A Day To Relax

[Linkara]

Linkara's Room:

Linkara had given people the day off, it was true, but as he watched from the window, he felt exhausted. The bags under his eyes were deepening and he was trying to catch some hope that he was doing okay.

Front Porch:

Harvey smiled as he felt Lottie settle on him. It was good to have her back. It was good to hear her voice talk to him again. And it was good to feel that her love for him was still as strong as his was for her. He kissed the top of her head, with a slight smirk. He suddenly felt a pang of guilt at IHeart. He was happy here, and she was.... he didn't want to think about her.

[Charlotte "Lottie" Labouef]

Back Yard:

To be honest, Darla wasn't ok. Not entirely. It was a bit painful being around here to be honest. Darla wanted to not make a fuss but it looked like Freckles was willing to talk to her. However, her concern over her sister was much more important than her own well-being. So, Darla nuzzled back and responded assuringly, trying to sound happy "I'm fine Frecks. I miss Patch too, and I wish he was here but I'm still with you and that's what matters. It'll be ok, and I should be worrying about you, not the other way around" Darla responded then concerned "Are you ok? Do you wanna talk?"

Lilo laughed and tried to chase Kiara, Littlefoot and Tenderheart, she heard the puppies talking and decided to leave them alone for now. The young hawaiian girl ran after her friends, hoping to catch one of them. Kiara ran beside Littlefoot trying hard to get away from Lilo.

Living Room:

90's Kid blushed at the same time and responded "Sure babe. I'll help you" He turned to Marzgurl and Elisa, realizing he had a audience and quickly assisted Rachel up the stairs and tried to find a good place for her to rest and recuperate

Spoony's Room:

Spoony nodded, completely aware of the army's situation. He rubbed his eyes and listened to the young man comment about it. Spoony wanted to discuss Snob about the issues but Snob got captured before anything could happen. He then listened as Ma-Ti spoke about Gi and then decided to talk

"I miss them all too. I want Goggles back more than anything and IHeart belongs here and not in cage. Hell all of them don't deserve to be prisoners. We'll get them back and make sure they never get taken away again. We'll do the best we can and everything will be alright. I promise" He took a breath and responded "Don't blame yourself about Gi. What she knows is not the truth. She's been lied to or she doesn't know what happened. We'll try to help her and if we can't, we can't. Just know it's not your fault"

Front Porch:

Lottie smiled as Harvey kissed her head, and felt a bit safer. Her guilt though about the other prisoners was still there and she had a strong feeling Harvey's pain would not stop until IHeart was back. IHeart was extremely close to the singer and even though Lottie was here with him, which was good, the singer wasn't complete. She looked up to Harvey's eyes, wanting to talk about this but decided to do small talk in order to get there. She asked "Harvey, you alright honey?"

[Elisa/Maven Of The Eventide]

Kitchen:

Elisa smiled seeing 90's Kid and Rachel walk upstairs. She decided to head into the kitchen to get a drink.

Linkara's Room:

Marzgurl excused herself heading off to find Linkara. She smiled finding him as she hugged him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. She looked at him and cou l tell he looked exhausted. He must not be getting enough sleep which worried her. Especially with a big battle tomorrow.

"Linkara are you ok? You look tired. Maybe you should go lie down for a bit. The battle's not until tomorrow." said Marzgurl.

She didn't want him to overwork himself. With the two of them promoted to generals and with Snob a prisoner it was down to the two of them, Critic, and Chick. She'd lead the group of reviewers twice once as a general of Kickassia and as a temporary Captain when Critic decided to head off to the plot hole. She still wondered how Critic got his house back from Insano. She shrugged deciding to ask him about it later.

Back Yard:

Freckles saw the others playing as she turned to Darla.

"I was scared I'd never see you, or Cadpig or Rolly or anyone here. Or Mom and Dad and everyone else back home. Dark Heart wasn't as bad as I expected but I'm so glad I didn't have to stay there. I don't know what Patch sees in Mechakara. He's so cruel." said Freckles.

