the other side of that portal several people, witches, animals, etc. soon landed in the Critic's basement as they picked sides as the war began and the lives of Critic and his reviewer allies would never be the same again.