She shivered remembering the last few times she'd seen him. She paused looking at the others played tag.

"But I'm okay now. I'm back with you guys. But I'm so glad you guys are here. I don't know what I'd do without you. I just hope Rolly and Cadpig are doing ok." said Freckles.

She paused turning to Darla.

"Well you want to play? Cause we could talk but we can talk any time. We should go play with them." said Freckles.

Back Yard:

Littlefoot kept running from Lilo trying to get away from her seeing Kiara was beside him. He saw Tender Heart running in another direction at the moment. But it wouldn't be long before Lilo caught one of them.

"Wow. I forgot how fast Lilo was. If we're not careful one of us will be next." said Littlefooot.

Spoony's Room:

Ma-Ti smiled listening to him. Spoony certainly had a way with words.

"I come here to cheer you up and you end up cheering me up instead." said Ma-Ti.

He chuckled and nodded thinking about Gi.

"I will find a way to save her. I know it. I don't know how yet but I will." said Ma-Ti.

Bedroom:

Rachel walked with 90's Kid upstairs , she smiled and blushed and she walked and then she found the bedroom and she walked to it along with her new boyfriend 90's Kid.

Front Porch:

Harvey's smile slowly dropped. He rubbed his eyes in pain, wiping away small tears that were starting to form in the ducts. He had to turn away to find a tissue at the moment. After he had taken a calm little moment, he turned back sadly "Well.... I want to get IHeart back. She's.... she's like a little kid and she's stuck over there."

[Nostalgia Critic]

Kitchen:

Linkara wasn't the only one tired. Critic, sitting in his room, was near to exhaustion. His second in command captured and only two captives returning discouraged him more than it needed too. Not to mention he was starving. Relunctinately, Critic went downstairs seeing Marz and linkara talk while he went to the kitchen and saw Elisa, Chick's pal. He gave a smile to her as he got out a remaining glazed donut in the fridge. He sighed and responded "Hey elisa"

Spoony's Room:

Spoony let out a laugh before he could stop it and just allowed Ma-Ti to talk a bit more. Spoony let out a slight sigh as he mentioned Gi and responded "Well when you do, we'll find a way to help you out. We'll always find a way. Gi will be alright til then, at least I hope. You know, she's missing out on you. You're a good friend"

Back Yard:

Darla listened and after Freckles spoke, she nuzzled her assuringly "I'm glad you're back. I've always been glad that you're here. You're my sister and I promise what happened to you won't happen again. Things will turn up. I know it. Patch may be not with us but we have each other" She then saw the others playing and she wagged her tail "Yeah! Let's go play! Hopefully Lilo won't catch you!" Darla laughed and proceeded to run, knowing Freckles would follow

"Rachel. Are you sure you're ok? I mean being a prisoner sounds rough as heck man" 90's Kid said as they went up the stairs. He was speaking out of concern, he wanted to know. He wanted to be sure she was alright

Lottie patiently waited for Harvey to let it out and he did. Once he finished though, she nodded in understanding. She knew it. IHeart was the key to cheering Harvey up now, it was no longer her. And that was fine. Lottie liked the girl, loved her even. She was a great kid. Lottie looked Harvey up and down before kissing him on the lips to assure him. After a while she pulled back and responded "We will get her back honey. You and Critic and your friend Linkara will find a way. She's a fighter though. I see it. She loves you just as much as you love her. I miss her too. I want you to be happy and find her"

"Yes and I know, believe me when I was in New York on Village life was great then" Rachel sighed as 90's Kid asked her as Rachel sat on the bed "Would you like to be with me?" She asked

A blue ripple fizzed through the tiny form as a sighed escaped Vanellope's mouth. While she was still cursed with her seemingly uncontrollable glitch spasms, there had been signs of slow improvement. Her newly rediscovered glitches had been happening less and less frequently, but still it was an irritating sensation despite the fact she had dealt with it with ease for so many years.

"It's still not getting any better." She gritted through her teeth as she had her tiny palms resting in her teal coat pockets. What about Russia she met the other day, he seemed like a nice guy. Not like Ralph, but she did enjoy his company, hopefully she would be seeing more of him soon. Still lost in her own realm of thoughts, the young glitch almost didn't notice the party forming in the living room. "Huh?" Naturally curious to what was going on, Vanellope gingerly walked in, glaring at the adults for a brief few seconds with a shy expression before dark optics glared to see the other children playing a game. Still feeling slightly out of place, the girl slowly began to walk up to them. "Hey, watcha guys doin'? She asked, trying to sound friendly.

Kitchen:

Paige had been in her dorm for the last hour or so, filing her nails and fingers tired from all of the typing she had been doing on her phone from failed attempts to text and call home, no response in the slightest. A groan escaped her mouth as she placed her phone down in a frustrated manner. "Damn it," She muttered, pushing back her hair slightly. "I need a drink or something." She thought as she picked herself up from her resting place atop her bed as she stood up and walked into the kitchen, grabbing one of the Critic's canned iced tea drinks from the fridge. She rather sour, the blonde female did take note of the growing group in the kitchen-adults chatting amognst themselves while the army's younger members played together. She sighed. "It's alright Paige as long as you act natural you'll be fine."

So that was what she did as Paige, lingering by the door entrance. "Hello honeys, what's going on here?" She asked, a false grin of happiness on her face. All in a day's work for the former Queen Bee.

[Queen Grimhilde]

Elisa turned to Critic and smiled.

"Hey Critic." said Elisa.

She paused as he looked upset.

"It'll be okay Critic. We got Chick and Morpheus back the first time they did this. And we got back Lottie, Rachel, Grimhilde, Ace, and Freckles. We'll get back Snob, Iheart, Chester, and Nani. I know we will. Then we can make them all pay for this." said Elisa.

She turned seeing Paige and smiled at her.

"Hi. I'm Elisa. I don't think I've met you yet." said Elisa.

Mrs. Potts looked up seeing Elisa and Critic arrive. She'd been in there making tea and food.

"She's right Critic. All of our friends will be back here in no time. I know you'll find a way to get them all back." said Mrs/ Potts.

She looked up as Paige entered and smiled at her.

"Welcome. I'm Mrs. Potts or you can call me Angela." said Mrs. Potts;

She smiled as she returned to the stove and kept cooking.

Spoony's Room:

Ma-Ti smiled at Spoony glad they had helped cheer each other up.

"Thanks. I know I'll get her back. Somehow. We'll get them all back. Gi, Goggles, Iheart, Nani, Chester, and Snob. And anyone else they've kidnapped or brainwashed or lied to. Somehow." said Ma-Ti.

He paused as Spoony said he was a good friend.

"You're a good friend too. I don't know what I'd do without you guys." said Ma-Ti.

"I hope I never find out. As long as no one finds out about my secret." thought Ma-Ti.

He paused and smiled at Spoony not realizing Spoony could hear his thoughts. A weird side effect of part of his mind being in Spoony's body once. Spoony could hear his thoughts if he was in the same room.

Back Yard:

Freckles nodded glad her sister was ok. She smiled as Freckles took off to play tag. Freckles did the same.

"Better hurry Darla. Lilo's pretty fast when she wants to be." said Freckles.

She chuckled as she kept running hoping Lilo wouldn't come after one of them now.

Littlefoot looked up as Vanellope joined them.

"Hi. We're playing tag. Wanna play?" said Littlefoot.

Tender Heart meanwhile had caught up with Littlefoot and Kiara before waving to Vanellope.

"Hi. Come join us. It's fun." said Tender Heart.

He wasn't a kid like the rest of them but he did have fun playing with kids. He and the other Care Bears were always helping out kids with problems back in his world and playing with them. He was the only Care Bear here and there were a few kids here without their families. So he wanted to make sure they were happy. Well happy as they could be. He knew Rolly and Cadpig were sad about Patch's disappearance and so were Freckles and Darla a little. But at least two of them were trying to have some fun. He knew Rolly and Cadpig just wanted to be alone for awhile so he let them be. But if they needed anyone to talk to he let them know he was available to talk to them anytime.

Grimhilde turned to Maleficent with the pair still not finding a place for her to train.

"Perhaps we should go try the lab. At least no one would be in there." said Grimhilde.

Maleficent was pleased when Grimhilde agreed to join her in her makeshift training session. With any luck, they would be able to help one another get stronger.

The universe, however, seemed to have decided that she wasn't going to do any training today. The backyard was occupied by the children, and while Maleficent wasn't against the idea of kicking them out, Grimhilde walked away before she could suggest it and named another place instead.

"Perhaps we should go try the lab. At least no one would be in there."

Maleficent frowned. "I don't think so. There's too great a chance that something important will be broken, and I refuse to be blamed for it."

She paused for a moment.

"I liked your original idea better. We could go the edge of the forest. That way we'll be far enough not to cause any damage, yet still be able to see the house."

Kitchen

Critic smiled, glad that Elisa and Mrs. Potts was trying to encourage him. It felt helpful to say the least. He let out a sigh before responding "I know. You're right. I'm just frustrated it all. Nothing big but I'm frustrated. I don't want this to continue, all this kiddnapping" He then gave a hello to Paige and responded "Hey there"

"See there's the spirit. We'll be alright. And so will you." Spoony was shocked to hear Ma-ti's thoughts all of a sudden. It was probably a side effect to ma-ti possessing him but still. It was odd. Then he realized Ma-Ti had a secret. Spoony was tempted, and so asked "What secret?" And if Ma-Ti wouldn't tell him the secret, Spoony would force it out. Mostly because he was concerned.

Back Yard

Darla ran but stopped only for Vanellope and smiled in greeting, allowing her friends to speak for her. Kiara stopped and responded confidently "Heya kid. We're playing tag, like the others said you're welcome to play" Lilo caught up with them slightly but responded, while breathing heavily "Yeah! I'm Lilo, the lion cub's kiara, the dinosaur's littlefoot, the bear's tenderheart, and the two pups are Darla and Freckles. Who are you and you wanna play?"

"Uh.... What?" 90's kid asked completely confused to Rachel's intentions. He was too young to understand entirely but for some reason his whole face blushed like a beet

"I mean just sit next to me I don't want to be alone" Rachel replied to him a little blushing but she smiled

Walking Around The House:

Grimhilde nodded listening to her.

"The forest does sound like the best option then. We really shoul have a room or something dedicated to training in this house. Guess we should talk to Critic and the others about that later." said Grimhilde.

She smiled and followed her out the door and they were on their way to the woods.

Mrs. Potts smiled turning to the Critic hoping he would be alright.

"It'll be alright Critic. Things tend to work out in the end." said Mrs. Potts.

She smiled as she kept cooking as she finished the tea taking it off the stove and pouring herself a cup adding some sugar before taking a sip. She smiled. Being a former teapot she did find it strange to drink tea but she had drunk it before she'd turned into a teapot and was able to enjoy drinking it again very quickly. She glanced at everyone.

"Would any of you like some tea? I just made a fresh batch." said Mrs. Potts.

Elisa nodded.

"we got most of our friends didn't we. Grimhilde, Ace, Freckles, Lottie, and Rachel. We just need to get back four more. We can do this. We just need a good plan." said Elisa.

She turned to Mrs. Potts hearing her question and shook her head.

"Thank you Mrs. Potts but I prefer coffee or soda or water." said Elisa.

She paused opening the fridge and grabbing a water bottle. She closed it and took a sip.

Spoony's Room:

Ma-Ti smiled they'd helped cheer each other up and soon they'd have the girlfriends and the rest of their friends back. He paused hearing Spoony's question as now looked panicked.

"How does he know? I didn't say anything. I just... said it in my thoughts. He can hear my thoughts now? Great. I'm going to lose another family. They're going to hate me. But they have to know even if they do hate me." thought Ma-Ti.

He paused looking up at Spoony wiping away tears that were starting to form.

"I'd didn't realize they're be side effects to us one sharing a body. You know about my secret now and there's no point in hiding any longer. I have to tell you even if you hate me, even if it kills me. You know how Facilier's the one who revived me. Well apparently when he did that he created some voodoo doll that controls my body. He gave me a choice to die or be his slave and his spy. And I took the coward's way out. I didn't want to die again. I didn't want to leave all of you. But I guess I've lost you guys anyway. And now that bastard has Iheart, Goggles, and the others. And I can't do anything about it. I'm sorry." said Ma-Ti.

He turned and bolted from the room not able to face Spoony after his confession. He didn't want to see the hatred on his face or at least that's what he'd thought. He'd betrayed them all giving Facilier information. He started to pack his things fearing he'd be kicked out or worse locked in a cell. He paused gasping for air as he clutched his chest as he could hear Facilier's voice in his head. He felt as if he couldn't breathe.

"No. Please. Don't do this." said Ma-Ti.

(ooc: Could bring in Facilier if you want to. Figured he'd be keeping an eye on Ma-Ti and his confession to Spoony might be ruining Facilier's plans. And Spoony could come to the rescue of course. xd)

Spoony's Room

Meanwhile back at Facilier's lair, Facilier was observing Ma-Ti that day. Good thing he was for instantly aware that Spoony figured him out. Angry and annoyed, Facilier now decided to make Ma-Ti pay. And he would, quickly the man sent his shadow after Ma-Ti and responded "Get that boy to learn his place" As the shadow left, Facilier sent a message inside Ma-ti's mind "I warned you, you little snitch. Now you'll pay". Afterwards, Facilier grabbed the doll and proceeded to choke it.

The shadow came and looked angrily at Ma-Ti before coming to charge before a sudden burst of the door interupted it all. It was spoony, who was coming to try and reason with Ma-Ti about his confession

Spoony was shocked at first but he was unsurprised that Facilier put him in a position of life and death. The magician had a way with people and would do that. Obviously the critic had to know but he would patiently wait for an answer. Spoony then saw Ma-Ti run and in turn, followed him wanting to finish the discussion. Spoony then saw him near a shadow, and panicking, Spoony grabbed a flashlight from the table and aimed at the shadow. The shadow screamed and Spoony shouted "Tell your boss to back off! I don't care what happens! We'll get that fucking doll one way or the other and then, we'll kick your boss's ass for threatening a teenage boy!" The shadow hissed but another flash of the light caused it to back up. Spoony sighed and turned to Ma-Ti seeing that he wasn't breathing. Panicked that Ma-Ti would be gone, Spoony turned to the shadow and responded "What the hell? Get your boss to let go!"

The shadow chuckled but a glare from Spoony caused it to shiver, which in turn gave Facilier a shiver. Facilier needed his shadow for many reasons and Spoony had a flashlight which would kill it. Facilier sighed from his lair and warned Ma-Ti "You're lucky that your friend has my shadow. Otherwise, you'd be dead. You'll be meeting me very soon" With that, Facilier threw the doll to a wall, it would give Ma-Ti a huge backache but it would not throw the real body.

Kitchen

Critic nodded with a smile, unaware of the events upstairs. He talked to Elisa and Mrs. Potts "Thanks you two. You're right. We have some people back and we'll keep trying" He turned to Mrs. Potts and smiled, not wanting to decline her offer "Sure. Tea'd be nice. Thanks. My throat is dry anyway"

90's kid gulped, shy beyond any belief. Though he had no heart to run off, and so he willingly abiet nervously went beside Rachel and responded "So yeah, I'll stay. No problem babe"
